09/03/2025: A fantastic truffle-based experience, high prices but in line with the quality offered. The manager is always super friendly, both in the restaurant and in the shop. We went on the occasion of Women's Day, and the manager gave all the ladies a very kind gift. The waiter was also kind and friendly, like the rest of the staff we met. You can really feel the passion that the manager has for his place and for his customers. Instead, speaking of dishes, they offered us a small entree, which was very good. We then had the tartare with the prized black truffle, which was an explosion of flavours, from the truffle, to the meat and the spices that were combined. As a first course, a gnocco and a tagliolini. Right portions, in fact I was even full! An experience you absolutely must try if you want to taste excellent quality truffles! I also recommend the shop if you want to bring some good truffles home. Highly recommended, we will be back. In total we spent €155 including cover charge, water, a glass of wine and coffee.

07/03/2025: Cena in famiglia.. Ogni volta trovi grandi novità! Oltre ai loro super antipasti ci hanno deliziato con un tortello fritto di carbonara con ripieno di uovo liquido, raponzoli fritti, spalletta di maiale brado. Primi strepitosi cucinata dalla signora Patrizia con maestria: tortelli ripieni di manzo stufato su un fondo di arrosti, gnocchi ripieni di funghi porcini. Come secondi abbiamo preso il coniglio in porchetta con finocchietto servito con una deliziosa crema di patate e carré di agnello. Per finire in bellezza abbiamo scelto le ultime delizie della chef Benedetta: bignè ripieni di crema chantilly con fondente liquido servito al tavolo e la crostatina di frolla con una coulisse di lamponi, chantilly e soffice di mimosa. Tutto è stato accompagnato da un servizio attento e preciso ad ogni esigenza da parte di Tommaso. Con la sua professionalità e simpatia ci ha reso la serata ricca di allegria e spensieratezza! 25/02/2025: Family place, great food!! Two starters of mixed crostoni and two first courses of Cappellari with milk and truffle and the other first course of Stregozzi with truffle, all mouth-watering special!! If you pass through those parts... well.. I recommend it!!

07/01/2025: I don't give reviews to the rooms because I didn't sleep there but only ate and had a spa plus massage... Beautiful characteristic place, very romantic... Two flaws.... The first is that from the spa you have to go out into the cold from the massage room and come back in. Let's say that in the cold it's not the best.. The second time I purchased the 80 minute massage package for my husband each, the 40 minute massage was done while I was in the cloud bed... I was given 20 minutes... While he was in the cloud. .. I'm sorry because I took a 2 hour trip to relax....

05/03/2025: Cortesia e disponibilità e’ alla base del loro lavoro..dai proprietari a tutto lo staff! Danno il massimo per rendere la serata fantastica! Aperitivo strepitoso, a seguire antipasto e pizza veramente buona! Serata fantastica con ottima musica grazie al Dj!!

03/03/2025: Il locale è grande e ben tenuto. Possibilità di mangiare in un bel.giardino durante l'estate. Giro pizza con gli amici, tutto ok La pizza è buona e sottile, unico appunto durante il giro pizza: hanno sfornato varie volte pizze semplici (e quindi più economiche) per poi proporci, una volta che eravamo sazi, pizze più particolari (che appunto, dopo varie margherite e wursterl ecc, abbiamo dovuto rifiutare).

22/11/2024: In vacanza in zona mi viene consigliato il ristorante Fontanelle, mai scelta fu più azzeccata, arrivo verso le 12.00 e chiedo se era possibile mangiare, ci dicono di sì ma che è presto, comunque ci accompagnano al tavolo e che avremmo dovuto aspettare un pochino, essendo in vacanza e non avendo fretta rispondo di non preoccuparsi, si ripresenta dopo 10 minuti con due bruschette per ingannare l'attesa ( pensiero gentilissimo ed apprezzato) poi arriva il figlio Alessandro che ci consegna i menù e prende l'ordine, sentendomi non apprezzare il tartufo ed essendo lui un cercatore di tartufi, ci spiega bene cosa sono i tartufi (confesso la mia ignoranza in materia) e ritorna dopo poco con due bruschettine con crema di tartufi, lo ringrazio ma gli ripeto sia io che mia moglie non apprezziamo il tartufo... alla fine con un pò di insistenza mi riesce a far assaggiare la bruschetta wow buonissima, mi sarei preso a sberle da solo per le volte che ho snobbato il tartufo. Proseguiamo con fettuccine in bianco al ragù di chianina (eccezionali fatte in casa) e tagliata al rosmarino con patatine fritte, sublimi. Che dire ho prenotato anche per il pranzo di domani, sapori autentici portati avanti con sapienza. Ho comprato anche l'olio e una boccia di vino. Consigliatissimo e se posso ci ritornerò con i miei amici.

02/01/2025: Driven by the curiosity of "4 restaurants" we visited Umbria and had lunch and dinner in the two places classified 1st and 2nd. The TrattOliva restaurant which came second in the ranking was a beautiful and pleasant lunch. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and the dishes, well what can I say... FABULOUS! The pork loin was incredibly soft! To our taste and liking, my partner and I deserved first place. To return when we revisit beautiful Umbria!

18/12/2024: What about this restaurant? A little gem. The location is very beautiful and welcoming, we were welcomed by Giulia who pampered us and served us with great professionalism. It was possible to have a tasting of various types of oil produced by them, following which we ate two exceptional first courses and a very tasty second course. Average prices. Super recommended.
