21/09/2025: This is a restaurant I always stop at when I'm on the A1 at lunchtime.
Today I stopped at lunchtime and found the service to be worse: they don't take orders based on arrival, but they just make a beeline for the beeline. After a long wait, I ordered, but the food that was supposed to be brought first arrived last.
I basically had to eat based on their circumstances, and it wasn't nice to see people who arrived after me eating while I was still waiting. 👎🏻👎🏻

09/11/2025: I had lunch today at this beautiful farmhouse nestled in the green Umbrian hills. The food was of the highest quality, expertly cooked to enhance its flavors. The meat, which melts in your mouth, and the vegetables and oil are all home-produced. The homemade desserts and first courses were also excellent. We will gladly return, also thanks to the courtesy and kindness of the hostess.

19/09/2025: The restaurant doesn't offer much from the outside, and it doesn't look welcoming inside because it seems bare. The staff is polite, smiling, and helpful. The pizza is thin, tasty, and crispy for those who like it. I had a good time.
06/09/2025: On our way back from Rome, we stopped for a quick pizza, and even though it was past 9:30 PM, they seated us right away. The pizzas were very good and well-topped, with thin but not overly so crust. Very fast, courteous service, and excellent prices. Recommended.

02/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata buona materia prima. Ottima la carne. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Oltre ad essere comoda la posizione ha anche un ampio parcheggio fronte il locale ed un albergo nello stessa struttura, tutto questo molto comodo per chi viaggia.
18/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante posizionato strategicamente all’uscita autostradale di Fabro. Cucina genuina curata e preparata con ottima materia prima. I piatti a base di carne fanno da padrone nel menù ma anche i primi sono degni di nota. Dolci preparati in casa molto buoni. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ampio posteggio di fronte il locale.

02/11/2025: The place is very beautiful, in this quiet and charming village. We ate very well; the portions were more than adequate, but the prices, for an inn, were a bit high. The service was a bit slow; two young men were managing the dining room. The Desideria appetizer and the off-menu pici were excellent!

08/06/2025: Struttura meravigliosa, molto curata con pulizia al Top! I proprietari ed il personale sono davvero ospitali, cordiali e disponibili. Colazione buonissima con dolci fatti in casa. Posizione ottimale. Sicuramente ci torneremo, ma soprattutto è da provare!!!!

06/08/2024: Il gestore dovrebbe fare un corso di bon-ton maleducato arrogante, per completare l'opera anche alla richiesta di pagare mediante poss ha brontolato e contestato l'emissione della ricevuta fiscale. Ma leggo degli altri post che la cosa si ripete, peccato perché i prodotti sono buoni.
04/08/2024: El dueño de este lugar es tan arrogante como se pone! Maleducado, indiferente y no quería aceptar mi tarjeta de crédito quejándose de que estaba siendo insensible debido a las tarifas que cobran.
Los pasteles son a menudo viejos y rancios y el personal de peso inútil. No voy a volver.
