24/08/2024: One of the best 4 star hotels I have been to. Friendly and highly trained staff. Abundant breakfast with lots of choice and quality products Amazing pool with accommodating staff. The swimming pool area is subject to a fee but there is an area with deckchairs with free access.

22/07/2024: There are no problems with the rooms, facilities, or human service. The appearance is very good, as there is a pool and an underground passage connects to the casino next door. However, it can be said that there are flaws in modern essential services such as poor mobile signal reception and Wi-Fi that hardly reaches the guest rooms. On the other hand, the wifi worked fine in the lobby.

31/10/2024: The best pistachio ice cream in Italy! And every other type of ice cream melts aromatically in your mouth. The ice cream sundaes were prepared exactly as requested and were really cheap. We had a very young saleswoman who took pity on us and spoke English to us because all the other employees only spoke Italian. You should also definitely try the pastries. We have put together several bags with a selection of many pastries as gifts for friends.

05/01/2025: My father and I made a reservation at this restaurant, the last one that still had a free table in the whole of Saint Vincent on a Saturday evening. The environment seems very nice and well looked after, nice fireplace where the meat is grilled in full view. We didn't have many expectations, we even waited until the second round to eat. The menu arrives. First sheet 4 types of grilled meat (Fiorentina, rib-eye, fillet and quail). From here we had to deduce that that was the list of seconds. After all, the highlight of the restaurant is the meat! Second sheet of the menu: unfortunately few dishes, only 4 types of starters and 2 first courses. We opt for 2 starters: egg + tomino and both first courses: chef's plin (stuffed with spinach) with pumpkin and chickpea soup. Very slow service The apparently kind owner, but a lot of form and little substance. Shortly afterwards he will also demonstrate little professionalism. The starters were nothing special. The chef's plin definitely had spinach but not even a hint of pumpkin. I received a plate with a soup full of beans (oops but I ordered chickpea soup). I think "never mind, I'll eat the beans"! However, I call the waitress to report the point, saying that it is not necessary to bring the dish back. The waitress goes away with the owner and the chef for a few minutes. Shortly afterwards only the chef arrives at the table, telling us that the menu was wrong. That it was poorly printed and that its menu contains beans. He tells us "they sent me who had nothing to do with it"... and it almost ends up with me consoling him (however, I think it is very sad and unprofessional that the chef, in his defence, discredits the place he represents). But among all the oddities of this place, the most shameful thing is the behavior of the owner, intent on getting praise from the other tables, after my report she never bothered to come and explain to us that the menu was simply wrong. Should I think he's in bad faith? Ah note of color. When booking by telephone I asked if I could come with my dog ​​(medium size). She replied that she only accepts small dogs in the room because the room is small. And of course I left the dog at the hotel. However, I was then able to notice that a small dog, like a black poodle, which is the owner's dog, was roaming freely in the room. He could have simply told me the truth (something like "I have a small dog that sometimes barks at customers, if I let other dogs in the situation could become difficult to manage for us who work"). However, the room is not small, a large dog that can fit perfectly under the large tables.

04/01/2025: Very nice place. We stayed overnight in the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. Everything was good, especially the grilled meat.

09/12/2024: Locale nella centralissima via pedonale. Alla pizza darei come voto 7,5 e al cameriere, molto gentile e che consiglia bene, voto 8. Location semplice e un pò datata, ma tutto sommato serata piacevole. Prezzi onesti per essere in centro a Saint Vincent

05/11/2024: Ottima focaccia, impasto digeribile e ben lievitato. Abbondanza di condimento con prodotti di qualità. Peccato siamo stati solo di passaggio per un lungo weekend valdostano. Lo consigliamo alla grande!!

05/01/2025: 5 of us went to this restaurant with good expectations, given the reviews and images. Once we arrived, however, we found ourselves directly inside an episode of Nightmare Kitchens. It was clear from the start that we had arrived on the wrong evening, probably due to a lack of staff, but this does not justify the treatment we were given: late service, some of the food clearly pre-heated, cold cuts left over from New Year's Eve and meat cooked the exact opposite way we requested. I am usually understanding with difficult situations, so it would have been enough for the staff to explain the situation and apologise, but at the time of payment we were not even asked how we had found ourselves, at least to have a comparison with what I think were the owners. Although I hoped it was an off night, I strongly advise against this restaurant

05/01/2025: 5 of us went to this restaurant last night, given the excellent premises of those who reviewed the place. Unfortunately, however, the evening was totally disastrous, from the first to the last moment. We ordered a sharing starter, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and fillets. Instead of the requested appetizer (mocetta with lard and chestnuts) we were brought a platter full of cured meats, one worse than the other and with the feeling that they were leftovers from New Year's Eve dinner. The funny thing (so to speak) is that the wait for the cutting board was considerable and the waiter, to justify himself, used the fact that everything served "is freshly prepared" as an excuse. Definitely embarrassing. To follow, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms had the same flavor and consistency as those bought from the supermarket, the pasta was overcooked and the porcini mushrooms were totally tasteless. The evening was definitely taking an unpleasant turn, but the worst was yet to come... In the general silence of the room, decidedly heated tones could be heard coming from the kitchen, with people discussing animatedly. "Unfortunately" a few minutes later our fillets arrived, all decidedly overcooked despite having been requested rare and what's more one was with porcini mushrooms and not with green pepper as desired. Having noticed the mistake, the waiter sent the order back to the kitchen but it would really have been better to avoid it given the results.... The fillet (of which I attach the photo) was inedible, with raw meat in several places. I would add that both wines ordered were brought to the table already opened... unspeakable service.
