22/06/2026: Absolutely incredible! A heartfelt recommendation! We spent four days at Mountain Village Hasenegg and, to be honest, we're still completely captivated by this getaway. Our lodge was simply dreamy. The whirlpool with its mountain views, the tranquility, the attention to detail, the cleanliness… you can immediately tell that the people who run this place want to give their guests something truly special. A real highlight for us was the breakfast basket. Every morning, a lovingly packed basket was waiting for us right outside our door. Fresh, incredibly delicious, regional, and sustainably sourced. We looked forward to it every single evening. You rarely experience such dedication. But what truly makes Hasenegg unique is the atmosphere. It doesn't feel like a hotel. It feels like arriving. Like taking a deep breath. Like a place where you can simply be yourself. Everything is incredibly well-maintained, high-quality, and yet warmly welcoming. This combination is what makes all the difference. And then there are the beautiful Friesian horses. I absolutely fell in love with them during our stay. The time I spent with the horses was truly special, and I sincerely hope that on our next visit I'll have the opportunity to ride one of these impressive Friesians. Dear Herzschegg family: Thank you for this wonderful getaway. Thank you for your warmth and hospitality. Thank you for a place where you can forget about everyday life and truly feel alive again. 18/05/2026: We had three wonderful days. The chalet is very well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and the view and food were top-notch. The daily room cleaning deserves special mention – it was exceptionally clean. We also enjoyed excellent meals at the restaurant, and having the fondue delivered to the chalet was a real highlight. Everyone was very friendly, we felt completely at ease, and we would love to come back.

25/08/2026: We had a very pleasant stay at the Tannerhof in Schenna. The value for money is truly excellent. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and the balcony offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley. We particularly appreciated the blackout blinds, which made for a very good night's sleep. Another plus is the free parking directly in front of the building, as well as the bus stop right outside. The welcome upon our arrival was also friendly and warm. We booked breakfast one day, but unfortunately, it was rather disappointing. We were especially disappointed that the service staff seemed visibly annoyed and, at times, unfriendly. This somewhat marred the otherwise positive impression. Overall, we would still recommend the Tannerhof because of its beautiful location, clean rooms, stunning views, and good value for money.

15/08/2026: We spent over two weeks at this property and had a wonderful time! The apartment is very spacious, bright, and comfortable. The service was excellent; the staff accommodated all our requests. The location is very central, within walking distance of all amenities, and the bus stop is right in front of the property. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

07/08/2026: We visitied this Alm a few times durnig our stay in the area. The food was nice, portions were big and price fair. Also, the view is beautiful and the vibe chill.

29/09/2025: My girlfriend and I unfortunately only stayed one night in your cozy Ortlerblick suite on our return trip from Milan. We were overwhelmed by the beautiful 180-degree view of the Alps from our balcony and our accommodation. Our suite was very modern and absolutely clean. The Illmer family owns a very well-maintained, comfortable, and tastefully furnished property, which they make available to their guests along with friendly and courteous staff. Not only the very friendly hotelier, but also the service team took great care of our well-being. The 5-course dinner menu was exceptionally varied, a feast for the eyes, and very digestible. For a vegetarian like me, there was a huge selection of delicacies. The service came to our table regularly and discreetly to provide us with the best culinary delights. The selection of drinks, both at dinner and breakfast, left nothing to be desired. The breakfast offerings were very extensive. There were a variety of fresh juices, fruit, rolls, bread, cheeses, etc. We are very sorry we only booked for one night. Next time, we will definitely stay longer to have more time for the luxurious wellness area. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her massage in the afternoon. The masseuse was very competent and pleasantly warm. We wish the Illmer family all the best and thank you for the enchanting stay. Mrs. Wessel & Mrs. Wolf

25/05/2026: The food was good and the prices reasonable. However, there were problems with the service. We waited a very long time before we could place our order. Guests who sat down after us were served sooner. Perhaps someone from the service team was absent.

22/10/2025: Nice café with a great children's play area, friendly staff, and fast service. The kids had a great time playing in the Duplo/glasses corner, and the sandwiches were perfectly fine.

30/08/2025: Café right on Schenna's main street. Delicious cakes (especially the whipped cream). Super friendly and dog-friendly staff.

26/06/2026: The hotel is located in Schenna, above the village of Schenna. We had a very nice room with a terrace and a view of the Merano region. The parking situation is far from ideal; there are too few spaces, and you were afraid to use your car for fear of not finding one. There is a swimming pond and a smaller pool, but far too few sun loungers for such a large hotel. In the afternoon, you practically never had a chance of getting one. The food was very good, but the salad bar was not what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet was already quite empty by 9 a.m. and wasn't replenished.
