14/08/2024: Ristorante con menù degustazione molto ricco ed abbondante, anche troppo. Le pietanze sono di buona qualità, i sapori sono quelli tipici della cucina umbra, tartufo incluso. La carne è cotta alla brace. Il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo è sicuramente positivo. Situato in una zona panoramica, tra gli olivi.
07/08/2024: Una super cena a base di piatti tipici uno più buono dell'altro, in particolare quelli cotti nel forno a legna; il tutto condito dell'accoglienza del titolare.

30/08/2024: Known by chance but if you are near Trevi and love snails this is the place... snails in sauce, roasted, skewered, with bacon and fried. All amazing and if you are not a fan of snails, grilled meat, first courses and more

16/08/2024: For us it is always a great pleasure to visit Osteria della Vecchia Posta, the food is always fantastic, tasty and is also very well prepared, because my stomach is always calm after eating here. Marco is a true professional, courteous and attentive to customer needs and the other waiters are also very kind and good. The restaurant is nice, clean and usually
full, I recommend booking a place in advance. If you want to stay in Trevi, the owner also has some nice rooms, clean and quite spacious.

26/07/2024: Location straordinaria. Dettagli curatissimi. Sala interna bellissima, terrazza esterna splendida. Personale veloce, preparato, gentile. Bar per aperitivo con prodotti fatti loro squisiti.
Insomma, c'è tutto quanto per fare il grande passo.
Compresa la cucina. Ovviamente non è la stagione migliore per il tartufo ma proprio per questo abbiamo potuto apprezzare ancor di più la mano di Alice, davvero niente male (per me superlativi gli gnocchi). Oltre il gusto sa anche "giocare" molto bene con le consistenze e con l'estetica dei piatti.
Buonissima anche la carta dei vini.
Ovviamente i 4 su 5 sono perchè già lo paragono agli stellati locali (anzi rispetto ad un paio è già superiore)

Let me start by saying that we were lucky enough to be guests of our friends from Foligno for a special evening; guests who already know the estate and the property well. This affected the review... I don't think so because I would have written the following anyway.
There are some special places.... which rightly.... can be defined as "places of the soul"... among which the Tenuta di San Pietro a Pettine rightfully belongs.
Location, food experience, attentive and precise service, professionalism, environment, refinement... all elements that bring La Cucina and the Tenuta di San Pietro a Pettine in general... into the TOP list of places seen and tried in Umbria.
Very talented chef.... dishes that manage to mix tradition with innovation and creativity.... very good!
A round of applause to all the very young staff of the restaurant and to the TOP level Sommelier!
Very high level throughout ... with a "gem" above all .... the rural Romanesque church that stands inside the property perfectly renovated and restored by Carlo and his family .... a jewel returned to the community in fact .... because it is always accessible!
We had the pleasure of meeting Carlo... "Chapeau!!!" ... we will definitely see each other again!

31/07/2024: Top welcome: tired and hot they opened the kitchen for me at 12.00 early instead of 12.30. Both Michele the owner and his wife are truly unique. The prices are the lowest ever, and yes, I've been to many places, excellent food! They really made me feel at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
28/07/2024: We were very curious due to all the nice reviews but didn’t even get to taste the food because the waiter quite literally scared us away. We walked up to the terrace, tried to sit down with our young daughters and the waiter came up to us as if we were trespassing on his property. Such unfriendly energy, we just left immediately. I’ve worked in service for many years, so i can imagine he would’ve liked us to ask for a table before sitting down, but with 38 degrees and two little children who needed to rest their legs, the lack of kindness was quite shocking. A smile never hurt no one.

19/07/2024: Today we ate at the Taverna del 7. The context is magnificent: the old stables of a noble house, surrounded by walls in classic Umbrian stone lit from below and cross-brick ceilings.
Impeccable service which includes kindness (everyone greets spontaneously with great cordiality) and good advice to support the choice.
Compared to the cuisine, the study and preparation of the dishes are excellent and, respecting traditions, manages to produce surprising results capable of giving emotions to the palate as well as joy to the eyes.
I personally was particularly impressed by how a shredded omelette with porcini mushrooms was prepared, as well as by the handmade cappelletti with truffles (scorzone di Norcia).
Even the desserts, truly exquisite, prepared with skill, excellent and not heavy.
Absolutely worth trying.

19/08/2024: We only ate pizza and desserts, both good, nice large place both inside and out.
18/08/2024: We stopped for dinner, convinced by the good reviews which unfortunately we cannot share. The food was actually so-so, passable; but the prices are not as cheap as indicated. A €10 hamburger served like this, on a plate with nothing else. And therefore necessarily a side dish in addition for €5 (baked potatoes flavored with some condiments which turned out to be rather unusual). The pizza is quite tasty but also heavy, and quite expensive, especially the margherita which is generally the most requested. The service leaves something to be desired: apart from the rather annoyed waitress, we also found, as read in other comments, a gross error in the bill, which was then readjusted and passed off as a discount... In conclusion, a recommended place perhaps for first but very attentive to the final bill.

22/08/2024: Trevi in the summer has a plethora of concerts that start late. We’re not always on the mood for a full dinner - so La Dispensa fills a void.
The tagliere is generous and delicious. In addition to the sliced meats (prosciutto, capocollo, lombo, sausage and ciauscolo) ; cheeses (primo-sale and pecorino fresco). There were sides of ceci, faro salad and panzanella. Interesting wine list but we opted for a glass of Cocco Avventata Trebbiano Spoletino.
Service is warm and friendly.

13/06/2024: Excellent pizza with soy flour. Classic pub with a choice of beers of various qualities. Clear and quite varied menu. I always recommend taking the Tavoliere, a mix of delicious appetizers and a good selection of local products. More than familiar environment, improved over time.

28/04/2024: Sono stata per la prima volta da Apriti Sedano in occasione del pranzo di Pasqua. Ho mangiato quindi a menù fisso, ed è stato tutto soddisfacente. Segnalo anche la bellissima vista di cui si gode che è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Il servizio è stato cortese, in particolare la ragazza che si è occupata del nostro tavolo è stata davvero affabile e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!
