06/04/2024: I found this structure by chance and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me who travels a lot... Franca, the owner, is a professional taster regarding the food and wine of the Piné Plateau, but with an extension to regional excellence.
Abundant and assorted breakfast (the homemade jams, without sugar or preservatives) are noteworthy... it's a pity that the restaurant business has temporarily ceased and therefore I haven't been able to taste the cuisine, which is undoubtedly of excellent quality 😋
A recommendation: punctuality in the arrival time 😀...

13/01/2024: Il locale è gradevole, il caminetto presente non era acceso e sicuramente avrebbe nella sala avrebbe riscaldato l'atmosfera e la temperatura. Menu senza trope pretese, portate giuste senza troppo curare la presentazione, carta vini buona...ma nel complesso estremamente caro per i piatti molto elementari che offre. Mi spiace ma non torneremo più.

18/10/2023: Caratteristico locale gestito in maniera super dalla signora Mirella che si occupa in maniera impeccabile dell’accoglienza dei clienti, della sala e della cucina. I piatti sono quelli tipici del Trentino, la scelta è molto limitata ma le porzioni e la qualità sono super. Se sei in zona devi assolutamente fermarti. Il locale è piccolino, quindi devi prenotare.

27/11/2023: Hier essen ganz offensichtlich viele Einheimische, also gingen wir hinein. Wir waren mit dem Bus auf einem Tagesausflug und hatten einige Stunden Zeit, die Stadt zu erkunden.
Das Essen hier (Tagesmenü) war ordentlich, kein kulinarischer Höhenflug, aber handwerklich gut gemacht. Salat und Dessert gab es vom Buffet.
Ein guter Rotwein .. und dann ging es wieder in die adventlich geschmückte Stadt auf den Markt.
05/09/2023: Die Vorspeise stand kurz nach der Bestellung auf dem Tisch. Geschmacklich in Ordnung.
Die Semmelknödel waren zu fest, die Pfifferlinge schwammen in einer lieblosen verpfefferten Sauce ohne jegliche Feinheit. Der Hauswein ist günstig aber definitiv nicht genießbar.
Die Bedingung war flink - aber ohne großen Service- Charakter.
Defensiv kein Restaurant wenn man ein genussvolles Essen mit Ambiente sucht.
