16/01/2025: Our stay at the Seehotel Sparer was simply fantastic! From the first minute we felt completely at home. The expertise of the staff was impressive, as all employees were always helpful and left no wish unfulfilled. The room had a wonderful view of the lake, and time in the spa was the perfect respite from our hikes. Here you will find a wonderful combination of tradition and modern comfort. We'll definitely be back!

15/01/2025: While looking for a quiet retreat by the lake, we came across the Seehotel Sparer. We were immediately impressed by the warm hospitality of the team. The service was consistently professional and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the varied selection at breakfast, which surprised us every morning. After a relaxing day at Lake Montiggler, we can only warmly recommend this hotel. A place where you can enjoy nature to the fullest!

02/01/2025: PLEASURE AT THE FINEST Arrive in the rustic cellar of the former Schockenstein manor and let yourself be pampered with delicious food - no matter which course. Short, clear menu - speaks for the excellent cuisine and the longer wine list with a very good selection of South Tyrolean and international wines. Add to that excellent service - the evening can only be a success.

09/01/2025: Scappato dal centro di Merano dove i ristoranti erano stracolmi, mi sono diretto verso questo ristorante! Mai scelta più azzeccata! Servizio al top! Ci ha servito un sommelier in gambissima che ci ha consigliato in tutto e per tutto! Gradita l’entree’ con il loro burro salato e l’ immancabile speck! Ogni piatto una bontà! La grappa alle mele consigliateci a fine pasto una chicca! Il posto merita per dei panorami mozzafiato! Il conto assolutamente in linea con il servizio ed i prodotti offerti! Se torno da quelle parti, sarà una tappa obbligatoria! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

04/01/2025: Excellent hotel to spend a New Year's Eve outside the normal dinners with friends. The New Year's Eve dinner amazed us with the good food and also with the very kind service. The best breakfast we've had in our life (aside from the boring buffets where you have to wake up early because the food runs out afterwards). They bring a "pyramid" with various layers with sweet, savory, various jams and fruit smoothies. I highly recommend the waffles with vanilla cream for breakfast😋

11/01/2025: What a fantastic place for enjoyment and peace. Excellent service, sensational food, rooms very comfortable and quiet. We attended a seminar there and the whole week was a real highlight, there couldn't have been a better place for it! A fantastic breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner always excellent, very balanced and a dream in terms of taste. The senior boss of the house is always on site, friendly, very hard-working and has an exciting life story. It really is an oasis of well-being at a very high level. Thank you for the wonderful time with you!

31/01/2025: A nice place a few kilometers from Bolzano, I always have a good time there and the food is always excellent, whether it's pizza or something else. I give three stars because the last time an employee of the place poured beer on my pizza, pizza obviously replaced, but half the beer was spilled, they didn't think to bring another one. Too bad because otherwise always very friendly and professional

25/01/2025: Very good pizza, excellent Wieneschnitzel, friendly service. The only flaw: the rooms are too large, you can't talk with the confusion of the people and the tables too close together.

20/10/2024: Food tastes quite good, unfortunately the portions are very small and after a day of hiking you won't feel full, very expensive for the size of the portions. Unfortunately there is no vegetarian main course, so you have to make do with a starter. We can't rate the rooms, we were only there to eat.
