We stopped for dinner during our trip.
We had an Umbrian appetizer, vignarola, and tagliatelle with mushrooms.
Excellent quality ingredients and authentic flavors.
Welcoming and attentive staff.
Average prices.
Highly recommended.

14/01/2026: We've been dining at Il Roscio for several years now. It's always a pleasure to dine there; the restaurant is simple yet welcoming, and the quality of the food is excellent, especially the meat dishes. Highly recommended.
08/01/2026: Simple, local cuisine, very friendly service, and more than fair prices. There's a truck parking lot next to the restaurant, but it's full of potholes—you can't really call them potholes. However, there's a small shopping area nearby about 300-400 meters away. I go back whenever I can.
