10/04/2025: Great food, clean place and super helpful staff. Every time I pass by and get the urge I stop for a takeaway lunch or dinner. It is in the center of Arco. I recommend! The food is always very fresh, packaged instantly. Online prices. Slurp!!

26/12/2024: Excellent discovery in the center of Arco: good food, excellent service, suitable prices. Short wait even though it was a semi-holiday. Super recommended, if I pass through Arco again I will definitely go back!

24/04/2025: Super tasty pizza. Marinara for €4.50 and margarita for €5. The oven looks like there is an open flame and you can taste it too. Highly recommended for take away.

11/12/2024: Luogo tranquillo non occorrono formalità ambiente caldo e accogliente. I piatti serviti rispecchiano la cucina povera e tradizionale trentina ricca di aromi:zuppa di goulash ,fagioli,carne salata, e polenta, accompagnati da vini rossi e bianchi sinceri. Un plauso anche al gestore per l'ottima cordialità e grazie ancora per il"cicchetto" offerto a fine cena.

02/05/2025: I sent my boyfriend to get some croissants since we are here on vacation. He speaks German and the girl at the counter, instead of giving him the croissants in the window (I think and hope fresh) got him some croissants in the back. Needless to say, they were as hard as stone. And they weren't flaky but looked like brioche. I didn't take a photo because out of nervousness I threw them straight away. But let's stop always trying to cheat tourists and try to sell goods worth selling. You eat the remains. Of course we won't come anymore.

18/04/2025: The two of us were in the sauna area on Maundy Thursday. It had been raining quite a bit, so it was super pleasant in the sauna. It was open from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Price 32.50 euros per person. We all took part in the infusions at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The infusions got better and better each time. Small, tidy and cozy sauna area. The outdoor pool was closed. But it was raining heavily anyway. Unsweetened tea and fresh cold drinks without sugar, as well as apples, are available. There were always some extra vegetables such as fennel. Water is also available. Salt for salt peeling is available. Care is taken to ensure that the sauna area is quiet. There are saunas with 95, 60, 55 degrees and a steam room. Unfortunately, there are also permanent deck chair covers in Italy. Towels are on the lounge chairs, but people are not lying on them. So we didn't have a chance to lie down. Price/performance for sauna goers is absolutely fine for what is on offer.

11/03/2025: Location on the top floor of the "Poli" shopping center. Lots of parking. Clean place and very good service. There is the possibility to order quick lunches. Advised!

11/05/2025: Unfortunately there was only one trash can in the room, but otherwise everything was ok! Everyone is very friendly and you can always find something to eat! Very quiet location!!

01/05/2025: The hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. You have to be there on time for your meal otherwise you will only get leftovers to eat. It is already measured very sparingly and is no longer filled up. The meat dishes are enough for at most half of the guests. Breakfast is also served until 10 a.m. and you don't get any bread at 9 a.m. When asked it says no more bread. With the all-inclusive, drinks are only available from 12 p.m. The staff is helpful but it doesn't make things any better. I can definitely not recommend the hotel.
