05/01/2026: The refuge is exactly what it promises: no more, no less than many others. Nothing memorable, nothing particularly thoughtful.
It's a shame that what makes the experience truly unique is the glass of water, served with such ease alongside an espresso and a hot chocolate...for €1.60. Go to Las Vegas for a completely different experience.

02/03/2026: A very nice, atmospheric place. It has two levels. We were welcomed after the usual closing time. The dishes were served quickly. The portions were large, and everything was delicious. The prices were reasonable. The service was very friendly. One of the best places in Badia for both an espresso and a larger dinner.
07/02/2026: The perfect spot for a few beers after skiing. They have Spanish-speaking staff who are generally friendly and attentive. On Thursdays, they close at midnight with live music and a slightly more lively atmosphere—highly recommended.

17/02/2026: We reserved a table in advance twice, but when we arrived, it was occupied by other customers, and we had to wait 30 minutes. Once seated, we ordered, and the wait was incredibly long; other customers who arrived after us were served first. Terrible service. Same experience twice.

06/03/2026: The food was okay. We had two appetizers and salad from the buffet. However, we were charged for three times because we used three plates. Each of us had a salad plate, and we shared a small portion of the appetizer on one of the smaller plates. Nowhere did it say that we would be charged per plate. When we pointed this out at the checkout, the manager became very unfriendly and completely uncooperative, so we decided to pay the extra €10. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
02/03/2026: Poor: Average food, not bad, but nothing tasty or truly authentic. Very noisy place. So-so service: by Wednesday night, they had already sold out of several dishes and/or ingredients. I wouldn't go back.

Super nice and friendly staff.
Delicious food, veal steak or pizza. Simply superb.

09/03/2026: I love this Hotel but the service was terrible when I visited solo last week. I had to wait so long no eye contact walked by me many times. Felt so uncomfortable . In the end instead of lunch I opted for espresso and dessert espresso came 10 minutes later the dessert no apology no explanation. Very disapointing
20/02/2026: Waiter put other people on our table, while we were still finishing our drinks / going to the toilet.

14/03/2026: Best apple strudel in the entire ski resort. Fast and friendly service, top-notch.
07/03/2026: The Wiener schnitzel was disappointingly small for the price. The service was very quick at 11:30. The pizza was nothing special. The bacon dumpling soup even came with bread, but the dumplings weren't very tasty and arrived before the drinks.

We had two coffees, and the bill was 2 x €1.70 + €1.
What are you arguing about? Forget it, since the waitress was already rude when you left, and you won't be back...
Obviously, I never saw the receipt.

23/01/2026: So-so. For a place located in the city center, next to a bus stop, and with no competition nearby, we expected something more. Friendly service, a wide selection of dishes and drinks, but the taste was average. We had pizza, aglio olio pasta, some Chinese food, and that was it. We chose other places for our next dinners.

In the year of God 2025, it's ridiculous that you can't pay with Amex: it costs the same as the competition. What will happen at the Rosa Alpina farm in San Cassiano? They'll accept it! Why not at Sponata...?

28/12/2025: The service was truly terrible. Not only did we wait over 50 minutes for our order to arrive with only a few tables occupied, but we had to repeat the order countless times and request the missing table settings at least four times. For the price, I'd say the service was truly terrible.
28/12/2025: Embarrassing, I went back hoping I'd been unlucky the first time... 45 minutes waiting for a glass of wine, an hour and twenty minutes after ordering, not even the semblance of a crust of bread... Too bad.
