17/05/2026: Umbrian appetizer, white pappardella with wild boar ragù, and arrosticini. Everything was excellent. Even simple baked potatoes were very good. We had the tagliata, and it was tender and tasty. The restaurant was very clean, and despite the crowds, once we arrived, even without a reservation, we were greeted with kindness and courtesy. It was obvious they were a little overwhelmed by the number of guests present, but they covered everything precisely and without confusion. The price per person was reasonable, the quality/price ratio was excellent, and the restaurant, which is also a hotel, was located in a quiet area with plenty of free parking.

05/05/2026: We stopped at this restaurant for a quick lunch on the way from Rome to Venice. The owner was very kind, the service was quick, the food was excellent, and the value was good.
