07/12/2025: La Vecchia Posta is a small, refined, and welcoming restaurant in Piazza Mazzini in Trevi, serving truly excellent home-cooked food. It's a place worth discovering, where you have to step inside to see another world. I personally ate handmade cappelletti, and they were as delicious as homemade ones. Not to mention the typical products and Umbrian cuisine. Everything was truly delicious, served in a friendly yet respectful atmosphere. The owners are helpful, friendly, and professional. La Vecchia Posta also has rooms. They're very spacious and charming, taking you back in time. In short, I recommend discovering Trevi by staying at La Vecchia Posta.
03/12/2025: A lovely restaurant in the central square. Excellent service, friendly, smiling, and attentive staff. A good menu with excellent, well-prepared ingredients. The house wine is good, and the prices are fair. Well done.

15/11/2025: We ate a gricia with mushrooms, but unfortunately the mushrooms hadn't arrived. The polenta tasted like semolina, and the sauce was undercooked and flavorless.

24/11/2025: We found it by chance one Sunday while strolling around Trevi. Attracted by the name, we went in and it was packed. They found us a table for two in front of the fire. We had a wonderful time! The staff is truly kind and friendly, the place is clean and welcoming. Only one word can describe the FANTASTIC food! The charcuterie board was excellent, the potato and artichoke tart was delicious, but the pappardelle with lamb sauce and truffles was unmatched! Highly recommended!

16/10/2025: It's a fairly simple place. It's located inside a gas station, but it's well-stocked and clean. The food is good. The service and atmosphere are very good. You can also rest a bit, as it's located along the Flaminia road, just after the Trevi exit. It's also a very convenient place for short rest stops. Recommended; prices are reasonable.

30/11/2025: My wife, our dog, and I had dinner at this beautiful property on a weekend in November. The welcome was warm and homey, yet with attention to detail. The staff took turns during the tasting, demonstrating great knowledge and professionalism. We truly had a pleasant evening, and they shared stories and helped us discover the various regions of Umbria through the food and wines, both carefully selected and paired with passion. Thank you.

Dalla location strepitosa, bellissima, curata e pulita...al personale gentilissimo e affabile alle pietanze che spaccano dalla bontà e genuinità....le lumache cucinate in diversi modi sono strepitose, le porzioni abbondanti il vino della casa è buonissimo e il rapporto qualità/prezzo è perfetto....sempre un piacere tornare....ogni volta andar via è lasciare un pezzo di cuore....grazie davvero e a presto

21/08/2025: This wine shop offers a great deal of regional wines and beers. You can find a wide selection of the best Umbria can offer and in a charming and relaxing athmosphere. Food is delicious with great 'taglieri' platters! Highly recommended: there, you will probably have the best aperitivos of your life! Ideal when looking for quality souvenirs/gifts and other local artisanal produce.

23/11/2025: We came here for two pizzas, as the pizzeria is highly visible from the street and, from the outside, looks nice. The interior has a lovely Anglo-Saxon style, but the owner's Italian passion for football is clearly evident. This one suited me very well, and I noticed that the owner himself patiently tolerated the jokes of a jealous fan who spoke about the short stature of his already doomed and downgraded team.
The pizza is highly praised both by locals and by Google reviews, but we have Neapolitan tastes and didn't appreciate it at all, just as we've never appreciated the round pizzas we've eaten in Umbria, so my alien voice doesn't really matter.

07/12/2025: A very unpleasant lady greeted us, exclaiming, "We don't have room for anyone, there's only room in the kitchen to listen to the chef yell." She should learn some manners. I don't recommend this place.
15/11/2025: While visiting Trevi, at the owner's recommendation, we stopped at this restaurant for dinner. The location is very elegant, and there's definitely room for outdoor seating. The menu, which I wasn't expecting, features several freshwater fish dishes. The quality is good; their bruschetta with marinated trout and salsa verde is famous, the owner told us. The mushroom dishes, all sourced locally, are also excellent. The house wine is also good. The price is average for the quality.

07/12/2025: Portions that were too abundant but delicate in flavour and delicious, the staff were exquisitely friendly and present 😉😃 in general a nice 10 for everything
30/11/2025: We ate a sort of Spanish menu.
The paella was more of a soup with blatantly frozen fish.
The second course was fried cod; perhaps with less salt it would have been more appetizing.
The atmosphere is overall cute and unique, but it's let down by paper napkins and tablecloths and torn chair covers.

16/11/2025: Authentic, high-quality food, beautifully cooked. I could write a lot about the delicious food.... The staff is also fantastic, but you can't help but fall in love with the owner. He's passionate about his work and is very empathetic. We'll be back from Rome very soon.

18/11/2025: We were guests at the restaurant, and had a wonderful time. We finally tasted the stuffed black celery, which was truly delicious. The other dishes (gnocchi, appetizer, and meat) were also very satisfying, excellent, and plentiful. The wine was also very good. Reasonable prices. The terrace is beautiful and offers a lovely view of the surrounding hills. I highly recommend it.
16/11/2025: Quality traditional Umbrian cuisine. My family and I only used the restaurant, which is located very close to Trevi's historic center. The environment is clean and well-maintained, with a family atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection of traditional local dishes. We were fortunate enough to try the bruschetta with new extra virgin olive oil and the truly delicious hand-sliced prosciutto. The homemade tortellini with fresh truffle were excellent, as were the meats in the main course. The fillet steak with green peppercorns was very tasty. The desserts are homemade, all very fresh. Generous portions and a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful.
