03/10/2024: This was, without question, the best meal I have ever had. The art, the presentation, the flavors — everything was top-notch. Each course was delicious, interesting, and beautiful. We were constantly amazed by every dish. The waitress was wonderful and attentive, and the chef came out to ask us about our meal at the end of it. There was no better way for us to spend our evening in celebration of our marriage earlier that day. We will be returning to the Dolomites simply to enjoy another meal at Tilia. Thank you.

07/12/2024: Best place ever to eat if you are in Dobbiaco or nearby. Super food, friendly and professional service and very nice location. It has been a regular stop for years now.

09/11/2024: For a foreigner driving on the hill of narrow road, you would not think here is a hidden gem. If not base on the rating, we probably not came to here when we visited Cortina d’Ampezzo . It didn't disappointed us. In fact, we found it packed with local people greatly. We tried the sampler of their signature. The food was excellent 👍👍👍 If you ever in this area, you got to try it.

14/12/2024: Nella Giornata di venerdì 13, dicembre mi sono recato in questo bellissimo agriturismo in un maso di alta montagna, su consiglio di amici, posto, cucina, cura del cliente ai massimi livelli, personale cordiale attento al cliente senza esser invadente, ottime le proposte della cucina tipiche del Südtirol, i canederli i più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato… proposta, materie prime, e prezzo in perfetta armonia… paesaggio mozzafiato… complimenti alla famiglia Seiterhof e alla signora Siglinde. Di sicuro ci torneremo ….

10/10/2024: We were staying nearby in one on the farm-stays. We wanted to go for dinner at Seiterhof restaurant to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary with a nice dinner. Before walking over, we checked the opening hours of the Seiterhof restaurant. It was supposed to open by 7 pm this past Monday (Tuesdays, they are supposed to be closed) The restaurant seemed open, with full lights on. Even though there were no customers and low session, a kitchen worker (a lady) was in her uniform, playing with a dog outside in front of the kitchen. We were friendly and polite, talked to her in German and telling her that we wanted to come for dinner. Her answer was quite rude, saying that they were closed that day and the following day. We shrieked quite a bit from the way she spoke to us and walked away hungry – let alone it was the first and only time we would ever try eating there. Hospitality is something different!

11/09/2024: Mia moglie ed io abbiamo cenato divinamente.Servizio ottimo e piatti squisiti e ben curati. Porzioni più che generose e ottimo vino della casa. Prezzo in linea con la qualità e quantità del cibo. Ottima la zuppa di cipolle e formaggio. Grazie per la bella serata. Ci torneremo e pernotteremo anche. Certamente le camere saranno all' altezza del ristorante. All' anno prossimo.

18/08/2024: The meat hamburger is so delicious and the cappuccino is also good. Kind and nice.

17/08/2024: Service was slow, we got served the wrong order (pork meat instead of turkey) even after checking with the waitress that the meat will be turkey. Pitatoes that came with the order were stale like they were sitting on the counter top for a day before bein served. The price of both meals in the end was 2€ higher than on the menu card. Better search for a different restaurant in the area to not be dissapointed.

28/08/2024: Tre sere a cena. Due si ed una così così . Locale molto bello arredato tradizionalmente. Personale gentile, presente. Goulasch ottimo,costine buonissime (assolutamente non unte), piatto con salsiccia, formaggio, funghi e polenta, tris di canederli. Tutto molto buono e ben presentato. Uova e speck con quest' ultimo "croccante" tipo bacon (può piacere più morbido),e Rosticciata con carne di manzo, buona, tagliata fine e patate (per il mio personale gusto troppo morbide). Per due sere ,avendo prenotato all'interno (moltissimi posti coperti all'esterno) siamo stati accolti con il tavolo libero. L'ultima sera , l'afflusso dei clienti era talmente elevato, che abbiamo dovuto attendere una mezz'oretta. La proprietaria è stata gentile , ci ha offerto due calici di prosecco, per ingannare l'attesa. È uno dei locali tipici più "gettonato" e decisamente c'è il suo perché.

30/08/2024: Fabulous stay. I was on holiday in this hotel with my family. We had some wonderful days. The hotel is very well kept, large and clean rooms, with typical South Tyrolean furnishings, a relaxing garden, everything is wonderful. Excellent cuisine, from breakfast to excellent dinner. All the staff were friendly, kind and very professional, available for all our requests. Even the Spa environment, after a day of trekking, is a gem. We will definitely return.
