03/08/2025: I always hate to give negative reviews because the people who work there deserve respect. Today I found the atmosphere pleasant and the staff courteous, but the food wasn't up to par. We ordered two dishes of polenta with wild boar and one of polenta with porcini mushrooms. My son and I (we ordered the wild boar) both had difficulty digesting and a slight hint of acidity. Nothing to complain about the mushrooms.
Nothing serious, but still unpleasant.
There are many other options on the menu; perhaps we'll give the other recipes a second chance.
02/08/2025: The restaurant is worth a visit, and the selection of dishes is interesting and rich in local produce.
The portions are generous and tasty, but with the restaurant half-full, the staff struggles to place the orders correctly, having to ask out loud "who ordered what" while wandering aimlessly around the tables.

09/08/2025: Lovely place, but it's easier to get there by motorbike.
The food is excellent, but a bit pricey (and similar everywhere else).
The staff, however, are very kind and friendly.
We'll be back!
31/07/2025: A really cute place with a view of the entire town. Excellent service, as was the food, especially the polenta concia. We'll definitely be back!

19/08/2025: Used as a bed and breakfast, the rooms are cozy and furnished with traditional furnishings. A generous sweet and savory buffet breakfast is served. Clean rooms.
14/08/2025: Location: very beautiful and quaint.
Service: unfortunately, we felt a lack of friendliness.
Upon our arrival, while we were saying goodbye to friends waiting for us (we also had a person with a leg brace and a 6-month-old baby), we were asked to move.
We wanted to order drinks right away, but were told they would take one order along with the food.
We were not asked to have the steak cooked.
During the meal, we were asked if we wanted dessert, even though we were still eating, and the bread was taken away while someone was still at the table.

12/08/2025: I stayed two nights with my wife and 8-month-old son, and we had a great time. The hotel is located in the town square and has a fantastic view of the valley. The staff was very kind and helpful, accommodating all our extra requests due to the special needs of having a newborn. The rooms are large and spacious, although a little dated.
The breakfast is continental, with sweet and savory options, and the kitchen offers a well-designed menu with tasty fish and meat dishes.
Overall, it was a positive experience, highly recommended!

02/02/2025: Ieri sera ci siamo recati per fare un aperitivo alle ore 19.00 in 4 persone(2bambini)dopo averci chiesto se avessimo cenato o fatto aperitivo alla risposta aperitivo ci hanno fatto accomodare dopo un'attesa di circa 20 minuti scopriamo solo domandandolo che avremmo dovuto ordinare al bancone diversament esaremmo avremmo dovuto attendere tutta sera..una volta pagato in anticipo ci hanno portato le bevande ordinate ma non la pizza richiesta da accompagnare all' aperitivo.Al posto della pizza ci viene servito un tagliere di salumi SCARSO MAI RICHIESTO.
Alla richiesta di chiarimenti la cameriera c fa notare che per afflusso di clientela non ci avrebbe portato la pizza in quanto non disponibile PECCATO CHE AL TAVOLO A FIANCO PERSONE EVIDENTEMENTE CONOSCIUTE SONO STATE SERVITE BEN 3 PIZZE SEMPRE CON APERITIVO
Molto maleducati soprattutto la cameriera...

12/08/2024: Tutto perfetto. Il locale, il personale, la musica e soprattutto il cibo. Il servizio è incantevole, il cibo delizioso. Il locale gode di una vista meravigliosa sulla valle. Lasciatevi stupire da questa perla un po’ nascosta di Torgnon.

17/03/2024: Cambio di gestione infelice. Siamo ritornati dopo il periodo di chiusura per il cambio di gestione e si è trattato di una spiacevole sorpresa. Nonostante la lavagna riportasse, per un pranzo veloce, la possibilità di taglieri, panini, toast, piadine, niente di tutto questo. Alla nostra richiesta ci è stato risposto che avremmo potuto avere toast/panino prosciutto formaggio. Non certo XL, anzi. Ci siamo accontentati ma a veramente caro prezzo. Quindi rapporto tra ciò che abbiamo consumato e prezzo pessimo. Rimpiango il precedente gestore.

24/02/2025: Ristorante che non ha niente da invidiare ad altri.
Cura e ricerca nell'unire la tradizione con la contemporaneità della cucina, si vede e si sente ad ogni piatto.
Ogni volta il menù alla carta lascia l'imbarazzo della scelta, consigliatissimo.
Sono all'altezza di servire qualsiasi tipologia di cliente e soddisfare le richieste dei clienti più esigenti ed anche dei piccoli e piccolissimi ospiti.
Continuate così.
19/01/2025: Il ristorante ha una buona proposta/ menù ovviamente tipico di montagna , , il servizio veloce ed efficiente ( noi siamo stati di venerdì sera ed il locale era pieno) i camerieri sempre pronti e disponibili .
Hanno un menù per bambini , è un animatrice che segue i bimbi in una sala dedicata con giochi / colori / musica e molto altro .
Prezzi nella media , ricordiamoci che siamo in una località turistica ,
Torneremo sicuramente

09/02/2025: Cioccolata prima della partenza per la sciata di fondo della giornata ottima ma soprattutto le piste da fondo perfette e aperte fino a Champlong, tra le più belle se non le più belle della Valle d'Aosta!
04/01/2025: Ristorante bello ma con prezzi esagerati per la qualità del cibo. Non è male ma 13 euro un piatto di pasta al ragù normalissimo troppo.

02/01/2025: Siamo arrivati al ristorante alle ore 19 (4 adulti e tre bambini) eravamo solamente noi e altri due tavoli. Ordiniamo e per fortuna le due cotolette dei bambini sono arrivate subito, Le pizze invece: non pervenute! dopo 1 ora e mezza di attesa, 6 tavoli che ci sono passati davanti e diverse sollecitazioni abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Abbiamo fatto presente la situazione alla proprietaria che, oltre a non essersi nemmeno scusata ci ha fatto pagare pure il coperto! A dir poco imbarazzante.
28/10/2024: Materie prime di qualità preparate con passione. Trovare del pesce fresco a Torgnon è stata una bella sorpresa. Dolci fatti in casa spettacolari. Servizio impeccabile, ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra. Peccato che alcuni prezzi siano oggettivamente ingiustificabili: pagare 25,00 euro una frittura di pesce tenerissima - in Valle D’Aosta - è corretto ma sinceramente non c’è motivo di chiedere 4,00 euro per una lattina di Coca-Cola, 4,00 euro per un caffè o 7,00 euro per un semplice piatto di patatine fritte (peraltro cotte usando lo stesso olio della frittura di pesce…). Due fritture, due hamburger, quattro dessert, acqua, Coca-Cola e due caffè 142,00 euro.
