03/03/2026: We went as a group, eight of us. Nice place with a typical Trentino atmosphere. Excellent food, though with its ups and downs. The egg was considered excellent, as was the carne salada, the venison, and the dessert. The stuffed tortelli were average. The porchetta rabbit was very dry and not up to par, and we didn't like the game fettuccine either. Very friendly, professional, and welcoming service. Prices are moderately high. Overall, a good experience.

12/04/2026: Exceptional stay. One of the best spas we have ever been to. Nestled in the side of a scenic valley with rolling mist; beautiful from the panoramic breakfast restaurant. Fine dining was memorable, regionally specific, and delivered on the wine pairing. Rooms designed with style and comfort in mind and the lounge area, the heart of the hotel, was cosy, modern, and grand. Service from staff surpassed expectation, attentive throughout; thoughtful enough to leave the car full charged and stocked with mineral water for our onward journey. Je suis going back.

It offers a perfect combination of relaxation, design, and a connection with nature – a true highlight of your stay. One slight drawback is the price of drinks and food at the hotel, especially if you haven't booked full board. These prices are quite high. However, this is easily offset by the resort's authentic Italian restaurants, which are highly recommended for their culinary offerings. Overall, the Lefay Spa & Resort Dolomiti is an exceptional hotel that combines luxury, tranquility and excellent service at the highest level – a clear recommendation for anyone looking for something truly special.

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

12/02/2026: The vegetable soup made with vegetables from their garden is delicious, and the hazelnut cake is exquisite. The dishes are also suitable for those with food intolerances. They are friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The location is truly strategic, with the ski lift located right across the street, about a five-minute walk from the hotel, and you can even ski right there if there's snow. The Groste'/Fortini parking lot is less than four minutes by car, or a fifteen-minute walk. The rooms are well-appointed and very clean, with balconies, and the bathrooms feature multifunction showers with the option of a sauna and hydrodynamic massage. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked, with delicious homemade cakes, a variety of pastries, fruit salads and fruit salads, and jams to go with sandwiches or pancakes. Of course, there's no shortage of savory options, with a wide selection of cheeses and cold cuts. The hotel also has an à la carte restaurant, offering superior dining at prices that are obviously in line with the quality of the products and the level of service provided. My son and I ate dinner, and I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars. The homemade tagliatelle with venison ragù was amazing, to my taste. The Wiener schnitzel was well-cooked, with good fries and a very interesting berry sauce. The homemade strudel (and you could taste it) with vanilla cream was delicious. Everything was top-notch. If I had to find anything unexpected, it was the lack of the usual welcome bottle of water in the room, and the refrigerator in the room was turned off and, most importantly, empty (this seemed strange to me). However, these things didn't affect the overall rating, which remains very high. I'll be back with the whole family, so definitely recommended.

14/03/2026: A truly good restaurant. I've been there twice for dinner, and both times I've had the tagliatelle with meat sauce. Simply fantastic! The welcome was warm, and the waiters were helpful and very kind. A must-try place to sample traditional cuisine.

27/07/2025: Now a regular stop when I'm in the Pinzolo area, I can't help but stock up on their Brunilde beer, although all their beers are worth a try. They've deservedly earned their place among my favorite craft breweries.

13/04/2026: Hotel Ariston is a cozy, small-scale family hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the meals are truly outstanding—of a high gastronomic level with excellent wines. What really stands out is the personal attention and genuine care from Paola & Andrea, who are always ready to help. The hotel enjoys a central location in the village, close to the ski slopes, shops, ... underground parking right in front of the hotel. A perfect place for families, couples, and guests of all ages looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with a personal touch.
