31/07/2025: Due anni fa, dopo aver visitato la Cascata delle Marmore, ci eravamo fermati a mangiare in questo locale. Ce lo ricordavamo bene …ed infatti non siamo rimasti delusi. L’atmosfera familiare e accogliente ci ha ancora una volta messo a nostro agio. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere con salumi e formaggi tipici della regione, accompagnato dalla salsiccia umbra: un concentrato di sapori locali, ingredienti genuini e porzioni abbondanti. I prodotti sono ottimi e la qualità si percepisce ad ogni morso. Il personale è cordiale, attento e sempre disponibile, come confermato anche da numerose recensioni entusiastiche di visitatori che, come noi, ne hanno apprezzato l’accoglienza e la preparazione del servizio. Se cercate un luogo autentico dove gustare prodotti umbri in un contesto semplice ma curato, “La Cascata dei Sapori” è assolutamente da tenere in considerazione. ✅ Secondo me: • Perfetto per uno spuntino o pranzo tipico dopo la visita alla cascata o al belvedere. • Atmosfera rilassata, tavoli anche all’aperto all’ombra degli alberi. • Ideale per provare salumi di Norcia, formaggi locali, porchetta, salsiccia e piatti veloci. • Ottimo per gruppi, famiglie o coppie in cerca di autenticità. • Prezzi onesti (intorno ai 15 € a persona) con porzioni generose. 12/07/2025: €40 for a wedding seafood lunch. Top top top. I never expected to encounter the "sea" near Narni. It was a battle of tastes, flavors, and quantities that would have satisfied sailors from any port in Italy. I was about to succumb... the challenge is yours... if you don't stop, you won't understand.

20/07/2025: I don't recommend it. The food is good, but the manager seems very unbalanced. My husband and I will never return... Disrespectful people! We went to this restaurant near the Marmore Falls for lunch and dinner, but something very embarrassing happened. We saw the manager yelling at her elderly father. This blonde woman was very aggressive with a customer and with this elderly man. It was very sad to see a responsible person behaving badly towards others.

20/07/2025: I advise against the disrespectful and unbalanced person who runs this place. We went to dinner and lunch at this restaurant near the Marmore Falls, and unfortunately, we witnessed the manager, a young, unbalanced woman, yell at her elderly father and a customer. It's truly shameful and sad to see someone so miserably treated. We will never return to this Pavone D'Oro... good food, but horrible treatment! I don't recommend it.

14/06/2025: Splendid location located on the shores of the charming Piediluco lake, ideal for sharing both moments of relaxation and celebration in excellent company, just like it was for me last night. Magical environment, attentive staff, accurate and excellent quality food under the direction of Michele who acts excellently as "host". Highly recommended both for a coffee break and for other services. Caffetteria Bar del Colle a real gem, a true balm for the soul!

15/06/2025: Japanese restaurant run by apparently Chinese nationals. Acceptable quality. An "All you can eat" menu is available, but more expensive in the evening than at lunch. Small sushi without overdoing the rice. Order on a tablet.

08/08/2025: An aperitif with good food and plenty of variety. I thank all the staff for accommodating our needs (various intolerances) and for their kindness and courtesy in resolving a couple of misunderstandings. I highly recommend it!

20/08/2025: A surprise on one of Terni's main streets. It's a small place, but its menu offers amazing sandwiches featuring local dishes and products. Don't miss the mixed sausage and liver sandwich. They also have a wide selection of vegetarian sandwiches and schiacciata. The sales staff are very professional and will provide you with all the information you need. Pet-friendly. Don't miss it if you're passing through Terni.

13/08/2025: An explosion of Umbrian flavors! A huge selection of homemade sandwiches and focaccias, filled with quality local ingredients. Each sandwich is designed to be tasty and delicious. The owner is incredibly friendly and kind: when he had time, he prepared an alternative salad for my sandwich, as the recipe included an ingredient I'm allergic to. Very fair prices! We didn't take photos because we were so hungry, we ate them wholeheartedly! Well done! 😍

17/07/2025: The atmosphere is welcoming even if it only maintains the appearance of an old trattoria, old colored chairs, bar chairs but not well organized so much as to cause confusion to the eyes, but still comfortable, the atmosphere and the choice of setting clashes with the dishes that are served, in fact the restaurateur's choice is to serve the food in modern plates and in small quantities and not adequate for the price paid!! Furthermore, for 15 years now it is no longer expected that a restaurant charges a cover charge, the food is still of quality and that is why I chose to give 4 stars, as well as for the owner who welcomes customers who is courteous and helpful!!! Suggestions: the dining room setting needs to be revisited, food needs to be served in adequate quantities both for consistency with the restaurant's classification as a "trattoria", and for the tableware used, which is inappropriate for a trattoria, as well as for the quantity offered and above all for the asking price... I would add that it is useless to offer negligible discounts... it is better to adjust the price to the quantity...
