15/05/2026: A Vacation in Paradise – Pure Relaxation at Hotel Sonnenheim We were fortunate enough to spend ten wonderful days at Hotel Sonnenheim – and it was simply fantastic! Rooms: Our room was very spacious, modernly furnished, and featured a huge balcony with a beautiful view. The rain shower in the bathroom was a real highlight, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – perfect for relaxing after an active day. Spa Area: The spa area is impressively large and diverse. Several saunas, a steam room, and a high-quality relaxation room invite you to linger. Small snacks and drinks are also available – you can truly unwind here. Massage: The Plank family clearly places great value on quality and expertise – you notice it immediately. The massages were excellent and performed very professionally. We felt completely pampered. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Food & Service: The food was an absolute delight! Every evening, a variety of high-quality dishes were served – accompanied by select wines. The attentive and warm service, both at the bar and in the restaurant, deserves special mention. Requests were always handled promptly and courteously. It's clear that the staff works with passion to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. In conclusion: A truly wonderful vacation! Hotel Sonnenheim is perfectly located in Hafling – ideal for hiking and cycling. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Plank family. We wish them all the best for the future – and hope to see them again soon!

10/05/2026: A dream stay in the South Tyrolean mountains. This hotel reflects the Plank family's desire to make their guests feel at home, offering all the essential amenities for a completely relaxing holiday. My wife and I chose half-board, and we were more than satisfied with the service at both breakfast and dinner, from the food to the courtesy of the staff. The ensuite bathroom is modern and spacious. The pool and spa offer a pleasant mountain view. The hotel is strategically located for Merano 2000 and numerous hiking trails suitable for families and athletes.

07/05/2026: We were so happy that we continued on to another alpine pasture (as the atmosphere there wasn't so nice) and were able to stop here a short time later. We received a warm welcome, and when we asked about vegan options, they offered us a delicious mixed salad and some incredibly tasty fried potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and the fried potatoes were served in thin slices. It was fantastic! Plus, the view is stunning.

06/05/2026: We stopped for lunch and had a great meal for a small price. The owners were friendly and quick. The food was truly excellent.

06/04/2026: We ordered pizza to go. It was super fast and the pizza was very good. The menu at the restaurant had even more and different pizzas than you see in pictures or online. Unfortunately, the PDF version of the menu wouldn't open last week.

24/05/2026: Zuegg Hütte / Chalet Zuegg is an amazing place - great location, team, foods and drinks. Very dog friendly!

18/05/2026: I can only review the "hut" as a restaurant; we didn't stay overnight. The building makes a great, new, and high-quality impression. In my opinion, it blends in well with the surroundings. The staff was friendly; many regular customers were greeted very warmly, but we, as first-time guests, were also welcomed very kindly. We only intended to have a drink, but then we also ordered an apple strudel with vanilla sauce. Sharing it between the two of us wasn't a problem at all. The vanilla sauce was exceptionally good. We felt very comfortable here.
