We found this restaurant almost by accident, searching for vegan options, and were delighted to be overwhelmed by the passion and professionalism of the owner and staff. Authentic food, generous portions, a wide selection on the menu, clean flavors and sophisticated combinations, and easy to digest. We felt welcomed and pampered from start to finish, culminating in an interesting discussion about the owner's philosophy and inspiration. The value for money is particularly noteworthy. Highly recommended.

01/01/2026: Mr. Sandro Santi is truly very friendly. I paid little, having 24-hour electricity in the hotel parking lot. However, in the rest area, 220V is only available from 6:00 PM to midnight. Pizzeria, the food is good and cheap. Robot waiter. Innovative.

16/07/2025: Delicious food, enchanting and certainly evocative location. Value for money is average.
The only criticism I'd make is regarding the communication between the dining room and the kitchen; if you shout, they'll hear you even from outside.

11/01/2026: A small restaurant located just a 15-minute walk from the Duomo. Founded in 1911 according to an inscription on the wall.
Interior: Simple but tasteful. Old ceiling with character. A large mural covering one entire wall. Tablecloths add charm. I give it a solid 4 for good vibes.
Service: Everything was excellent. Professionally handled. Another 4 here.
Cuisine: Outstanding. Delicious dishes beautifully presented. 5 from 5
Average bill per person: Around €50 including wine.
Overall impression: Liked it very much. The only surprise was that we were the sole guests on Sunday evening. This place clearly deserves more attention.
It seems odd to read reviews complaining about high prices. These are standard rates for a decent restaurant in Milan. An appetizer costs roughly €15, while main courses hover around €20.
02/01/2026: A lovely old restaurant on a quiet side street. The food was good, the service only adequate insofar as the owner personally attended to our guests. Unfortunately, the restaurant is significantly overpriced. Therefore, only 3 stars. My recommendation: There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity that offer comparable food and better service for half the price.

12/11/2025: We enjoyed some truly delicious artisanal gelato. We enjoyed it while sitting at one of the tables outside the shop. The various flavors are hung on the wall to the right of the counter, not displayed next to each tub of gelato.

12/10/2025: Today my husband and I had lunch at Meo's, taking a trip to Bocca Seriola. Friends had recommended the place. The service was excellent; everyone was very kind and attentive. The food was good, with some outstanding dishes like the crostini nero and the fresh, homemade sweet and sour giardiniera. The cured meats, however, were a bit disappointing, except for the capocollo with fennel, which was truly excellent. The sautéed mushroom sauce on both the crostini and the first courses was excellent; the lamb chops, however, were tough and we didn't like them as much. The thrushes were excellent, and the second courses were good. The cantucci with vinsanto were excellent, very fresh and homemade, as was the zuppa inglese with a delicate, fragrant cream that reminded me of my grandmother. The price was fair, around €40 per person, all-inclusive, including drinks and coffee. We'll be back, even though it's a bit far from Valdichiana, where we live. Compliments to Signora Silvana!
