07/04/2024: Super tasty pizzas, very good prices. Rarely have I had such good pizza. Because of the prices, you can treat yourself to pizza more often. No rip off like in other pizzerias. You have to compromise on the ambience. But it's better to eat well than have a nice atmosphere. Were there three times last week. Alone and with friends. Everyone was thrilled. We'll definitely be back.

26/01/2024: In the heart of Merano, a welcoming location and friendly service. We had an excellent dinner, excellent food, the only flaw was having to reach the upper floor with a few month old baby in the stroller but the service guys immediately offered to help.

28/03/2024: I like to rate restaurants based on their "simple" dishes and first impressions when meeting the staff in person. Had the best pizza in a long time, because making good pizza, really really good pizza, isn't easy at all and my partner's lasagne was an absolute dream. The staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive, so you like being served. There was also humor and you could tell that the staff enjoyed doing their job.

01/04/2024: A very central hotel, excellent for spending days visiting Merano and its surroundings, not cheap. Paid garage, fixed or a la carte menu, very varied breakfast with sweet and savory, double rooms at different prices depending on size, but comfortable even at the standard level. Free transport card, spa just a stone's throw away.

04/04/2024: Went to the Schlossgarten restaurant for lunch. The waiters sometimes seemed disoriented, which became clear by constantly searching for the right table to place the order. The quality and presentation of the dishes is below average. What you can't really say about the prices. These are rather above average. During our week's stay in South Tyrol we paid less for food and drinks in some places, sometimes even in hotels. But in the Schlossgarten restaurant they are happy to take the money of tourists who have no other choice within the area. It's a shame that you don't have higher standards for yourself and are satisfied with mediocrity. Addendum to the answer from the operator: So we didn't have any snow. How you determine our feelings from the weather remains to be seen. Why you use the comparison to German restaurants as well. However, all of this strongly suggests how seriously you take criticism or see it as an opportunity.
