06/04/2024: This place really has the best pizza, I’m surprised they don’t have even higher ratings! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, they are really the friendliest people. This place is definitely worth going out of your way to visit. I would come back to Trento just to come back to Korallo!

05/04/2024: Definitely excellent contemporary pizza. Gourmet toppings too, fabulous combinations, prices in line with the market... Top of the range pizzeria, highly recommended! I will definitely be back!

06/04/2024: We went to Cena tonight. Excellent choice for Gluten Free. They also brought us gluten-free breadsticks as appetizers. Very kind staff. We will be back.

07/04/2024: Very large complex, suitable for many guests (approx. 70% inside and 30% outside) We visited as a family on Friday. There are plenty of play options for the children (swing, trampoline, slides). Food was good, rustic cuisine and pizza. (Ribs were quite good, but nothing special) What bothered me about feeling good was the smell of food from the kitchen and the furnishings, despite the beer garden atmosphere, it could be designed a little more lovingly (flowers, decorations) Still worth a visit.

We appreciated the excellent products offered by them: balsamic vinegar, olive oil, wines, carne salada (the very delicate and grilled carpaccio) and also the fact that we ate without the presence of dogs (even if they were nice to us). By chance we had the opportunity to exchange a few words with the owner, a nice, helpful person, a lover of that territory and the environment, who illustrated the various productions of the company to us and from whom we could sense passion for his work. Compliments! Thanks again.

02/04/2024: In a two and a half day mini holiday in Trento we went there three times! Super recommended from all points of view, the venison tagliatelle, the platters and all the grilled dishes are unmissable. Excellent dishes, excellent raw materials and we were also very impressed by the hospitality of the staff and the passion with which everyone carries out their work. Sincere congratulations!

04/04/2024: Remember that this is the hotel refuge of the family of the great Italian tennis player SINNER, his father, a chef, and his mother, a waitress, work here. Since Jannik has excelled at the top of the world rankings, this place has become almost a national monument and many go even just to take a photo, it will be very difficult to find a place unless you book well in advance. Now the father is no longer the restaurant chef because Jannik has chosen him as his personal chef, so now he travels with him to various tournaments around the world. On the photo on the site, of all the workers in the Fondovalle refuge, you will also find the photo of father HansPeter and mother Siglinde. Jannik seems to have grown up as a child, here, in Sesto, in this very hotel, while his parents worked.

05/04/2024: OPTIMAL!! a true cooking experience, as a chef I can say that I found all the dishes to be of the highest level, especially the tuna tartare, the rabbit starter and finally the duck! the latter truly TOP, both the cooking and the sauce combined. Correct prices and in line with what arrives on the table, the portions in my opinion are right, the staff is courteous and the owner transmits positive energy, highly recommended!

01/04/2024: Staff present, very kind and available to give suggestions and make your stay pleasant. The dinner was excellent: the two first courses (beetroot risotto with puzzone and walnuts and open ravioli with radicchio, mountain cream and walnuts) lived up to expectations; the pig's cheek is the best dish, truly appreciated and very tasty; to close the sweet “beehive”, elaborate and tasty. All accompanied by an excellent local wine that was suggested to us when ordering. The price is very honest with the quality of food and service. Super super recommended!

23/03/2024: We had dinner at Alfiero's, with decidedly high-level service; as a starter I recommend the really good venison carpaccio; as a first course fettuccine with wild chicory or risotto with radicchio; we ended with a delicious strudel. I don't give 5 stars because although there was an empty room, and some free tables, I was told that there was only room at 9.00 pm

12/03/2024: We had dinner here on our first night in Mdc and it was all fabulous. Super cuisine, attentive table service from all the staff, but the real gem is Savio, welcoming and thoughtful! We will definitely be back!
