27/06/2026: The waiter outside asks me to go order a bottle. I order and sit down, and they bring me a terrible Campari Spritz and an unopened bag of chips. Orange in the Campari. The outdoor atmosphere and tables outside are not bad.
02/06/2026: Completely renovated, this restaurant in the heart of Rovereto's historic center has reopened under new management.
The interior is thoughtful, colorful, and well-maintained, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor spaces are also pleasant, well-protected from the summer sun and located in a quiet, airy area of the city.
The staff were friendly and attentive during service.
The menu is varied and designed for a wide audience, from families to groups of friends. Amenities like free WiFi also make it suitable for a younger clientele.

25/01/2026: Excellent gluten-free pizza, with dough hand-crafted by the pizza chef in a separate room and cooked on an aluminum plate, suitable for celiacs. The classic pizza is also really good. The prices are very fair, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

27/12/2025: The cafeteria for the volleyball players competing in the Christmas tournament in the city these days was a huge disappointment.
The cost was €14, but unfortunately the quality of the food wasn't up to par: the pasta was inedible and the cutlet was very tough.
I absolutely don't recommend it. I don't understand why the tournament organizers didn't let those who didn't want to eat elsewhere choose to eat elsewhere.

31/07/2025: The staff is quite friendly, except for the barista...make sure you have the right receipt or she won't make you a coffee! But the other ladies are friendly ;-) Overall, the food is good.

30/09/2025: We stopped here on a trip to Rovereto, and it's wonderful to find a place like this. The spaces are well-organized: a glass terrace complements the outdoor seating. The staff is very courteous and attentive to their guests' needs.

09/05/2026: Incompetent! But you arrive at this bar, order a 10 euro aperitif, and they don't bring you anything to go with it. This might be acceptable if it were their "MO," but then you look around and see that they've brought a few measly appetizers to the other tables. Ridiculous!
07/12/2025: The owner, almost annoyed by our presence, handed us a small basket of chips along with four beers. Disappointed, we ran away.
Truly disappointing.

13/02/2026: The other day I stopped by the bathroom at Paganini. After a few minutes, I came out and the manager closed the door on me, saying I needed a coffee; I'd just gotten one somewhere else. Then he kicked me out, telling me not to come back. For years, I've been a good customer for coffee or a glass of white wine every now and then. He treated me rudely and unkindly.

09/07/2026: Local bar with a less than pleasant bartender/owner. They treated us terribly for no reason. I hope it closes and is taken over by someone more pleasant.
09/07/2026: Faced with a group of 15 people, the owner declares that he doesn't have tables big enough to accommodate us all, and even though the place closes after two hours, he doesn't feel like serving us because he feels unwell! I've never experienced such social awkwardness in a public establishment.

16/05/2026: Yesterday afternoon I went to get a coffee at this bar, I went in and the barmaid with an inappropriate stamp not only didn't respond to my greeting but immediately warned me saying "look, I won't give you a drink in ten minutes, I'm closing" I left the bar and not only will I certainly never return but I will warn all my friends not to come back.
