31/03/2024: It was recommended to us by several local people and I must say that in a beautiful environment, we were served good quality food by fast and attentive service and we paid a fair bill. I just don't understand why when the place was still empty (we showed up early for lunch on a Sunday and the restaurant wasn't full of reservations...) we were given a table at the end of the room near the door of a bathroom which promptly had no one closed. This must be the last table to be used, not the first. Still recommended.

07/04/2024: A nice discovery, despite having arrived after the agreed time the owner was very kind and welcomed us with kindness and warmth We appreciated the cuisine, especially the carbonara with an excellent truffle that really highlighted the dish. 16/08/2023: at the moment (8/8/23) a sign on the entrance driveway warns that it is closed. Update: To the kind owner who argues because I gave 1 star for a restaurant that has been closed for 2 months but is still open on Google, I reply: I drove for half an hour to reach the place attracted by past reviews, if you had written the new address on the sign I would certainly have gone another way. So I should have put "not classified due to the absence of the venue". If, instead of arguing, you update the page on Google, I will be happy to come to dinner with you.

06/04/2024: This is one of the best restaurants in the Umbria/Tuscany region. We eat there about once a month and have never been disappointed. It is in an ancient Etruscan grotto. You can even watch them make your homemade pasta. I highly recommend this great place.
