Fast service and friendly, professional staff.
The paradise of Bavarian cuisine, not only frankfurters (excellent) and rivers of excellent beer.
Good quality/price ratio

18/03/2024: I had read the reviews beforehand, so I was a little prepared... what many reviewers wrote is true! The lifeguards there are impossible! I'm 35 years old and have never been kicked at 🤣 Until today and that's because of nothing! Be it that my child wanted to get into the water with water wings and a swimming ring... no, get out straight away, or that I held her while she was in the water... too dangerous, blah blah blah. Never experienced anything so unsympathetic! In addition, the children's area is far too slippery. We were there for 3 hours and about 8 children slipped while walking normally.
Unfortunately it was already completely overcrowded from 11 a.m. and what really bothered me was that out of 30 children under the age of 3, only 2 had a swim diaper on... that would be in the bathing regulations, so no one pays attention to that...
Addendum: it's absolute shame that bathers are only bothered by swimming groups from primary schools! Doing gymnastics exercises in the dining area is an absolute disgrace!! I sat with my three small children in the special area where we have to eat and then they jump and scream around us!!! And despite the complaint, nothing happened! Something like that ruins your visit to the baths!
10/03/2024: I was .Super hot water. Sauna. Prices 2 adults 3 children around 60 Eur. For parking you have to go to the house .... then to the car park at the car park house ... Have fun. We will be back!!!!!

07/05/2024: Unfortunately we used the wrong door and were shown out again in a rude manner so that we could then use the correct door that was right next to it.
Of course we didn't do that. But this won't put a strain on the Vogele restaurant.
Whether a tourist comes back or not is not important.

02/04/2024: Really rude waitress, on a day when there was very little turnout. He rudely made me take away the can of Red bull I had with me. I understand the need to not accumulate rubbish to take down. But Gentile and a bit of pragmatism would be the basis for an activity in contact with people

06/04/2024: Beautiful museum in an even more beautiful castle. Very attention to detail: there is something to discover in every nook and cranny. The view is great. The children also lasted 2 hours. No dogs, but lots of stairs, you know what you walked. A parking space is available and free of charge. From here it's a few meters, which is very wet and slippery when it rains. The price is reasonable. The only point of criticism is that you learn very little about the history of the castle. Everything here is designed for mountains and mountaineering.

05/05/2024: Fantastic stay and kind and competent staff, excellent spa and relaxation area especially the outdoor hydromassage tubs, a big plus for the massage experience, the masseuses are really professional and competent and also friendly which certainly improves the experience even more , very good restaurant, everything of excellent quality from breakfast to dinner, the only advice for the structure is to update the prices of the minibar displayed in the room because then reading the bill I noticed that the price did not correspond, in my case a snack price written 1 .10 paid 1.70 nothing serious but it was right to say, thanks to all the staff for the excellent stay

26/03/2024: The Roadhouse was one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. There are so many problems that it's hard to know where to start.
First, the service was terrible. We had to wait forever for someone to come take our orders and when we finally received the food, it was cold and poor. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making us feel welcome and seemed to be doing nothing to improve our experience.
The food was simply disgusting. The chips were impossible to eat because they were so greasy and cheap that it felt like you were biting into a ball of grease. The burger I ordered was burnt and tasteless, while my friend's was cold. We complained to the staff but they seemed totally indifferent to our concerns.
Furthermore, the price was excessive considering the poor quality of the food and service. We paid a fortune for a meal we wished we hadn't eaten, and found ourselves having to look for somewhere else to dine that evening.
Bottom line, the Roadhouse is a place to avoid at all costs. The food is disgusting, the service is terrible and the price is too high for what they offer you. We will never return and strongly advise against anyone doing the same. Avoid this restaurant if you want to enjoy a good dining experience.
25/03/2024: Quick service with friendly staff at the reception and at the table. Quick service, food (meat) well prepared and hot (not obvious). I would improve the offer for desserts. Overall, positive.
