24/04/2025: Wonderful stay in the heart of Umbria, in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful villages such as Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, Rasiglia, Marmore and much more. The swimming pool is beautiful, ideal for adults and children.
All seasoned with the hospitality of the great Maurizio, a splendid host.
23/04/2025: I stayed one night on a weekday for work.
In the evening I had dinner in their restaurant with a tasting menu with local specialties. everything was very good, the price was also very good.
They also have an outdoor pool and hot tub, I will definitely be back.

07/05/2025: Delicious, delicious, delicious! I couldn’t fault my truffle Tortellini and I even tried some of my friends ravioli (pictured) that was divine. My ice cream was home made with a liquor and it really nice, but quite strong

Very kind and helpful staff, excellent raw materials, deliciously cooked, the pecorino cheeses are fantastic. Super desserts. A good wine list for all budgets. Average prices.

Io non mangio Lumache ho mangiato
Soufflé di patate con fonduta di pecorino e tartufo eccezionale.
Poi ravioli cacio e pepe .

Anche i dolci buoni .
Consigliatissimo per lumacari e ottimo anche per chi non le mangia.
03/09/2024: Junto con mi esposa, viajamos por Abruzos, Apulia y Umbría en tres semanas, y el año pasado también por la Toscana. Pero este restaurante en Umbría es lo mejor de todo; el personal más amable, buena comida y un excelente restaurante con una vista perfecta.

28/04/2025: Honestly very disappointed, it wasn't like the last time in 2022. Giro Pizza Gourmet quite lackluster... €24 is €24, you can't give me three pieces of pizza with a mini bruschetta as a starter, mini tiramisu and coffee. Absolutely failed, we came away hungry. Service quite fast but confusing and disorganized. You check in in one place, eat in another place facing the street and pay in yet another... I'm sorry but never again.

Giada, the fantastic owner, is kind, knowledgeable and passionate, always ready to recommend the best. A place not to be missed for an authentic and unforgettable experience!
23/03/2025: I had been buying products from Casa de’ Trinci online for a while, but as soon as I had the chance I went with a friend to have an aperitif at their Dispensa. An incredible experience to be able to have all their products at hand. Then having an aperitif there, finally, was an unforgettable experience. Everything was delicious and taken care of with love and professionalism.

12/04/2025: We had a fantastic evening! The food was absolutely delicious, with wonderful flavors and a thoughtful use of local ingredients. The wines were truly special, and we were pleasantly surprised with several extra small dishes to try. Inside, the restaurant looks quite chic, but the atmosphere is cozy and inviting rather than formal—thanks in large part to the incredibly kind and enthusiastic staff. We highly recommend dining here!

09/05/2025: The food here was not delicious and felt like I wasted an Italian food experience which is just precious to me. Th pasta was drowning in a bowl of butter which the tiniest sliver of asparagus. My husband had the trout tagliatelle but it was not as good as a traditional ragu. Price was ok. Only tourists in the restaurant.
