10/08/2025: Dear Bar Sparer Team, I recently visited your restaurant with friends, and we generally enjoyed the visit – we were particularly impressed by the friendly service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed another employee shout loudly and disrespectfully at this waiter simply because he had accidentally opened the wrong box. This situation was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness – especially since the waiter in question was truly attentive, polite, and dedicated. I sincerely hope that such situations can be better resolved internally in the future, without them taking place in front of the guests. Because good employees deserve support rather than public criticism.

01/08/2025: We were there around 10:00, and only a few tables were occupied. We sat down at a free table. Then the waitress came over and pointedly pointed out to us that only hotel guests were allowed to sit there. "Other side," whatever that meant. We left. Apparently, we weren't welcome. We had breakfast at a different location. With a €10 entrance fee/for the lakeside pool, it's not a recommended place anyway.

12/10/2025: During our vacation in St. Pauls, we ate here four times. And that means we really enjoyed our meal. The pizza was always delicious, and Diddy, the owner, was very welcoming. He always had a table for us. It's advisable to make a reservation, as it's very popular. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

27/09/2025: We didn't make a reservation and were able to get a table outside because it was just after 5:00 p.m. There were plenty of free tables inside and outside. By 5:45 p.m., all tables were occupied or reserved. The waitress brought the menu, and we were able to choose at our leisure. They offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, spirits, soups, appetizers, salads, main courses, and dessert. We chose the drinks, which were served quickly and cold. The food was also brought promptly. The pizza was delicious, the size was good, and the value for money was good. The ambiance is appropriate; unfortunately, there's only one server, so everything took a while after 5:45 p.m. The service is friendly, and the place is clean and tidy. There are no parking spaces. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

10/10/2025: We were greeted very warmly. Large portions of food. They even drove us to our hotel in Eppan at 10 p.m. They drove 6 people twice. A big THANK YOU

01/10/2025: Exclusive ambience. Beautiful courtyard, beautiful restaurant interior, superb hostess, excellent wine list. The dishes change; we've been there several times, and there's always something new to try. The waitress is second to none. She was always incredibly friendly, did her job perfectly, and was up for a joke now and again. Unfortunately, the waiter we had this time was a bit off the mark. He simply messed up 3-4 things too many for him to give a 5-star review. We'll definitely be back, and if things go well again, we'll adjust the rating. The restaurant is one of the best on the Wine Route.

05/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Wonderful lunch at Bad Turmbach! We had lunch at Bad Turmbach and were completely delighted. Very friendly, attentive service and top-quality cuisine. The steak tartare and venison ragout tagliatelle were excellent, followed by the Turmbach trout and, for my wife, the braised beef cheek – both perfectly prepared and delicious. A wonderful place to enjoy – we'll definitely be back!

27/09/2025: We had dinner at the Bad Turmbach restaurant twice, and what can I say... it was fantastic! Excellent service – wine list and advice = first-rate! The dishes were freshly prepared and delicious! And for dessert, the Zirmer cake – I'm lost for words: Outstanding!!!!! We'll be back on our next trip to South Tyrol!!! Great, great, great!!!

26/11/2025: Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio wasn't right for us. We didn't feel well looked after. There was an ant invasion in the room that destroyed all our shopping. The answer was, "It's just out here in the woods."

30/09/2025: We've stayed at this hotel a few times now. It's ideally located for excursions in the wine region. The extensive breakfast is served – nothing is missing. We always enjoy coming back.

12/10/2025: A fine restaurant. The ambiance is great, and the service is also excellent. The food was very tasty. However, it is a bit more expensive, and unfortunately, I didn't get full. The tortellini with porcini mushroom and ricotta filling were very tasty, but eight pieces aren't really enough to fill you up. That was a real shame. Hence the star deduction.

The prices are fair and commensurate with the quality offered. The owner is always present and attentive to the customers' needs. Highly recommended!
