05/11/2024: Da un paio d'anni mancavo dalla pizzeria, ho prenotato per una pizza con un amico. In seguito ho letto delle recensioni recenti negative. Ci sono andato quindi con non poca titubanza. Debbo dire che la qualità è la medesima di due anni orsono,così come l'ospitalità e la cortesia per non parlare poi del conto "politico". Consiglio vivamente il posto sicuramente farete un figurone. Ps. Ribadisco che abbiamo mangiato pizza

21/09/2024: Erano anni che non ci tornavo ma avevo un buon ricordo. Delusione completa sia per l’impasto che per i prodotti e quindi con una bassa qualità e i prezzi medio- alti non sono giustificati. In Rovereto si trova di meglio.

Sempre disponibile e competente, ha saputo guidarci attraverso un menu che celebra i prodotti tipici trentini con grande maestria. La cucina raffinata e l'uso sapiente di ingredienti locali hanno reso ogni portata un viaggio di sapori autentici. Accompagnare il pasto con un'ottima bollicina del Garda è stato il tocco finale che ha reso il tutto perfetto. Un vero gioiello nel cuore di Rovereto! 🌟

09/09/2024: Non mi sarei aspettato di trovare un ristorante di livello in un museo, e invece...sorpresa!Locale con atmosfera soft, arredamento rivisitato che richiama il primo novecento (colori oro, blu, rosso), ottime sedie di Franco Albini, posate Giò Ponti. Abbiamo provato canederli e uno spaghetto ai finferli, per me davvero ottimi. Strudel, bunet alla pesca e amaretti e dolce al rabarbaro eccellenti. Servizio veloce ed estremamente professionale. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità offerta. Consigliatissimo!

19/07/2024: We visited this place on Friday, seeing that the tables were almost all free and we had sandwiches, not having planned to eat at the refuge, we asked if we could get a drink and sweets and eat our sandwiches, we were told yes , that there was no problem, we ordered beers and cokes. While we were eating, the manager of the refuge approached us and in an annoyed manner pointed out to us that we couldn't eat the sandwiches, we pointed out that we had asked inside of the place, but the response was to eat the sandwiches at our house. Rude and inappropriate! Reply to the manager's response. As already mentioned, the refuge had 80% of the tables free and it was already late lunch time and we had asked the person at the bar counter for permission (if it had all been occupied we certainly wouldn't have asked), it's not the customer's fault if the staff has not been informed about the rules of the structure! We ordered beers and cokes and would have had coffee and sweets, it's not true that he gave us permission to stay anyway because even though he knew we had asked, his tone and manner of doing things was an explicit invitation to leave, which we done quickly, will we return? definitely, when it changes management, hopefully very soon!
