03/06/2026: A very nice hotel. This family-run establishment has a fantastic location – with a bus stop right outside.
The staff – all family members and employees – are very courteous, attentive, and friendly. The food is excellent. A large breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The five-course dinner is superb! We are currently enjoying our vacation and will definitely be back!

16/07/2026: For about 30 years, we've been making regular trips to South Tyrol, near Schenna. The rustic Moschwald Alm is a must-see for us! Slightly off the beaten tourist track, the alpine pasture has retained its authentic charm. And if you're lucky enough to be invited into Elisabeth's cozy "Stüberl" for a schnapps, even the descent to Falzeben is no problem 😉. If I could give six stars, I'd give them to the Moschwald Alm!
13/07/2026: Last week we visited the lovely Elisabeth at her alpine pasture and had the honor of taking a dumpling-making course with her! It was absolutely fantastic! A welcome change from all the sports. Elisabeth and her family cook exclusively with fresh ingredients at the pasture, and everything from bacon dumplings and apple strudel to Kaiserschmarren is homemade – we were there to witness it all! Dear Elisabeth, we wish you and your family all the best, good health, God's blessings, and many more successful years managing the pasture!

06/04/2026: We ordered pizza to go. It was super fast and the pizza was very good. The menu at the restaurant had even more and different pizzas than you see in pictures or online. Unfortunately, the PDF version of the menu wouldn't open last week.

08/07/2026: We returned to this wonderful hotel once again. It is a beautiful location with stunning views of the mountains and the valley.
At the reception, you are always welcomed by pleasant, friendly, and smiling staff; they tell you everything you need to know, offer advice, and are always very helpful.
Room: We stayed in a Garden Suite. These are lovely, spacious rooms that are cleaned daily. The housekeeper was also very kind and helpful.
The wellness area is amazing and spacious, featuring numerous saunas, relaxation rooms, and whirlpools. There are large pools—some for families with children and others exclusively for adults.
Restaurant: The breakfasts are excellent, offering a selection to suit every taste. Dinners are also superb—a harmony of flavors complemented by perfect, professional, and always smiling restaurant staff.
Our stays here are always unforgettable, and we would love to return next year.
We just hope the price increases won't be too steep, though we understand that everything comes at a cost.
In any case, we highly recommend this hotel; it is a wonderful experience.

27/01/2025: Het eten is goed en er is genoeg keuze op de kaart. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker weten terug voor weer een heerlijke lunch!
24/01/2025: Rufugio ben curato e servizio gentile!
Una sosta rilassante con una terrazza molto bella. Prezzi accettabili e piatti gustosi (fettucine aglio olio peperoncino, canederli di albicocche). Altamente raccomandato!

Sta volta ho chiesto opzioni senza glutine e sono stati davvero il top
01/03/2025: Posto stupendo. Ho cenato al ristorante stube per mangiare la raclette. Cibo ottimo, posto molto elegante e soprattutto personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.
Ci ritornerò sicuramente!!!

30/12/2024: Dopo esser partiti da Falzeben e aver raggiunto il rifugio esclusivamente con i nostri piedi ci siamo accomodati, dopo aver atteso circa 20 minuti (che sono passati velocissimi) in un tavolo in terrazza all'aperto. Il clima era così confortevole e soleggiato che fuori si stava davvero benissimo e non si sentiva freddo.
Abbiamo preso il gulash con i canederli e il piatto con uova, patate e speck. Davvero buonissimo e saporiti. Il personale davvero gentile e veloce. Nonostante ci fosse davvero tanta gente, il servizio è stato cordiale, attendo e velocissimo.
Consiglio davvero di andarci.

06/01/2025: Iniziamo con il dire che sia le titolari che il personale è gentilissimo, cibo sublime da ristorante stellato com'era impiattato ogni portata ,l unica nota stonata è stata x noi la musica essendo il cenone del 31 abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte di iniziare con la musica è i dj facevano orecchio da mercante alle 23 si e dato una mossa 🤣,i fuochi d Artificio bellissimi ,erano anni che soggiornando giù a Merano volevamo salire su più in quota ed è stato stupendissimo stare al falzeben ,ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

22/08/2024: Il servizio rapido e i ragazzi molto gentili. C'è un posto dove possono anche giocare dei bambini. Abbiamo presso 2 canederli uno con spinaci e uno con formaggi con gulash di manzo. Squisito. Complimenti! Da ritornarci!

09/01/2025: È raro trovare luoghi e persone così accoglienti. Il proprietario ci ha ricevuti con grande calore, consigliandoci le specialità della casa e accompagnando il nostro pranzo con sorrisi genuini. Il cibo ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Il mondo sarebbe sicuramente un posto più bello se ci fossero più luoghi come questo.

Super freundliche Bedienung und trotz voller Hütte Mega schnell bedient worden.
Absoluter Tip
01/09/2024: Nach einer Tour auf den Kleinen Iflinger haben wir uns hier mit herrlichen Knödeln, Krautsalat und Sportwasser wieder gestärkt.
Beste Knödel im ganzen Urlaub und sehr freundliche Bedienung - selbst um meine kaputte Schuhsohle hat man sich bereitwillig und hilfsbereit gekümmert, damit ich sicheren Schrittes absteigen konnte.
Sehr saubere Hütte, moderne WC-Anlagen.
Es gibt nicht nur einen langweiligen breiten Schotterweg zum Auf- und Abstieg, sondern auch einen spannenden Wanderweg durch die Wiese Zickzack bergauf, der gut markiert ist.
