09/01/2025: 5,000sqM of spa and treatment rooms are worth the trip. Relatively near Madonna di Campiglio makes it a great sky destination as well. Finally the new, modern but warm construction makes this a wonderful 5 star destination. Cons: Pinzolo is only about 800m from sea level so snow is less common and the town is not wonderful. The starred restaurant is good but the “normal” is a bit aseptic. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful although not always 100% professional if you consider the cost (1,000/night during our stay). All and all, one of the most exclusive and relaxing destination in the area.

Simple but welcoming environment, splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites. Excellent quality Trentino cuisine in which to enjoy the authentic flavors of the mountains!

05/01/2025: Really pleasant stay. The hotel is very nice, warm and comfortable. We ate very well. Rich and abundant breakfast, dinner with choice options and all of excellent quality. The staff were really kind and attentive, always with a smile and really helpful. Very welcome pluses: the snack when returning from the lifts and the super clean spa.

Piatti di alta qualità, materie prime di montagna freschissime e sapori autentici. Servizio impeccabile, cordiale e attento. La location, tipica con stile moderno montano, crea un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

10/01/2025: Restaurant with pretentious cuisine. That day either the kitchen team was lazy or someone takes themselves too seriously. Polenta to forget (how do you do that?! ..a little pride please..). Blueberry risotto... rice cooking perfect, the rest much less... blueberries too sour; roe deer shank... it was dry... without that classic depth of flavor of long cooking... almost boiled in water without a bottom or broth (as soon as it comes out of the oven it should be left in its cooking liquid for a while); the gravy or sauce for the shin... tasteless, artificial, very similar to Knorr demiglace or instant roux. Sautéed mushrooms... Chanterelles, flavorless and thrown away (taste it, right?); grilled carne salada very good but the 4 side beans... were 'tired of living'. Lazy cuisine. The bill was *tasty*. Very friendly and professional customer service. The bathroom lacked soap and drying paper. We had dinner when the restaurant was empty, we were the first... I'll leave it up to you to judge. Paid but we won't return. Taken for a ride.

29/08/2024: I discovered by chance the hotel located in an excellent position in Madonna di Campiglio. A 10-day stay introduced me to the courtesy, discretion and professionalism of all the staff. There was immediately a wonderful empathy with the owners which is certainly worth a new visit as soon as possible. The level of cuisine and breakfast is also excellent...never an exception. The SPA is another strong point, with the hydromassage tub overlooking the Dolomites.

01/01/2025: Oasis of pure professionalism and hospitality with a capital A in a context (that of Madonna di Campiglio) of carelessness and disarming improvisation (if we exclude the ski rental shops) Always very kind staff, with that professionalism that makes everything truly familiar even for those like us who found themselves passing through as guests without an overnight stay It was our refuge and our mainland during the week spent in Campiglio. Thank you for everything, you have always been super good and super kind

30/12/2024: Excellent location for those who love skiing because it is very close to the cable car. Good breakfast and beautiful spa which I found almost always free in the morning so I really enjoyed it to the full. Friendly and helpful staff Advise

31/08/2024: I came to eat in this port for an appointment. Very quiet place during the week, very capable staff and really good food. They also served dishes not on the menu such as a second appetizer, a pre-dessert and an after-dessert. Really recommended 👍

17/08/2024: Location un po trascurata. Piatti dei contorni lasciati in bella vista senza nemmeno una copertura, inoltre freddi. Chieste 2 grigliate miste ma arrivata solo una. La carne è precotta a parte alcuni tagli. Alcuni pezzi troppo salati. Le birre da listino erano varie ma alla fine ne erano disponibili altre commerciali in bottiglia che non erano presenti sul menu. Qualitativamente nn male, la cottura nn buona. Servizio....erano in due a mandare avanti il locale...hanno fatto anche troppo. Buono per l'impegno misero per il resto. Il conto in media... Ma nn basta il prezzo per fare l'articolo. Nn ci tornerò, nn lo consiglierò.
