28/03/2024: I have been to this hotel other times and I'm sorry this time I was very very disappointed. Did water prices change depending on who entered them? as well as the price of the tea I had in the afternoon. Overall I didn't have a good feeling. I won't go back there again.

29/03/2024: Very good Italian pizza with a thin, crispy base from the stone oven is available here! The pizzas come really quickly and you can watch them being prepared beforehand. Dessert is also highly recommended, especially the semi-frozen amaretto ice cream. Since the restaurant is quite popular, we recommend that you reserve a table.

04/02/2024: Ottimo ristorante. Situato fuori Selva. Ambiente raccolto con un Mac di 20 coperti per cui è necessario prenotare. Il menù è ricercato ma di sicuro non è per portafogli stretti ma la qualità presentata è, inevitabilmente, correlata ai costi. Due amici abbiamo preso un tagliere di prosciutti (secondo me non la loro migliore portata) una zuppa di zucca con cipolla croccante, un piatto di gnocchi ed un filetto (sublime!) con frittelle di mele e creme brulle al pistacchio come dolci (unico difetto riscontrabile un po’ freddi). Un’acqua e 1/4 di vino alla mescita (le volte dell’Ornellaia). Abbiamo speso 134€ (neanche tanto rispetto alla qualità del servizio!) Consigliabilissimo!!

03/04/2024: There are so many great huts in the Sella Ronda ski area, but nowhere is there as much warmth as in the Sella Hut... They don't deserve stars... they deserve hearts ♥️

23/03/2024: One of my favorite huts in Val Gardena. Here you can find delicious, varied hut dishes at reasonable prices. You have a wonderful view of the Sellastock and the Lankofel. A smaller, family-run cabin.

27/03/2024: One of the most beautiful huts on the Giro dei 4 passi... possibility of a quick drink with your skis on, or stopping for a moment for a break... to eat an excellent self-service on the ground floor or a top-quality restaurant on the ground floor 1st floor. Do you want to sleep? There are also beautiful rooms all in South Tyrolean style... The choice is yours!

20/09/2023: Brilliant hut to stay at. Stunning location for this family run business who care about sustainability. We had a comfy 2 person room (suggest bring liner or sleeping bag, pillow case to use with the bedding) shared shower (hot water, advised understandably to use a small amount) and one male, one female indoor toilet plus another toilet block. Able to charge stuff in room. Around 25 people can stay in total, I think it was close to full when we were there for 2 nights and cosy but not too busy. Well stocked bar, brekkie 7am, dinner 7pm, silent hours from 10pm. I am vegan and vegan food was not a problem. I would like to have had some more vegan breakfast items as they I didn't get anything swapped for the cheese, ham, eggs and yoghurt others had. Could have peanut butter, porridge with water or oat/soy or water and or for the cereal soy milk (can buy small longline ones for value) or yoghurt for example. Some more vegan items would fit with the sustainability ethos too. Many thanks for our stay.

12/09/2023: Posto magico con vista incredibile. Atmosfera familiare e accogliente, con la storia del rifugio raccontata sul menu davvero interessante. Cibo davvero buono a prezzi assolutamente sotto la media. Merita senza tentennamenti.

16/03/2024: It is a very beautiful place, typical Tyrolean atmosphere, exquisite food. We had 2 seconds and they were very good and above all abundant! It's always nice to come back!

22/02/2024: This restaurant offers a warm welcome and serves great food. Traditional dishes are updated slightly, making them interesting but still familiar. The ingredients are fresh and of high quality. It's a good spot for enjoying a meal in a friendly atmosphere (in our opinion one of the best places in Selva). Miguel’ service made our dinner even better :)

02/04/2024: Great atmosphere, and perfect place for apres-ski. You can ski here from a couple of different slopes/paths, and it's ideally located. They offer table service, but you have to be quick to flag somebody down to take your order. We only had drinks but the food looked great - particularly the cheese platter.

01/04/2024: Food good 👍, staff super friendly and nice. Price performance ok Well recommended. The only criticism was that the music was too loud, but was turned down after 7:30 p.m.

03/04/2024: I waited 45 minutes for the preparation of a sausage sandwich, which was otherwise poor and too expensive (almost double compared to nearby places) Absolutely not recommended

27/03/2024: Even though the season is coming to an end, you should still expect a little more motivation. Rarely have I experienced such unmotivated and unfriendly service staff at a ski hut. Additionally, the same song played 6 times during our short stay. In short: NOT recommended at this time!

29/03/2024: The homemade desserts (Kaiserschmarrn and Sachertorte) were not tasty. In addition, the portion size of the Kaiserschmarrn for €15 was ridiculously small; when laid flat, it was just the size of two palms. The deer ragout was more of a hitsch bolognese with minced deer meat. If you want to save money, you should order a cafe latte instead of the latte macchiato; same product, double price. The service staff was well organized and what was ordered came quickly. I would still have preferred better food.
