04/03/2025: It used to be nice here, but now there's just unbearably loud music. But there are hardly any guests anymore... It's a shame, we were here every evening for sundowners for many years, but it's no fun anymore with the noise
Only rarely... Third day and the same dirty noise every day.
It's a shame about what used to be the best location in the Dolomites - one star is still far too many! Minus 5 stars would be appropriate!

09/03/2025: Only been to the restaurant outside, I can't say anything about the hotel. Schnitzels on the mountain are on the pricey side (29 euros). Then a mega-large schnitzel arrives, which makes you happy... but that was only for a moment. Schnitzels had no taste, very dry and had no taste. There was also only a small handful of fries. So not recommended.

15/03/2025: On the recommendation of locals, I came here with friends just to try their shank. Very, very good! unquestionable quality of the meat, perfect cooking with that crunchy crust to complete the dish. For quality/price the best in Selva! Well done!

05/03/2025: Very nicely located hut. The goulash soup wasn't really good, you had to look for the goulash in it. The vegetable soup was OK. The cappuccino was bad by Italian standards. The service threw the food on the table more than it served it. We then had to clean the table first. There are many better huts in the ski area. Unfortunately no recommendation.

15/02/2025: Selten erlebt man so ein Ambiente gepaart mit perfektem Service und Essen der Spitzenklasse. Wir waren zu viert und haben das Soo Chic dreimal in einer Woche besucht. Dementsprechend haben wir viele Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte ausprobiert. Alles war immer perfekt angerichtet und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Dass zu einem Rinderfilet sechs verschiedene Salze gereicht wurden, hat mich besonders beeindruckt. Negative Bewertungen über den Service kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Selbst bei fast voll besetztem Gastraum war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich wie immer.
Highlight am Valentinstag: der Gastraum war geschmückt, die Tische mit Herzen dekoriert und die Damen bekamen eine Rose gereicht.

03/03/2025: As a loyal customer I can only give 5 stars to the Bellavista Restaurant. Excellent quality fish, very good pizzas and my beloved T-bone steaks! In addition to the excellent cuisine, the great strength of the place is an incredible wine cellar that allows me to discover everything from niche productions to great classics. I will be back (as always)

26/03/2025: We stopped here for a drink. We had to come inside to order, which the waitress told us when she saw us seated.
It was a shame that the men ordered Chardonnay, and the waitress came with the drinks and said no Chardonnay, put a different wine down, and then she was gone. No one asked if that was okay or not. There you go... We found that a bit cheeky.
Good music was playing. The waitress didn't look after us. She probably wasn't in the mood. We were alone. Only when more people arrived did she shine with her presence outside. It's a shame. She could have made more sales.
I've heard different things, so we stopped here.
The waitress speaks English.
We won't be back.
We didn't feel welcome.

06/03/2025: Impeccable service and attention to details. The spa is amazing, the food is a delight. Not ski out but several hotel shuttles are always on standby so not a big deal. Truly a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back!
08/01/2025: Speaking as an expert in the sector and having worked in many leading 5 star hotels, the bar service is totally poor: no greeting at the entrance, the menu is not clear, staff who barely speak correct Italian and concentrate on talking to each other them and not to follow the customers, multiple attentions to their colleague the pianist (who consumes at the bar for free) at the end of the shift and is treated better than a paying customer, incompetent barman.
Despite the complaints, no step back and a very grumpy attitude: no proposal to speak to a superior saying that he has never had any problems despite the menu not being truthful, almost a scam.
Bar completely not recommended and unacceptable service from a hotel that is still considered (unfortunately) of this caliber.
