The super central location in the heart of Rovereto, the warm and welcoming staff, the hotel reception staff (L, V, and V), and the owners, the sublime quality of the food... The gourmet pizzas are carefully crafted, and the tomato sauce is the best I've ever had. I came here before leaving for a long trip abroad, and I think I couldn't have chosen a better place! If you're not sure where to dine in Rovereto and only have one night, definitely come here! You'll feel truly at home in this warm and romantic setting, surrounded by Susanna's delicious and innovative art. My compliments!

08/08/2026: We stopped in as a group of seven people with varying dietary needs (including gluten, lactose intolerance, and vegetarian). This was our first time here, and we were spoiled for choice. Everything was excellent and safe, and the mushroom crepes were out of this world. Excellent and very friendly service.

We felt very comfortable and can truly recommend this café to anyone who is open to new experiences.

18/02/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant, with rich and delicious appetizers. Then we had paccheri with lobster and spaghetti with seafood, both delicious! Lemon sorbet to finish off the meal.

19/08/2026: A real shame, because the location has incredible potential. Unfortunately, the cuisine and service organization didn't live up to the expectations created by the wine list and website. We would have expected greater attention to local products, an added value we would have truly appreciated. On the contrary, the menu seems to lack a clear identity: offering polenta and snails alongside meatballs and shrimp spaghetti in the same setting isn't meeting customer tastes, but rather juxtaposing dishes without any coherence. The staff is certainly young and very courteous, but they seemed unprepared for a full catering service that exceeded the scope of an aperitif or the agreed-upon menu. We encountered significant difficulties right from the moment we took our order (having asked for an appetizer and a first course for me, and a first course and a second course for my companion). A place with this potential deserves much more fluid and coherent management of the dining room and kitchen. I sincerely hope that it is just a running-in problem and that they can improve.

15/05/2026: The appetizer was very good... it tasted like seafood, the first courses were too oily, not so much the seafood flavor as the oily one. The downside was that we wanted to stop frying the food, but they wouldn't stop us, saying it was already breaded! The only solution was to take it away! Well, let's leave it for later. We'll definitely return for the appetizer.

09/12/2025: It's true that you have continuous hours, but you forgot to mention that the kitchen is closed in the afternoon and you only serve cakes. We wasted an hour's travel time... so that's a negative.
