06/08/2025: The interior of the restaurant is very charming. Not many tables, cozy atmosphere. It mainly offers local products, the dishes were divine (we are vegetarians) with very fine truffle appetizers (no taste of truffle oil), simple but quality products and super well prepared (incredible truffle egg). Broccoli dish with parmesan and cocoa sauce is excellent as well as the pasta with aglione (large garlic). Very friendly owner and staff! In our top 3 restaurants in Perugia and the surrounding area, the most original in terms of the types of dishes on offer.

24/05/2025: Renovated farmhouse, immersed in the bucolic atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside. A magical place? Or do Le Fate Ignoranti just want us to believe it (cit.). In any case, Le Fate offers us a cuisine with a strong identity, based on Umbrian tradition but with a personal touch that is there and can be seen. Homemade pasta, use of truffles, quality products. Second courses of meat and fish. Seasonal proposals. Very good desserts. Vegetarian dishes. And a great wine list to complete the work.

15/06/2025: Great experience. We had the meat (mixed braciolata, hamburger and pork steaks) and it was cooked on the grill very well. The potatoes, both baked and fried, were very good and the salad was well dressed, mixed and fresh. The girl who served us at the tables was very kind as was the kitchen worker. Honest prices. We will definitely be back

14/06/2025: We wanted a more intimate evening to celebrate an event and we found the right place: the location is a completely renovated historic farmhouse, the garden where the tables are is well-kept, the precise and kind service and even the waiting times are right. The dishes are refined, everything we ate was very good, definitely the duck with honey and red fruits is the dish that struck me the most. If I could I would have given 4.5 stars because everything on the menu is inviting but that "strong and unique dish" that stands out from the rest is missing (and maybe a slightly larger portion of pasta wouldn't have hurt). It remains a place that I recommend to everyone, I will definitely return.

It's the first store of its kind, with a huge selection of all kinds of gluten-free flour products, from flour to pasta, breads, cookies, ready-made meals like ravioli, frozen and freshly baked sweets, pizzas, and sandwiches. 28/07/2025: We dined last night at this inn located within the ancient walls of Corciano. We would have liked to eat outside (as requested when booking), but given the weather, it wasn't possible. This, however, didn't in the least detract from the atmosphere we enjoyed inside this elegant, refined, and high-quality restaurant, perfectly complementing every course served, including dessert. Thanks to the woman who advised us on the menu, but also to the overall service, which was impeccable. The chef's touch of class, appearing in the dining room and asking everyone if everything was to their liking, sealed the deal on a culinary adventure truly worth repeating. Highly recommended!

26/06/2025: Visited on a particularly hot day, it is difficult to assess among those present who are there to shop or simply to enjoy a bit of refreshment, but the feeling received was one of total despair. Not a single person inside a business at around 4 pm. Perhaps it would be useful to organize a valid marketing activity.

22/07/2025: After some time I will have to revise my opinion. The service is chaotic, unorganized and dispersed. We had to call 3 different dining room staff 3 times to have the order taken. The pizza has suffered a decline in quality: good but not as it used to be, the raw materials seem of high quality but the dough, at least in my case, was a little rubbery. The tiramisu cream is excessively sweet. The staff is always friendly and helpful but personally I would have avoided arguing with customers. Unfortunately I can't say I ate well, at least not as well as I did some time ago, and I'm sorry because the kids are willing. A little adjustment to order taking times, greater attention to the customer and a little adjustment to raw materials and we could return to the glories of the past.

26/07/2025: Disappointing. At €100 per person (excluding alcohol), there was no room for error — yet several dishes fell short of expectations. The tuna and salmon sushi and nigiri were good, but the fish-to-rice ratio felt unbalanced, with too much fish. Some pieces even had seaweed coming loose. The fatty tuna sashimi was excellent, but the medium-fatty tuna was stringy and lacked finesse. The Wagyu nigiri was especially underwhelming — the meat was bland and offered none of the rich flavor one would expect. The waitress described the fruit sashimi dessert as a mix of exotic fruits like mango, passion fruit, and kiwi. In reality, there wasn’t a single exotic fruit on the plate — just apples, melon, strawberries, watermelon and plums. The free appetisers were really good. We waited a lot between each sushi plate. The decor resembled that of a hotel restaurant — polished, but lacking authenticity or atmosphere. All in all, we expected much more for such a steep price.

07/07/2025: The best restaurant in Perugia! Incredible food prepared fresh by a talented team of chefs. I have had the pleasure of dinning here many times so I have tried almost everything on the menu. Chef Marco is always innovating with new recipes so I still have some new items to try! His dishes are works of art and he takes great care of every plate that leaves the kitchen. The people who are apart of the restaurant treat every customer with care. I have had so many amazing nights at Il Vizio because of the kinds of the staff. My favourite dishes that I would recommend are: • The Chirashi Bowl • Roasted Miso Eggplant • Chu Toro Nigiri • Teriyaki Tuna Tataki • The White Chocolate Namelaka with Mangos and Matcha. 26/08/2025: The location is very beautiful, old, and well-renovated. The waitress was friendly, but the service was very slow, even though there were only a few of us in the restaurant. The food was good, although the portions were small for the price. We were just passing through, but I wouldn't return in the future.

19/08/2025: We arrived and the owner was chatting with some customers, probably acquaintances of his. After about 10 minutes of standing and no one to greet us, we decided to sit alone. The interior is very charming, but otherwise, let's ignore it. We waited over half an hour after being seated before anyone arrived. The prices are too high for the quality of the food offered. A pizza and a mixed grill, a glass of wine, and two bottles of water "only" €46. The mixed grill was unfortunately burned and undercooked, and no bread to accompany it unless requested. I don't think I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
