04/08/2025: Posizione con vista a 360°, raggiungibile comodamente con impianti di risalita oppure a piedi con camminate più o meno lunghe secondo il punto di partenza. Cucina per tutti i gusti, noi abbiamo optato per piatti tirolesi: canederli (ricetta tradizionale della titolare sigra Berta), accompagnati da un'abbonante insalata di cavolo cappuccio, birra, strudel e caffè. Tutto il personale molto cordiale.

07/08/2025: I've already had lunch there on my motorcycle in the spring and with my family in the summer. Excellent local cuisine at fair prices with a sensational view. A definite recommendation! If you're expecting a five-star+ atmosphere a la Wolkenstein, you're probably in the wrong place.

09/08/2025: A must-visit among the Val Badia refuges, because the food is good, the service is excellent, and it's not touristy! It has a wonderful view of Campolongo! Today it's in the summer version, but I often come in the winter too.

25/08/2025: Terrible experience. I sat down for an aperitif, and the glasses left by previous customers remained on the table for several minutes, with no one bothering to clear the table. After politely asking me to move to the next table (so as not to be left in the shade), the grumpy waiter entered the restaurant to call the head waiter. The latter arrived with an arrogant attitude and, instead of obliging me, made me understand that asking to move was downright disrespectful to the person who had just cleared the table. A ridiculous excuse, demonstrating zero professionalism and zero customer care. At that point, I left without ordering anything. This place is definitely to be avoided: rudeness and arrogance reign supreme.

28/07/2025: Amazing hotel in corvara, cyclist friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and just what we needed for the huge climbs! Wellness area has nice saunas and a pool. Rooms are big, clean, and well appointed. Staff is helpful and kind. Would stay again.

03/05/2025: For the 2nd year in a row we came to do a short ski with you. Last year with 6 people and this year with 14 men. * Prime location * Good kitchen with a very extensive breakfast and wide choice for dinner. * Nice wine list * Spacious rooms * Good room service * Ample shuttle service to the lifts *Some very friendly staff Small minus: The bar closes way too quickly.... 11:30 PM is really early. On Saturday evening our bus left and dinner was shoved down our throats, 3 courses in 30 minutes is not pleasant. It was also not possible to pay by card for the wines that our group drank, it had to be in cash. You can expect us again next year and probably with an even larger group.

13/08/2025: We had dinner at this hotel, with a restaurant run by attentive and professional staff. There's a separate gluten-free menu. The price was fair considering the service. Ample parking nearby.

02/08/2025: The restaurant is located on the main road in Corvara. The staff is friendly, but the menu isn't exactly typical! Unfortunately, the spelt soup was overcooked, the strudel was good, but the crust was very hard, and the vanilla cream that accompanied it was refrigerator-cold.

07/08/2025: It was great to enjoy a beer while gazing at the Pizboe Mountains. Located right in front of the upper cable car station, there was a long wait during lunch hours! The Ortisei beef tartare paired well with a draft beer and a glass of wine. Amazing view, delicious food, and refreshing drinks! Highly recommended.

05/08/2025: We ate at this cabin, and everything was very good. The prices are a little high, and the only downside is that the waiter didn't bring us a receipt... I mean, the receipt was verbal... maybe that's not what they use there.

19/08/2025: Embarrassing: on the waiter's recommendation, I order the dish of the day, risotto with fresh porcini and chanterelle mushrooms. I'm served a runny rice soup with chanterelle mushrooms, and to top it all off, my plate contains porcini mushrooms, while my companion's plate contains only a single piece of porcini. It's probably my fault for trusting the waiter's advice! But heck, using appropriate rice for risotto doesn't seem complicated! I decide to eat it anyway and not argue. However, when they asked me how my lunch went, I couldn't help but express my disappointment. They apologized, claiming there were problems in the kitchen, not admitting that the real problem was the use of inappropriate rice, soup rice. They probably think risotto is like that... a big pot for everyone! The icing on the cake... to apologize for my dissatisfaction, they discounted my water. At that point, I was speechless. I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews, but this is bordering on the grotesque. A few clarifications regarding the response I received from the owner: I don't accept being called unfair by claiming that the comments in the review weren't brought forward that evening. Talk to your waitress, the one who came to pick up the dishes. She kindly asked me if I liked the dish, and I just as kindly explained to her in detail what wasn't right. The waitress probably didn't tell her what I had reported, merely saying that I hadn't liked it.

02/04/2025: Like every year, for over 30 years now, I always have visited my friend Thomas owner of the biata forcelles. After a day of skiing, a nice rest inside or outside the hut, where you can enjoy the classic menus of all the huts in the area, but in my opinion at slightly reduced prices. It is now a fixed stop and I recommend it to everyone. Nice locations and nice view.
