30/08/2024: Posto incredibile gestito da persone deliziose. Menu fisso composto da circa 6 portate che cambia di stagione in stagione. Il posto è aperto a cena soltanto dal giovedì al sabato ed è necessaria la prenotazione. Cucina molto semplice ma fatta con prodotti locali. Ho adorato tutto dal cibo al posto compresi la vista meravigliosa sulla valle e la mise en place

19/07/2024: Good morning, my wife and I only spent a few days, unfortunately... I found excellent courtesy from everyone. Spotless rooms, well organised. Impeccable breakfast and good quality dinner. Very nice location and everything well looked after. In short, I would have stayed there. If you come to Piedmont and the Cuneo area... you have our address and if you come to visit us you won't miss a nice dinner together... Thank you for your kindness towards us, but it was also noticeable for all the other guests. The owners very helpful and the staff very polite, always smiling. Good work.👋💪

13/12/2024: I had inferno hamburger and honestly it was one of the best burger I have ever had.

06/10/2024: Pizzas without a special flavor, especially moist, which I personally don't like at all. I think that with a thicker tomato and less water, the pizzas would be much better, because the dough was good around the edges but the center literally looked like a swimming pool. We tried 2 and both had the same problem. On the other hand, the tiramisu was very good.

22/09/2024: We hiked down to it with the idea of ​​being able to enjoy the view and the mountains. Unfortunately, indoors and outdoors you are bombarded with loud and - for us - terrible oldies music. No place where you could sit and eat in peace. We left again.

09/12/2024: Sono stata all'Alpenroyal con il mio fidanzato per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dal calore dell'ambiente, semplice e minimal ma allo stesso tempo davvero accogliente. Non c'erano tantissime persone, e questo ci ha permesso di trascorrere una serata davvero tranquilla. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione "Tradizione in evoluzione" che abbiamo trovato squisito: sapori delicati ma ben riconoscibili, con un ottimo utilizzo delle materie prime. Ci siamo interfacciati principalmente con Leonardo, gentilissimo e disponibile, che ha fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro: molto chiaro nella spiegazione dei piatti, educato e sempre sorridente.

01/09/2024: I have been frequenting Val Gardena since my childhood, now very distant, always staying in the same hotels, but this year we changed by choosing the Granbaita. Really good choice! Hotel in a central position in Selva and well connected by shuttle to the main ski lifts, evidently recently renovated structure with excellent warm and welcoming furnishings. The Superior room we chose is large and overlooks the planted terrace overlooking the entrance, very quiet and impeccable in cleaning and evening maintenance. Excellent and varied breakfast and good choice in the evening menus, which in addition to the day's proposals offers various alternative options, praise goes to our maitre Paola, kind, friendly and very attentive to my wife's food intolerances. However, all the staff, from the bellhops to the reception, are really friendly and professional, from arrival to departure. We will definitely return in the future.

In particular, the excellent and efficient management of the catering room led by Marco was excellent; professionalism and kindness of Paola in the dining room, affability and courtesy in reception especially from Veronica and Katia; for the quick and punctual concierge service, particular credit to Fabio and Kostantine. 18/12/2024: Very nice little restaurant. Very good pizza and the Tyrolean burger is great.

13/12/2024: Wow. Service great; the staff were so nice. Food was great; we had a Gherina (sp?) pizza and Greek salad. Great beer selection which was a surprise. Complimenting the usual on tap were bottled beers including an IPA. Passed this place up the first trip. Glad we didn’t this time. Thank you.

25/09/2024: Stilvolles Steakhouse als Teil eines Hotels, grosses und exzellent zubereitetes Steak, sehr gute Beilagen. Preislich leicht über dem normalen Niveau in Wolkenstein, aber durchaus dem Rahmen angemessen.

25/08/2024: Un vero e proprio viaggio nei sapori e nei profumi. Locale molto bello all interno dell’hotel linder. Mix tra sapori alpini e mediterranei. Abbiamo adorato il gazpacho di pomodorini, sella di cervo e faraona spettacolari. Servizio perfetto, conoscenza dei vini. Professionalita’e preparazione fanno il resto. Noi siamo stati seguiti da Gioacchino in questo viaggio di sapori!

09/10/2024: Wir haben uns fünf Pizzas zum mitnehmen gekauft. Diese wurden frisch für uns zubereitet und waren wunderbar lecker! Wir hätten von außen nicht gedacht, wie gemütlich es im Untergeschoss gestaltet ist.

15/12/2024: We were just in the restaurant. This review therefore does NOT refer to the hotel. The service was nice, the landlady was friendly, but in my opinion the food wasn't as outstanding as described in other reviews. The vegetables were bland, the sauce wasn't anything special, the portion size wasn't particularly generous considering the price and the presentation was unimaginative. You can't go wrong, the food is reasonable, but unfortunately I can't understand the 5-star reviews.

26/08/2024: I spent 4 wonderful holidays with my husband and a couple of friends in this property. Exceptional location, definitely its strong point! From here we set off for several walks of varying lengths, suitable for any type of training. The two delightful and well-kept Alpine-style rooms. The hotel is clean and furnished with style and attention, the breakfast is varied and for all tastes, the dinner (with a choice of three first courses and three second courses) is refined and of a good standard. Very attentive staff. The pool and spa are very small (but still proportionate to the number of rooms). Too bad about the sauna which was out of order. Overall a holiday worth repeating!
