24/05/2025: Renovated farmhouse, immersed in the bucolic atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside. A magical place? Or do Le Fate Ignoranti just want us to believe it (cit.). In any case, Le Fate offers us a cuisine with a strong identity, based on Umbrian tradition but with a personal touch that is there and can be seen.
Homemade pasta, use of truffles, quality products. Second courses of meat and fish. Seasonal proposals.
Very good desserts. Vegetarian dishes. And a great wine list to complete the work.

16/05/2025: Wonderful place. Everything completely gluten-free, many fresh products even lactose-free. Products made really well, so much so that you forget you're eating gluten-free. High quality and great flavor! Too bad we don't have a place like this close to home. If you're in the area don't hesitate to stop by. Recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs.
26/04/2025: For me, who recently discovered that I have celiac disease, it is like discovering heaven. I didn't even think I could find a place where I could eat fresh food. Speechless, ecstatic. I will definitely come back.

27/04/2025: Nel panorama dei ristoranti giapponesi a Perugia sicuramente il Sushikaiten si guadagna un posto sul podio più alto. Piatti di qualità, servizio cortese e veloce in un ambiente raffinato e privo degli odori provenienti dalla cucina.

05/04/2025: We took one and one focaccia (I would say a super focaccia which is fine for two people). Excellent quality of the products used, a very light dough with unique digestibility.
Next time we will try the fried calzone.

09/05/2025: Nice place, friendly staff, especially the lady who took our orders.
Really good pizzas, with quality ingredients, especially the very good tomato, and the ricotta that filled the crust of one of the pizzas.
We also tried the panuozzo, good... even if the tomato had wet the base causing it to all break! But anyway we had a good time, we will be back!
