The location is simply enchanting: among olive trees, greenery and silence, it is the perfect place to relax and regenerate. The presence of the swimming pool and the hydromassage was an added value that made our stay even more pleasant. The location is strategic, ideal as a base for visiting Umbria and discovering the beauty of the surroundings without giving up tranquility. A special thanks to Maurizio, his family and all the staff, who welcomed us with rare kindness and professionalism. We felt at home, pampered in every detail. 28/06/2025: The place is nice and right in the historic center, characteristics that attracted us to stop. Kind service even if confusing. But it had really been years since I ate like this: the crostone with the ciauscolo covered abundantly in honey, so much so that I couldn't finish it, very fatty and tasteless pork steak. We were disappointed by the food.

28/06/2025: From the culinary experience gained during my stay in Trevi, where I searched for various places in search of the flavors of Umbria, I can say that "La taverna del sette" is the best place. It offers the welcome and generosity typical of a tavern, but also the flavors and quality of a great restaurant: the staff is kind, smiling and very competent in their work. I tasted various meat-based dishes, from Trevi sausages to fillet of scottona, and they were superb; I must also mention a millefoglie with almonds, lemon and honey worthy of a demanding gourmand like me. I believe that this reality is a source of pride for the territory it represents, an example of professionalism, passion and Love for Umbria and its fabulous products, from oil to meat. 25/06/2025: I happened upon this restaurant with two friends on my way back from the Marche region, on the recommendation of a local! We can't thank her enough... The place is a gem: we had lunch outside in a sort of sheltered internal courtyard. The food was sublime: we tasted local specialties, some revisited with taste and originality. The staff was kind and competent: they were able to give us the best advice. When I return to Trevi, I will definitely book the same restaurant and, if it is not available for that day... I will postpone the date of the visit!

23/03/2025: Casa De' Trinci is a true gem of Trevi! A welcoming wine bar where you can enjoy excellent local wines and delicious platters of cold cuts and cheeses. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, you immediately feel at home. Giada, the fantastic owner, is kind, knowledgeable and passionate, always ready to recommend the best. A place not to be missed for an authentic and unforgettable experience!

23/03/2025: I had been buying products from Casa de’ Trinci online for a while, but as soon as I had the chance I went with a friend to have an aperitif at their Dispensa. An incredible experience to be able to have all their products at hand. Then having an aperitif there, finally, was an unforgettable experience. Everything was delicious and taken care of with love and professionalism.

03/06/2025: The restaurant is very nice and suitable for everyone. The menu is very large you can also find pizzas. The portions are abundant and well made.

24/05/2025: Very informal pizzeria restaurant. Probably better pizza than the a la carte food (which was our choice). Friendly staff but favoritism towards regulars (they didn't bring us bread or even the entree, but brought it to our neighbors at the table, clearly regulars)

14/05/2025: With a friend of mine, after wandering around looking for a restaurant with two free seats, we ended up in this restaurant and, I must say, we had a great time. Recommended tagliatelle with trout ragù that comes from the nearby lake. The chicory was also very good. Generous portions and very kind staff. Recommended

Dalla location strepitosa, bellissima, curata e pulita...al personale gentilissimo e affabile alle pietanze che spaccano dalla bontà e genuinità....le lumache cucinate in diversi modi sono strepitose, le porzioni abbondanti il vino della casa è buonissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è perfetto....sempre un piacere tornare....ogni volta andar via è lasciare un pezzo di cuore....grazie davvero e a presto

05/12/2024: Serata con amici tutti hanno mangiato lumache e sono rimasti contentissimi ottima cena . Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale. Poi ravioli cacio e pepe . Ottimo Anche i dolci buoni . Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.
