Adler's Nest In Gressoney-la-trinitè

A positive experience if you're looking for refreshments, a warm welcome, and good food at 2,365 meters. Located at a crossroads, near the cable car and Lake Gabiet, it's a pit stop not to be missed. Courteous and hospitable staff. Fair prices. Delicious food. We had a Valdostan steak with potatoes and a slice of carrot cake—everything was delicious, light, and perfectly cooked. Personally, having been frequenting the mountains for almost 20 years and being lovers of tradition, we prefer it to the Orestes at 2,600 meters, which unfortunately is exclusively vegan.

Be careful because when she tells you she'll bring it to your table she doesn't say there's an additional cost of 1.50. I ordered a rosti (16 euros) and paid 17.50. The nice thing is that when I told her after paying she thought it was normal not to have said it!!

Friendly and welcoming for a mid mountain drink or snack. They serve a selection of decent food

Busy. Order at the bar. Food comes out pretty fast. Hard to get a table but people share in a friendly place. Food was not too bad. Probably should have stuck to Aosta classics.
