08/07/2025: Super delicious food. The prices are also fair. The staff speaks perfect German. Unfortunately, everything seemed a bit rushed, but otherwise, a very good experience, even without a reservation.

08/07/2025: The food and service at Meraner are excellent. Special requests are accommodated, and the meat is of excellent quality. I've never ordered a steak medium-rare and had it cooked to perfection (from start to finish). Dogs are allowed.

14/07/2025: Clean rooms, very friendly and attentive staff, excellent food! A separate indoor dining area for dogs, somewhat secluded from other guests! Beautiful wellness area! Private access to the lake, but dogs are not allowed! A walk around the lake is nice for walking! Swimming area for dogs is very limited!

29/06/2025: We simply had a drink on the terrace to refresh ourselves. The Coke was served lukewarm and flat, and the same went for the lemonade. In short, it was quite surprising, but that's how it was. Very disappointed in the 95-degree heat.

25/06/2025: We've been here several times and really enjoyed it. The dishes are very tasty, down-to-earth but with a positively modern twist. The portions are more than sufficient. There is a wide variety of suitable wines and other drinks, and advice can be provided upon request. We had a reservation on a Tuesday evening and would not have been able to get a seat otherwise, even though they make every effort to accommodate guests. The tables in the courtyard are not too close together, creating a pleasant atmosphere and allowing you to enjoy a romantic meal for two. It was our wedding anniversary and we were congratulated on it. The only small disappointment was the fact that there was no attention paid to our wedding anniversary, and the drinks we ordered didn't arrive even after we asked several times. That's not nice, but it only slightly detracted from the evening.

12/06/2025: We visited the Rungghof Manor for the second time a week ago. Just like the first time in 2023, it was wonderful. Feeling good is a top priority here. Breakfast is freshly prepared on a tiered stand according to individual wishes and served at your table. Nothing is left to be desired; everything is delicious. The lady in charge (unfortunately, I didn't ask for her name) is also very warm, extremely kind, and attentive. This year, we chose the gourmet half-board option again. The food and the selection of courses are also outstanding. The dishes are so delicately seasoned, it was a true pleasure to go to dinner every day. The rooms and the entire complex are extremely well-maintained. We particularly like the blend of the 500-year-old building and the new, modern elements. Everything here has a truly pleasant charm (from the manager to the other staff, rooms, etc.). We are also always particularly pleased that the Rungghof is so dog-friendly. The only improvement we could wish for would be a full-length mirror in the room. We would be happy to come back.

06/06/2025: We received a very friendly welcome. The pizza selection was unique and very good, including the fact that you could choose the dough. And if you're a beer lover, there's a huge selection here. A great alternative to all the wine in the area. We highly recommend it.

20/06/2025: We stumbled upon Zum Falken in Girlan quite by chance – and were completely thrilled. The hospitality was exceptionally warm; you immediately feel welcome. The food was really good – fresh, regional, and made with love. Our children were also well looked after; overall, it was very child-friendly and relaxed. What was particularly nice was the quiet location and the pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. You can tell it's a family business – with a lot of personal commitment and attention to detail. The prices are absolutely fair. A definite recommendation!

06/07/2025: We were invited here to a friend's party, and it was truly fantastic. The food was excellent, and the service impeccable. I was treated to a gluten-free meal without any compromises. Although the restaurant is right on the street, the courtyard is a lovely place to sit. It was a perfect evening.

13/07/2025: When we're looking for good pizza, we often come here. We always have a great time, both in the summer when we can eat outside and in the winter. It's also easy to get to thanks to the parking lot, and there's a small playground for the kids.

01/07/2025: We didn't stay overnight. The beer garden is very nice, but not that easy to find. The owner is very cozy and friendly. The service could be a bit friendlier, but the food was very tasty. We'd be happy to come back.

05/06/2025: This afternoon, on June 5, 2025, I attended my first wine tasting at Vis-a-Vis. A fantastic experience. A very good, expert introduction to the region's wine history and a presentation of various wines. Even as a layperson, Mr. Martin Schwarzer was able to explain many things to me in an entertaining and informative way, and in a very understandable way. Thank you very much for the wonderful 2.5 hours that flew by. The combination of regional food and wine was fantastic. Thank you very much. I would love to come back when I visit South Tyrol again.
