I went for the second time at the end of November 2024 and had the raclette (fixed price €30 per person). I can't comment on the rest of the menu, but the raclette is truly worth it: it's distinctive and delicious. Service was quick despite the place being very busy, and the wine list is also well-stocked. I asked for a local white that paired well with the cheese. Recommended, the only downside is perhaps that the tables are a bit close together; if you order the raclette, you'll need a small extension to support the machine, which further reduces the space available. The owner and wait staff are very friendly.

09/11/2025: Eight years ago, we discovered your restaurant for our 50th wedding anniversary. Last week, without realizing it, while exploring a fine dining experience, we found ourselves back in the very same place. A warm welcome awaited us. We were delighted by the quality of the dishes, their flavors, and their presentation. At the end of the meal, we were astonished to realize that we had met Madame and her husband, a renowned chef, eight years ago.
Thank you for this wonderful shared experience.

The dishes are beautifully presented, plentiful, and of excellent quality, made with fresh ingredients. Excellent value. Recommended for both a quiet dinner and a special lunch.

10/09/2025: Definitely a very charming, beautiful hotel, and given its layout, it's 5-star.
Not so much for the overall cleanliness, especially the rooms!
And since it's a 5-star hotel, you can't afford to pay for the spa or any other extras!!! I'm already paying for a 5-star hotel!

We ordered a cheese platter as an appetizer and two first courses.
The appetizer arrived exactly one hour later: at 9:00 PM, while the two first courses arrived at 9:35 PM.
In short, two hours for an appetizer and two first courses.
Very good value for money.

24/11/2025: Perfect hotel!!! Very nice, comfortable, and warm room. The bathroom was in excellent condition and had a great shower. Special thanks to the patient Omar at the front desk and the two very kind ladies in the breakfast room.
We'll be back!

13/10/2025: We found this restaurant by chance. Intrigued by the elegance and attention to detail, we went in. I don't think we've eaten so well in a lifetime. The dishes were carefully prepared, the freshest ingredients, and everything was truly excellent. We'll definitely be back! I can't wait!

23/11/2025: We stayed at the Grand Hotel Billia for a relaxing weekend. The room was truly well-maintained (we had a Junior Suite), the staff were efficient and super helpful even before our arrival (they responded to emails super quickly and courteously; in my case, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs./Miss Federica). The building was truly majestic and elegant. We used the spa, which was also well-maintained and offered various treatments. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of products.
Overall, we had a lovely weekend!
