26/08/2024: I spent 4 wonderful holidays with my husband and a couple of friends in this property. Exceptional location, definitely its strong point! From here we set off for several walks of varying lengths, suitable for any type of training. The two delightful and well-kept Alpine-style rooms. The hotel is clean and furnished with style and attention, the breakfast is varied and for all tastes, the dinner (with a choice of three first courses and three second courses) is refined and of a good standard. Very attentive staff. The pool and spa are very small (but still proportionate to the number of rooms). Too bad about the sauna which was out of order. Overall a holiday worth repeating!

16/08/2024: Always stopped at this hut, never had any problems, I don't know if the management has changed, but forcing the minimum consumption to be €30 at 10 in the morning, the time you usually still have breakfast, otherwise you won't be allowed to park doesn't seem correct to me and perhaps not legal. . This has never happened to me in all my years in the Dolomites. Management like this doesn't deserve it.

She truly made the evening special. The food was beyond delicious with every dish bursting with flavor and creativity. 29/08/2024: Totally lived up to the Michelin star. Service was impeccable - our host (wish we got her name) was genuinely thoughtful. Chef who’s been internationally trained including in Seoul, created dishes that are the perfect balance of local authenticity and modern touches.

29/08/2024: I came across this restaurant during a trip out of town with my family. Intrigued, we decided to stop for a quick meal We ate: - venison fillet - surprise from the forest Two dishes well served (I attach photos) and very tasty. They definitely met our expectations. The dessert is an explosion of flavors and balanced in the right way. The fillet is tender, tasty, rich in flavours. A real explosion for the palate. Especially for those who have never tasted these flavors before. The service was friendly and fast, we didn't wait long and the waiters met our needs. They were also available in helping us choose the dishes Advised? Absolutely yes!

09/08/2024: Siamo tornati al SooChic ed è stata una conferma di tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato. Tempura di gamberi molto buoni e appetitosi serviti con una salsa di soia e una agrodolce, spaghetti allo scoglio con cozze vongole scampi e un sughetto veramente ottimi, tagliata di tonno rosso veramente super delicato e cotto alla perfezione con misticanza di verdure e per finire panna cotta con salsa al cioccolato e gelato alla vaniglia con frutti di bosco. Insomma tornare da Ronnie al SooChic e sempre un piacere in primis per gli ottimi piatti di pesce di mare freschissimo gustati a 1800 m del Plan de Gralba e per il panorama stupendo che cotorna il ristorante. Per chi passa in zona Plan de Gralba lo consiglio sia per l'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

12/04/2024: Enésima semana de esquí en Val Gardena, y como en otras ocasiones no podía faltar nuestra visita al Ristorante Soo Chic de nuestro amigo Ronnie Lampredi. El trato inmejorable, la calidad de la carta superior y esa terraza con un entorno mágico, con el Sassolungo al frente y el macizo del Sella a la izquierda no se puede describir con palabras, hay que verlo en persona. Todo aquel que visite Val Gardena no debería dejar escapar la ocasión de visitar este fabuloso restaurante.

25/07/2024: Returning from an excursion, we had lunch in this hut and really enjoyed it Excellent location, a nice terrace with tables and deckchairs on the lawn Good food, their sweet omelette with blueberry and apple jam is also excellent. Open kitchen Friendly staff So highly recommended

22/08/2024: Hotel in an excellent position for those who want tranquility, very convenient for trekking without taking the car. The only two negative notes are the excessively cold pool water and the reception staff who are not always exhaustive and sometimes not so polite.

14/08/2024: L eccellenza della cucina culinaria. L Cianel è un diamante prezioso. Servizio, accoglienza e location sono il top del top, ristorante migliore non esiste. Il cibo è veramente delizioso, fresco e piatti abbondanti non riesco più fare a meno della loro cucina. State pure certi che non uscite affamati 💪. Ottimi prezzi per una location così spettacolare. Cosa c'è di più bello di cenare o o pranzare, o un semplice aperitivo e nel mentre vedere i cavalli che corrono e godersi godersi il panorama con un ottimo bicchiere di BUON VINO. E LA COSA PIU INCANTEVOLE? IL CIANEL TI COCCOLA E TI VIZIA

14/08/2024: The place is very beautiful, with large green space, a pond and a beautiful children's play area. We arrived starting from Rifugio Comici, intent on having lunch, but when we arrived there the staff informed us that unfortunately there was no possibility of having lunch but they only provided bar service and homemade desserts 😞 It's a shame because we would have gladly stopped, but as we were almost 2pm we had to look for another place. But it will mean that we will come back for a snack 😉

14/08/2024: It's a shame they didn't open the restaurant this summer, but for a short break it's very nice. (You can get something to drink or desserts)
