10/08/2026: I made an unplanned stop for lunch at the Dantercepies Mountain Lounge and I was so glad that I did. I had the tasty and well-presented mezzelune (ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta). The service was very good and the view amazing.
08/08/2026: Do you want paradise, crisp air, breathtaking views, one of the most beautiful places in the world?
Come to this refuge and you're done! And then, eating with a view like this is priceless!
The food was divine: Storo polenta with venison, tagliatelle with venison, and the legendary dumplings in broth that were simply breathtaking!
A true delight!

29/03/2026: The seating was nice. The pasta was too soft. 6€ for a Spezi (a popular German soft drink) is steep.
28/03/2026: We skied the Sellaronda and were on our way to another mountain hut, two lifts further on, when the smell of the grill caught our eye. So, we spontaneously decided to stop here. We found a lovely spot outside in the sun. The service was excellent, the food delicious – what more could you want? Smaller and more charming than many other huts. We especially appreciated the lack of self-service.

12/10/2025: The hotel rooms are beautiful, traditional, warm, and comfortable. The view is spectacular, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. We ate well throughout our stay. The dishes are typical of the area, and the cured meats are exceptional! The location is ideal, as the ski slopes and equipment rental are just a few minutes' walk away. There's also the option of using a room inside the hotel for equipment storage (skis, snowboards, helmets, etc.).
25/08/2025: Hotel: very central, free indoor parking, and spacious rooms.
Staff: everyone is friendly and helpful, both the owners and the staff, but what struck us most was Claudia's helpfulness, kindness, precision, and smile!! Congratulations!
The owners, Stefano and Romana, are truly welcoming and always ready to accommodate all their guests' needs. The chef is one of a kind! The food is excellent, imaginative, and delicate. The dishes are always served with kindness and attention by Claudia (the best), Lolita, Larisa, Bledi, and Lucia.
If I were to return to Selva, I would have no doubts about my choice: Hotel Armin!

15/08/2026: A great experience that I highly recommend. The cabin has a spectacular view of the Sella massif, and the lawn in front is a bright green carpet. Friendly staff, excellent food! From the Plan de Gralba car park, a moderate climb on foot, or from the Ciampinoi or Sassolungo lifts.
14/08/2026: Beautiful, meticulously maintained refuge with a children's playground, excellent food, and friendly staff. It's accessible both on foot and with facilities for those with mobility issues. I highly recommend it!

09/06/2026: Once a nightclub, today it's a very beautiful restaurant with decor that blends in very well with the Alpine landscape and, above all, the food is very good. I recommend it!
05/06/2026: The food was very good. The pork medallions with porcini mushroom sauce and Spätzle were delicious. The best tiramisu I've had in a while.

24/08/2026: We've been going there for years, several times during our week in Val Gardena, because it's always a testament to the impeccable quality and service, with a view of the Sella Group and the Sassolungo behind it—it doesn't get any better than this!!!!
The food is truly excellent, never below expectations, even the desserts are exquisite, highly recommended!!!

17/06/2026: The atmosphere was nice and the service was decent, but the food was very disappointing. Most dishes were too salty, and the overall tasting menu felt rather dull and repetitive.
Considering that this is a Michelin restaurant, I expected something memorable or special, but none of the dishes really stood out. For the price, the experience did not feel worth it at all. In the end, the ambience was pleasant, but the food itself was not enjoyable, which was very disappointing for a restaurant with this reputation.

02/07/2026: We are at Restaurant Nives several times during our stay at Boutique Hotel Nives, both the service and food were excellent each time. The staff are lovely as is the ambiance!
05/04/2026: Fantastic service! We only called 5 minutes beforehand to let them know we were coming, and everything was already prepared (gluten-free). All the staff were very competent and friendly. The food tasted great, arrived quickly, and at the perfect temperature. A wonderful experience!

08/08/2026: I've been frequenting the area for a while, but only today did I have the pleasure of having lunch here.
It's a real shame I hadn't been there before! The food and service are top-notch, and the panoramic view of the Sassolungo makes the atmosphere unbeatable.

25/03/2026: Starting point of hiking trail. Parking is available. We did the hiking during winter, it is an easy trail. Some people is doing cross country skiing.
17/02/2026: A fantastic crossroads of different paths, excellent cuisine and very friendly service, the desserts are special because they are homemade! The staff is kind and always smiling ❤️
