Simple but welcoming environment, splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites. Excellent quality Trentino cuisine in which to enjoy the authentic flavors of the mountains!

Highly recommended for people with celiac disease as the restaurant is associated with AIC and therefore the celiac menu is identical to the traditional one.

03/02/2025: Serata diversa dal solito presso la Wine Stube dell'hotel Crozzon di Madonna di Campiglio. Suggerito da più di una persona abbiamo prenotato una cena a base di Bourguignonne, piatto conviviale perfetto per una serata tra amici. La cura al dettaglio e al cliente fanno di questo posto un gioiellino nel centro di un paese ormai fin troppo alla moda. Carne superlativa e salsine fatte in casa tra il classico e l'originalità! Non si può non menzionare la cordialità e ospitalità della proprietaria di "casa" che passa più volte al tavolo per assicurarsi che tutto stia andando per il meglio. Sopresa finale: assaggi di pasticceria fatta in casa, che delizia! Prezzo nella media considerato dove ci trovavamo.

16/02/2025: I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Rendenèr Alpine Food restaurant in Pinzolo with my wife on the occasion of Valentine's Day, and the experience was excellent. The venue stands out for its attention to detail. The service was good: a team of young professionals welcomed us with friendliness and competence. The cuisine offers dishes that creatively revisit Trentino and mountain traditions. In particular, I loved the black cabbage risotto, a balanced and delicious combination of flavours. The quality of the raw materials and the attention to the presentation of the dishes are evident, as also confirmed by other reviews. An experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wishes to enjoy local cuisine in a refined and welcoming context.

16/02/2025: A charming restaurant in the heart of Pinzolo, offering excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes was stunning, though the flavors didn’t quite live up to the visual appeal. The meat, in particular, was served only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a meal in the area, but not necessarily a must-visit.

04/02/2025: Refuge surrounded by nature. Starting from the car park, you reach the place in about twenty minutes on foot along an uphill path through the woods. Wear shoes suitable for the snowy ground that have a good grip to avoid slipping on the frozen snow.
