You can taste the complicity of every dish by tasting the ingredients. The combination of ingredients impressed us.
As a traveller, this Chef menu allows us to taste all different signature italian cusine with high quailty. I am happy that I have chosen here for dinner.
05/02/2026: It is hard to impress me as I have been to many great restaurants but this was a fantastic experience. We felt extremely and warm welcomed. The staff was naturally friendly and attentive, very professional. It seemed everyone enjoyed their job. The dishes presentation was really stunning- just look at the pictures and videos I took.
The only thing to improve would be a normal pepper mill- not this press thing- the design is very nice but I personally found it a bit irritating 😜
We all had the Gherdena menu but you don’t have to all decide on the same menu on your table like in other places. I loved that!!!!
Our son doesn’t like fish so they just adjusted for him.
It is the best restaurant in Val Gardena for me and we will be back next year!

03/03/2026: A cozy pizzeria with lovingly set tables. Very reasonable prices for the location and excellent pizzas. Definitely worth a visit. However, the menu is limited to pizzas, with only a few appetizers and desserts available. Perhaps that's a good thing... it helps maintain the authenticity. We'll be back!

25/03/2026: Starting point of hiking trail. Parking is available. We did the hiking during winter, it is an easy trail. Some people is doing cross country skiing.
17/02/2026: A fantastic crossroads of different paths, excellent cuisine and very friendly service, the desserts are special because they are homemade! The staff is kind and always smiling ❤️

09/01/2026: Excellent bourguignonne.
There was a bit of confusion with the reservation, and we were worried we wouldn't get it due to a mistaken cancellation, but we finally made it.
Our only regret was having ordered the appetizer (mixed salami) on the recommendation to pass the extra wait, but it was worth the wait and enjoyed the main course, which was plentiful and we couldn't finish it.

22/12/2025: Good, but not great. The location would be convenient, unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't go to Saslong (400 meters) but to Dantercepis (4 km). The dinner menu has no options. The pool is outdoors and accessible by stairs. If it's cold, it's not very appealing.
19/12/2025: The bidet is missing; this should be reported.
Water is €5 per liter in the evening at the restaurant.

08/03/2026: Welcoming reception and always helpful, lovely place in incredibly beautiful surroundings
02/02/2026: Stayed here in Jan, 26 for our family ski vacation in Dolomites. The hotel was not fully booked and being not too busy was a privilege, all stuff: reception, bar & servers were extremely helpful and attentive, which made our stay pleasant. Our apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, just the pillow were too thin, but I guess that's a preference. Breakfast can be richer in terms of variety and if the pool was warmer during our stay we could have used it. Overall we're happy and thankful to the whole team for their hospitality.
Family's tip: the kids club is big enough to entertain 2 small children - our were 1 and 4 at the time of visit and they spend a lot of time there.

30/03/2026: We (two people) ended up there by chance without a reservation, and what can I say, it was simply amazing! I had the beetroot pasta, and it was sensational! The service was absolutely top-notch, they served a delicious amuse-bouche (just mention it if you're not a meat-eater), and very tasty goat cheese spread with homemade bread. Seriously, this restaurant is fantastic! The food pictures on the website look a bit uninspiring, in my opinion, but we were absolutely blown away when we were there. Truly excellent!

03/07/2026: It's actually quite nice here, the staff are very friendly, however, there are occasional misunderstandings with Italian/German/English. I ordered soup (€16), it arrived cold and the soup was no more than 150 ml. It all seems a bit like they're trying too hard to be professional.
26/06/2026: Elegant atmosphere, friendly staff, refined and well-balanced dishes that I would happily order again. The venison carpaccio is incredibly delicious, and the pairing with the red fruit jam is interesting: a blend of traditional mountain flavors and a touch of innovation! Compliments to the Chef.

01/09/2025: Italian English and Korean English pronunciations can be hard to understand for each other, and I could understand that part. But what's with that female waitress? When I asked for the bill, she just told me the total amount without a receipt and asked me to pay. She was really rude."

19/09/2025: The kitchen didn't have half of the items on the menu, and out of the 3 items left, they managed to get 2 out of 3 dishes ordered wrong... low quality food compared to the price.

19/07/2025: Locale molto accogliente e con ottima cucina. Consiglio i ravioli tricolori, che oltre a ispirarsi ai colori nazionali, sono effettivamente anche molto buoni. Conto nella norma, considerato il contesto turistico.

Ci sono diversi servizi di ristorazione, noi siamo stati in pasta-pizza-burger.
Location molto bella in mezzo alle dolomiti con vista mozzafiato.
