14/07/2024: In viaggio verso il sud Italia ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante perché attaccato alla autostrada. Un pranzo fantastico. Una grigliata di carne eccezionale! Questo posto ha una griglia gigante.. pappardelle al cinghiale ottime.. Lo staff molto gentile, tempi di attesa minim. Prezzi economici. Ci torneremo sicuramente!! Da provare!!

13/07/2024: Ristorante a due passi dal casello autostradale quindi ottimo per chi è in viaggio ma vuole mangiare bene. Location semplice ma carina, piatti buonissimi e abbondanti (consiglio la mezza porzione se si vuole mangiare più di un piatto), servizio veloce e simpatico, conto onestissimo (considerando la qualità e quantità dei piatti). Ci tornerò!

30/07/2024: Fantastic location close to Città di Castello in the high Tiber Valley region of Umbria. A luxurious XVIII century Villa hotel with a brand new swimming pool and outdoor restaurant with amazing food. Try the homemade fresh pasta and their own Grechetto wine. Ps. They have the own church so it’s a perfect place for weddings. Highly recommended!

26/07/2024: Historic location, renovated, surrounded by greenery with swimming pool. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The layout of the rooms and the mattresses which are now too dated certainly need to be reviewed. I stayed in this villa during a motorcycle tour.

10/08/2024: Hotel without air conditioning, superior type rooms.....very hot equipped (not all) with a small fan. Not recommended in hot periods!!!!

07/08/2024: So, I give this rating 4/5 because despite the comfort, the location etc. I find the ad a little misleading given the photos that the hotel offers. We expect a small, intimate, cute hotel and in fact not at all! It's a HUGE hotel with around 160 rooms, with different aisles, different buildings, endless corridors, elevators that go to certain floors but then you have to take something else to go to another wing of the hotel etc. I've never seen such a big hotel, especially in such a sparsely populated area, with such complexity to find your way around haha ​​(really a very strange layout lol). Finding your room is quite a challenge! It really feels a bit like a factory hotel. We took 2 standard triple rooms (for the family) and we weren't even together or close, we were on different floors, in different wings of the hotel, not very convenient. They were also not as modern as the photos showed, so a little disappointed nonetheless (there was no air conditioning either, but we were already aware of that from the various comments). Apart from that, the bedding is comfortable, clean and it was quiet. The location is nice, especially near the hotel entrance, with the basilica right next to it as well as very cute alleys. The breakfast is also very nice, in a large room (like the hotel haha).

14/08/2024: The menu is listed by the owner depending on the availability of the dishes. The bill is an unknown!!! Like the seats... You have to book in advance otherwise you'll send customers away without any problems. Very theatrical bohemian mixed place.

18/08/2024: Nice surprise: the entreé and the local extra virgin olive oil accompanied by excellent warm bread, not to mention homemade breadsticks and focaccia. All this included in the service! Good dishes and young, friendly staff, exceptional quality/price for how they served us and what we ate.

15/08/2024: Attracted by a lady at the entrance we entered via Aic, truly exceptional fresh homemade gluten-free pasta, I ate the umbrichelli with sausage and mushrooms, really excellent, their gluten-free tiramisu was also really special, the staff were really friendly especially the lady at the reception. We will definitely be back

15/08/2024: I ate at this restaurant on August 15th. They have gluten-free availability for all dishes. We felt treated like at home, thank you Francesco for being able to advise us and for your customer care. As for the impeccable cuisine, everything is delicious with flavors in perfect harmony that explode when tasted. Baked pig with potatoes something indescribable. The desserts are also excellent. Fair bill with bitters offered.

12/08/2024: Simply excellent for zero kilometer food and speed of service

09/08/2024: Were there with a youth trip. Mold on the ceiling, in the bathroom and in the walls. Some children quickly developed a severe cough due to the mold spores. The food was great, as was the actual ambience, but the hygiene standards are unacceptable

21/07/2024: We arrive at this place at 8pm, we queue since they don't take reservations, at least 25 minutes, when the owner's friends show up trying to skip the queue. When we point out that we had arrived before them, the owner still seats them and not only does they order before us. We decide to turn a blind eye given the half hour queue we had queued. When we were made to sit down and order, we noticed that these friends of the owners had eaten before all the diners present. The people who arrived after us eat, pay and leave, we still have nothing after about 1 hour. We decide to get up and leave and the owner not only made us pay for the drinks, which by the way we didn't even finish, but she also felt obliged to lecture us. Plus the terrible impression of scolding in front of all your employees for a lack of respect caused by this person. A shame.

02/08/2024: Un'osteria dai sapori autentici con un menù in parte turistico ma i piatti della tradizione erano davvero buoni e curati. Le pappardelle al cinghiale molto abbondanti mentre la tagliata al tartufo gustosa e tenerissima . Il servizio attento e cortese (sempre.piu raro ahimè!) e la cornice molto affascinante.
