01/02/2026: Terrible experience. The receptionist was decidedly unfriendly and incapable of admitting a mistake regarding the reservation we had made well in advance. She even insinuated that we had somehow made a mistake, even after having shown her, at her request, the phone's call log. Furthermore, after waiting 15 minutes outside in the cold with a disabled woman due to the lack of a ramp at the entrance (one was only located at the back), and the door opening being one-way. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
01/02/2026: Terrible experience. I booked two weeks in advance, and once I arrived at the exact time, the "lady" told me I hadn't called and asked me to show her the phone call. Once she showed it, she said, "I'm sure I didn't," and she wanted to be right. I told her that if she said no, I'd book somewhere else and nothing. Terrible experience. I'll never go there again.
P.S. Thank goodness there are waiters who save the owner's bad attitude. The waiters are truly TOP. I'm sorry the waiter came to the table and asked me to remove the review when we live in a democratic country. If the owner had shown her face, I would have considered it. You have to know how to accept criticism that helps you improve, not just compliments.

Large portions of food.
They even drove us to our hotel in Eppan at 10 p.m. They drove 6 people twice. A big THANK YOU
08/10/2025: A top-notch hotel and restaurant, family-run, with service that makes you feel like guests are always welcome and treated like royalty. Oh, and the food... fantastic.

02/03/2026: The pizza was very good. It has a special dough. It has a thicker crust and is therefore not as big. The waitress was very friendly!
15/02/2026: Wow, the wine, pizza, and pasta were all really delicious. I ordered the first wine, and it was refreshing and light, which was nice.
Julia's pizza was the best, but the vegetable pizza was a bit much (not my style).
The pasta was aglio olio.
You really have to try the tiramisu and pudding. Seriously, it was a slap in the face to everything I've ever had.
Anyway, I recommend it.

24/02/2026: Dinner with a friend during my last trip to Italy. Having food intolerances, it's not often I find friendly, empathetic, and helpful staff. Our Lagrein was excellent, and the atmosphere was very clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely see you again. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.
19/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. We didn't try the pizza, which looked nice, but only the food. The food was really good, the service was average, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy, perhaps better for large groups. The prices, in my opinion, were a bit too high.

11/11/2025: It's a shame we didn't discover this restaurant sooner before we had dinner in the city... A wonderful atmospheric restaurant and wine bar in one. Beautiful terrace, very well designed restaurant... finally we had at least a fabulous dessert

The staff was professional and very kind.
We ate a wonderful meat tartar, unfortunately I didn't take a photo because I was so eager to eat it, freshly prepared at the table! What a spectacle.
We continued with two first courses, both exceptional in presentation and flavor, and a meat-based second course, also formidable.
A top-notch restaurant. Whether for a romantic dinner or enjoying a dinner with friends.
I always recommend calling and making a reservation; it's usually very busy.

29/12/2025: A place in the sun!!! At this time of year, not many beer gardens or restaurants with outdoor seating are open. We had gorgeous weather and just wanted to enjoy the sun with a drink. We stumbled upon this place by chance. It couldn't be more Italian. Self-service, practical, friendly, and simple. The location is definitely the biggest draw. In winter, you can get a spot in the sun until 4:00 or 4:15 pm. There's an outdoor play area for small children with all sorts of fun toys. Chickens and geese roam around, too. No frills, but they've got their heart in the right place. We loved it just the way it is!
28/10/2025: We didn't stay overnight. We just had a drink on the beautifully situated terrace.

17/11/2025: Saturday at lunchtime we wanted to have some wine... but as tourists, we were largely ignored. Every local was greeted and served... You can skip that here; there are much more welcoming wine bars.
We were served before we were... a man with a child... I even said we'd like some wine... and then they were already greeting people we knew... maybe we were "overlooked"... whatever.
07/10/2025: A very extensive selection, offering virtually everything in the best quality at the manufacturer's price! You can try everything, from sausages to cheese and, of course, wine. Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: We went to the pizzeria a week ago. We enjoyed a fantastic pizza in a truly relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. We've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The staff is attentive and professional.
We highly recommend it; go with your eyes closed... so to speak. 😂😂😂
14/12/2025: The dishes are well-prepared and delicious, the pizzas are very good, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly. The only drawback is that it's a bit pricey. But overall, I recommend it.
