23/09/2025: A very nice Refugio with fantastic food.Had potato ravioli filled with goat cheese and great tomato sauce. Probably better than the Michelin starred restaurant we eat in the other night. Definitely worth the hike.

12/09/2025: We had such a great time that we even decided to get married in this wonderful retreat. The staff was kind and professional, and Armin is fantastic! You absolutely have to come here!

21/12/2025: What a magnificent refuge! Nestled in the middle of the Corvara ski slopes, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Dolomites while savoring excellently prepared and delicious dishes. The service is quick, efficient, and very friendly, making you feel at home. I recommend the desserts, which are truly special. Thank you, Michela and all the staff. We'll be back.

09/12/2025: The best eggs, spelt, and potatoes in the Dolomites! I've eaten them everywhere, even at the mountain hut famous for this dish, and there's no comparison; these are hands-down winners. The tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and the ones with venison ragù are delicious. Top! We'll be back.

29/12/2025: We've been there three times, and the food was excellent and very tasty. The service was excellent the first and second time, but the third time was crowded and a bit chaotic. Overall, I recommend it.

15/01/2026: A fantastic mountain hut for discerning diners. Excellent menu (I highly recommend the pasta with rabbit), friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere. Extensive and good wine list, but unfortunately we were skiing – so we only had access to non-alcoholic options.

20/01/2026: This place serves very good, non pretentious dinner. They don't make reservations and the place is always full! - we waited about 30 minutes for a table, which was fine for us - we had a drink and chatted with the very friendly and welcoming baristas. The service was incredibly efficient. I forgot to take a picture of my pizza, but it was delicious - they serve all pizzas and pasta gluten free as well.

This restaurant is a rare gem: welcoming, meticulously crafted, and immersed in a breathtaking landscape. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by warmth and authenticity, with wood, stone, and the aromas of authentic cuisine. The menu pays homage to local tradition, yet with creative touches that surprise the palate. Each dish is prepared with authentic ingredients and served with meticulous care. From the fresh pasta starters to the flavorful main courses with perfectly cooked meats, to the homemade desserts—everything is simply delicious. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and attentive, without ever being intrusive. You can sense their passion in every gesture. And then... the view. Eating while overlooking the snow-capped mountains (or surrounded by greenery, depending on the season) is pure magic. Highly recommended for those looking not only for an excellent meal, but for an experience to remember. We'll definitely be back!

Poor service (we ordered two pizzas and drinks asked for a plate to eat from but they just bought us a single empty pizza plate even though we we two adults and a child so we had to get up ourselves and just grabbed two more empty pizza plates to eat from rather than bothering to ask them to specifically bring us dinner plates so we could dine in a more civilised manner, they also didn't bother bringing out the oil like we've experienced in better pizza restaurants) given that there weren't many other other guests. Great place to watch figure skaters training in the evening.

08/10/2025: I stayed here for three nights in early October. Having stayed in several other hotels in the dolomites La Tambra stands out as one of the very best. Super comfortable rooms and exceptionally, friendly and attentive staff, especially Rafaella at the front desk, who was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was exceptional as well. If I ever come back to the area, I would definitely want to stay here.

09/01/2026: I stayed with my daughter for three days after New Year's Eve. The atmosphere was delightful and the hotel's location excellent. My compliments to the staff, especially Arianna, from Cadore, for their kindness and attentiveness to guests. They always went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

24/12/2025: Hotel Ladinia – Corvara This evening we dined at the Hotel Ladinia restaurant in Corvara, and it's always a good idea. It's a lovely, intimate place with just a few tables: reservations are essential, but it's absolutely worth it. The cuisine is typically Ladin, refined and authentic, with a menu ranging from lake fish, meat, and pasta dishes, all prepared with great care and quality. We ate truly well, with balanced dishes and authentic flavors. A special thanks goes to Alessio, who is truly talented: he welcomes you with a smile, explains the dishes with passion, recommends wines expertly, and above all makes you feel at home. A rare hospitality that makes all the difference and makes the experience even more enjoyable. Beautiful place, warm and relaxing atmosphere, impeccable service. Highly recommended, we always love to return.

07/12/2025: Beautiful hotel with great kitchen and very friendly and attentive staff. The food was awesome, swimming pool and whirlpool were big and nice. We felt very welcome and are very happy with our stay. One thing that could still improve is the temperature in wellness area, it was rather cold in the tepidarium and overall not the best temperature for spa.

28/07/2025: Amazing hotel in corvara, cyclist friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and just what we needed for the huge climbs! Wellness area has nice saunas and a pool. Rooms are big, clean, and well appointed. Staff is helpful and kind. Would stay again.

11/01/2026: The cuisine is excellent, with a wide and well-thought-out selection: carefully prepared dishes, well-tarnished flavors, and evident quality. The atmosphere is also truly beautiful and authentic, all in wood, warm and welcoming, with the staff dressed in Tyrolean costumes, a detail that contributes to an authentic and enjoyable experience. The portions are just right, precise down to the millimeter: not a single ravioli too many, not one too few. For some, this may be a plus, for others, perhaps a bit forced, but nevertheless consistent. The only real downside, and a rather annoying one, concerns the reservation: a preauthorization of 30 euros per person is required, but this is not deducted from the dinner bill. We were told the amount would be refunded at midnight, but as of 9:00 the following morning, the money was still frozen. It's very unpleasant to find yourself with frozen funds that aren't even used for the final payment, especially without a clear refund deadline. Parking isn't included; we paid €4 for an hour's dinner. Overall, the restaurant is worth it for its food and atmosphere, but this pre-authorization management unnecessarily ruins what would otherwise have been a truly positive experience.

03/01/2026: Excellent restaurant in Alta Badia!! Location with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent menu. I recommend the venison carpaccio and pork chops with fries. Excellent wine list and very professional sommelier.
