I have an electric car you can recharge for free. So nothing to complain about

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a warm and cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The attention to detail and passion for food and wine were evident in every aspect of our visit. We started with a delightful selection of cheeses and charcuterie, beautifully presented and full of rich, authentic flavors. For the main course, we chose the Beef Tenderloin, which was expertly grilled rare over a wood stove by the mother of the sommelier who runs the place. The meat, sourced from local white cattle in Piemonte, was incredibly tender and had a subtle firewood aroma that added a rustic, smoky depth to each bite. To complement our meal, the sommelier recommended a fantastic local red wine—Cave Gargantua’s 2022 Pierre, made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on the north-facing slopes of the Aosta Valley. It was the perfect pairing, enhancing the flavors of the beef with its elegant structure and refined character. To round off the evening, we enjoyed a smooth and aromatic Grappa alongside a rich, perfectly brewed espresso. It was the ideal way to end a truly exceptional meal. Since the restaurant operates on a reservation-only basis, we made our booking on the same day, which worked out well. In addition to the incredible dining experience, they also offer a few charming hotel rooms, making it a wonderful destination for a full getaway. This place is absolutely worth traveling for—whether for the outstanding food, the carefully curated wines, or the genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

31/10/2024: The best pistachio ice cream in Italy! And every other type of ice cream melts aromatically in your mouth. The ice cream sundaes were prepared exactly as requested and were really cheap. We had a very young saleswoman who took pity on us and spoke English to us because all the other employees only spoke Italian. You should also definitely try the pastries. We have put together several bags with a selection of many pastries as gifts for friends.

07/09/2024: Devo dire che non ho molto da dire su questa pasticceria visto che ci abbiano solo presi il caffè e dei pasticcini alle 18 del 27 aprile, na volevo dare testimonianza dell'ottimo caffè e dell'ottima pasticceria da loro prodotta. Complimenti

08/02/2025: Cucina ottima. Piatti veramente buoni. Gli affettati tipici, sono la fine del mondo. L’unica pecca è la disorganizzazione tra i camerieri. Ti portano prima il cibo delle bevande, tra cui la birra che abbiamo dovuto chiederla due volte prima che arrivasse.

14/02/2025: DO NOT GO. Highly not recommended. We were scammed because probably seeing that we were not local, they increased the prices compared to those indicated on the menu. Furthermore, they advertised the pinsas above each table and didn't even know how much they cost. I'll tell you, 12 euros for a frozen pinsa which is worth half of what we paid. Incorrect and not prepared. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

14/02/2025: We had two cocktails and were made to choose between different types of Gin which one we wanted. I asked if there were any price differences and was told that they all cost the same. But magically on the receipt these two cocktails became two aperitifs and to justify the price they told us that I had chosen the most expensive Gin and from €8 we arrived at €12 (each obviously). They insisted on getting the receipt back for fear that we would use it for a complaint that we had threatened to make at the time. Places like this don't deserve to exist. Keep away!!!!!!!!
