16/08/2025: Excellent quality products. The fried fish and paella are delicious, along with the grilled fish skewers. Their dedication to preparing delicacies that sometimes you don't have the opportunity to make at home is commendable. Congratulations to the whole family.

08/09/2024: Leckeres Essen, immer auch eine Tageskarte mit typischen Südtiroler Gerichten (die Schlutzkrapfen sind mein Favorit). Innen ist die Hütte total gemütliche und draußen hat man eine gute Aussicht aus Tal. Die Wirtsleute sind super nett und man fühlt sofort Willkommen und zuhause.

16/08/2024: 8 Freunde erreichen die Hütte und setzten sich an einen Tisch im Freien. Alle 8 Personen bestellen was zu trinken. 4 Personen gehen weiter auf die Grasleitenpasshütte und die anderen 4 Personen warten so lange auf der Grasleitenhütte, bestellen sich ein Flasche Weißwein und eine Speckplatte und beginnen, so wie bei uns in Südtirol üblich zu karten und warten auf die Rückkehr der anderen um dann gemeinsam Mittagessen zu können. Ein Gast fordert die 4 Personen am Tisch auf, den Platz freizumachen, denn er möchte essen und sie könnten auch in der Wiese Karten spielen. Die unfreundliche Aufforderung wird ignoriert. Kurz danach erscheint der Hüttenwirt und fordert lautstark die 4 Personen auf, den Platz für den Gast freizumachen, obwohl dem Hüttenwirt erklärt wird, dass bereits was getrunken und gegessen wurde und in kurzer Zeit 4 weitere Personen kommen und dann wir alle gemeinsam Mittagessen werden. Die 4 Südtiroler Freunde müssen für den Urlauber den Tisch frei machen und „dürfen“ in der Hütte weiter Kartenspielen und konsumieren dazu noch eine weiter Flasche Weißwein. Seit vielen Jahren gehen wir ein bis zweimal zur Grasleitenhütte und wurde immer gut bedient und ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorfall und die Art wie mit den einheimische Gästen umgegangen wird, nur ein Einzelfall bleibt.

25/08/2024: Una piacevole sosta per un pranzo con piatti tipici tirolesi con possibilità di mangiare fuori con vista sull’alpe di Siusi.

01/12/2024: …sono stata per la prima volta a cena!!…in questo ristorante/pizzeria/albergo Dolomiti!!…a Saone!!…frazione del Comune di Tione!!…paese che dista a circa tre chilometri!!…si dice che la struttura sia stata ristrutturata da poco!!…con ampio parcheggio davanti e anche dalla parte opposta della strada!!…ritrovo di famiglia!!…prima delle feste di Natale!!…ambiente in tipico stile alpino con l’incomparabile calore del legno!!…calorosa accoglienza e ospitalità da parte delle proprietarie!!…e dello staff!!…io personalmente ho provato la pizza gourmet!!…anche se devo dire che a me piace di più la tradizionale!!…non era male!!…con una birretta piccola!!…e a seguire il caffè!!…poi abbiamo preso delle grappe e amari!!…io il limoncello!!…di solito viene offerto dalla casa!!…ma così non è stato!!…unica cosa che posso dire: chiaramente venerdì sera sala strapiena!!…caotica!!…un gran vociferare!!…che non si riusciva nemmeno a parlare tra di noi al tavolo!!…cosa notata anche dai miei commensali!!…ma nel complesso!!…che dire!!…ho passato una bella serata!!…indimenticabile soprattutto per il sorriso e l’accoglienza super!!…delle proprietarie e dello staff!!…qui al ristorante/pizzeria/albergo Dolomiti!!…a Saone!!…⬆️🍽️🍻🍕👍‼️

15/11/2024: El entrante, el primi y el main eran todos buenos. Estaba un poco decepcionado con los postres, ya que nada parecía hecho en casa y ¿dónde estaba el horcajón? El servicio fue quizás un poco demasiado rápido, estamos de vacaciones y no en un apuro (quizás demasiados clientes alemanes en la zona). Grande en pizzas.

25/07/2023: Dopo una bella escursione a piedi da Santa Magdalener siamo arrivati a 2000 metri in questa malga isolata dove non esiste connessione internet e dove si respira l'aria di un tempo passato. Abbiamo sorseggiato due buonissimi succhi di mirtillo e lampone fatti in casa.

01/09/2024: Ambiente carino. Ma servizio scadente. Macchina del caffè già pulita alle 20.30, per un locale che chiude all'una, barista che si faceva gli affari suoi. In 2 ore nessuno che passava ai tavoli a chiedere se si desiderava un altra ordinazione e per ordinare bisognava andare al banco personalmente.

06/05/2025: Die Bedienung war SEHR nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und es war wirklich lecker ! Die Croissants sind total empfehlenswert 👍🏼

05/10/2023: Eine Woche Motorradtouren in der herrlichen Umgebung, und das von diesem exzellenten Standort aus! Ich war, im Gegensatz zu dem Organisator unserer Tour und einigen anderen Teilnehmern, das erste Mal vor Ort. Sicher nicht das letzte Mal, wenn es (mir) möglich ist! Sehr gute Zimmer und sanitäre Anlagen, sehr gutes Essen (Halbpension gebucht), sehr gutes Frühstück (alles dabei, wobei, wer Fisch erwartet, eventuell zu weit südlich/oder nördlich, unterwegs ist, weitab von Küsten ;)). Getränke ohne Tadel, und, besonders erwähnenswert: Bedienung(en) ohne Tadel. Sowohl die Söhne des Inhabers, er selbst, Angestellte, alle nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern eher familiär entgegenkommend. Wie sagt man heute bei Kaufabschlüssen in div. Portalen? "Jederzeit gern wieder" und das ist sehr ernst gemeint :)!

19/07/2025: Gelato eccezionale e servizio ottimo. Ho preso un cono con noci e croccantino e me lo sono goduto con gusto! Il sapore è autentico e ne sono rimasto mooolto soddisfatto. Oltre ad un prodotto squisito questa gelateria va consigliata anche per le ragazze belle e simpatiche che vi serviranno con un sorriso che trasmette Felicità ;-)

01/10/2025: As other reviews have said, if you're a superficial person who only notices the cutlery, furniture, and other nonsense in four restaurants, stay home. Here you'll find simple, authentic cuisine, made with love for the diners and using fresh, home-grown ingredients. I returned after four years and found the tastiest Kaiserschmarrn I've ever tasted. Don't expect the kind you'd find on a glossy magazine cover with powdered sugar and shiny fruit, which tastes nothing when you eat it... here it's served a little burnt, not the prettiest thing, but served with a fantastic wild plum compote, it becomes the Emperor's omelette, my absolute favorite. As for the speck, I'm speechless... sublime. Congratulations!
