02/01/2026: We had a wonderful dinner at 1/1 new year. We ordered one stater and one main course each, to our surprise, they offered a few pretty and tasty pre-starters, and two new year’s desserts, plus a box of chocolate as gift. It has the Michelin star restaurant feeling, but reasonable price.

30/12/2025: A truly pleasant stay. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with great warmth and professionalism: hospitality is one of the hotel's strengths. The staff, both at reception and in the dining room, is extremely kind and helpful. In particular, the young and cheerful dining room staff contributes to creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, always making you feel at ease. The location is excellent: the hotel is located directly opposite the Saslong, perfect for mountain and skiing enthusiasts. The shuttle service is also very convenient, allowing you to easily reach Col Raiser and Dantercepies without having to use a car. The spa is excellent, modern and well-maintained, with an outdoor pool, two whirlpools, and a sauna. An added bonus is the possibility of accessing the spa at the adjacent hotel, further expanding the wellness offerings. Breakfast and dinner are good quality, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes, ideal for starting and ending the day in the best possible way. A hotel I highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Trentino, thanks to the perfect combination of hospitality, services, and location.

03/03/2026: A cozy pizzeria with lovingly set tables. Very reasonable prices for the location and excellent pizzas. Definitely worth a visit. However, the menu is limited to pizzas, with only a few appetizers and desserts available. Perhaps that's a good thing... it helps maintain the authenticity. We'll be back!

15/12/2025: We spent 2 days there with our two kids. The building is very modern but with a touch of traditional architecture. Rooms immensely big, curated in every detail. The spa is well curated and clearly divided between family and adults only area. Food is good (we dined in the no-star restaurant), perhaps a bit overpriced. The staff is simply amazing. They are very discrete, but always smiling and willing to help you. The service deserves 6 stars.

02/03/2026: The food tasted good, but the portion of Kaiserschmarrn was a joke. Far too little for the price. The service was unresponsive to complaints. The tables were dirty and the kitchen didn't look clean either.

22/12/2025: Good, but not great. The location would be convenient, unfortunately, the shuttle doesn't go to Saslong (400 meters) but to Dantercepis (4 km). The dinner menu has no options. The pool is outdoors and accessible by stairs. If it's cold, it's not very appealing.

19/12/2025: The bidet is missing; this should be reported. Water is €5 per liter in the evening at the restaurant.

25/02/2026: Experience 1. Delicious food. Completely renovated. Excellent value for money. The table service was excellent. The situation at the cash register and the escalation between the owner and the guest, which escalated considerably, wasn't very nice. Try to avoid that, especially when your restaurant is completely full. But aside from that, this company is a real asset. Many of the photos on Google and the website are outdated!!! Experience 2. Another delicious meal. Organizationally, it's chaotic. We made a reservation the day before. Upon arrival, we were no longer recognized. We were given a table, in front of an emergency exit at an awkward angle. Although the problem has been resolved, it still feels strange. Experience in 2026. A very pleasant evening. Delicious food. Super friendly service. Truly excellent value for money.

01/09/2025: Italian English and Korean English pronunciations can be hard to understand for each other, and I could understand that part. But what's with that female waitress? When I asked for the bill, she just told me the total amount without a receipt and asked me to pay. She was really rude."

02/10/2025: Perfect spot for post-hike bevvies. Staff was super friendly and even gave us cushions for our chairs!

19/09/2025: The kitchen didn't have half of the items on the menu, and out of the 3 items left, they managed to get 2 out of 3 dishes ordered wrong... low quality food compared to the price.
