03/06/2026: A very nice hotel. This family-run establishment has a fantastic location – with a bus stop right outside. The staff – all family members and employees – are very courteous, attentive, and friendly. The food is excellent. A large breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The five-course dinner is superb! We are currently enjoying our vacation and will definitely be back!

The characteristic wooden hut, surrounded by green meadows and the scent of the woods, offers an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a break during a hike. The cuisine is simply excellent. Among the desserts, an extraordinary apple cake stands out, served with a generous cloud of fresh whipped cream: soft, fragrant, and made with genuine ingredients, it is a true treat for the palate. Every bite speaks of South Tyrolean tradition and a passion for things done well. The welcome is warm and familiar, the service attentive, and the atmosphere invites you to linger longer than expected to enjoy the view and the tranquility of the mountains. A highly recommended stop for those seeking authentic flavors, sincere hospitality, and one of the best desserts to be enjoyed in the mountains. The Moschwald Alm is a little gem where nature and good food meet perfectly.

06/04/2026: We ordered pizza to go. It was super fast and the pizza was very good. The menu at the restaurant had even more and different pizzas than you see in pictures or online. Unfortunately, the PDF version of the menu wouldn't open last week.

18/05/2026: I can only review the "hut" as a restaurant; we didn't stay overnight. The building makes a great, new, and high-quality impression. In my opinion, it blends in well with the surroundings. The staff was friendly; many regular customers were greeted very warmly, but we, as first-time guests, were also welcomed very kindly. We only intended to have a drink, but then we also ordered an apple strudel with vanilla sauce. Sharing it between the two of us wasn't a problem at all. The vanilla sauce was exceptionally good. We felt very comfortable here.
