The setting is rustic and relaxed in the best possible way — peaceful, authentic, and surrounded by the charm of the Tuscan countryside. The food was exactly what we were hoping for: local, honest, and absolutely delicious. Every dish felt like it had a story behind it, crafted with intention and pride. There’s no pretension here — just great food, genuine hospitality, and a deep sense of place. It’s the kind of restaurant that makes you slow down, savor, and smile. A heartfelt thank you to Walter and the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to return.

16/07/2025: After a few years, I returned to Forcillo! What can I say? I ate very well, the prices were reasonable, and the welcome was superb! Well done, Pietro! He explained the ingredients of tiramisu to these English gentlemen in perfect English! Pietro is an asset! Well done to the owner, who seized the opportunity to understand how important it is to have him on his team!

12/07/2025: The warm welcome is essential when entering a restaurant. The location is excellent; it's easily accessible from the highway in about 10 minutes, with parking available across the street. The restaurant is very rustic, with a distinct Tuscan feel, making it very distinctive. The dishes are generous, the Pici pasta and the desserts served with chocolate cream and gelato are very good. The Ossobuco alla Senese and Forcillo 2 were amazing. A must try if you're in the area. Highly recommended 👍👍

12/07/2025: As already reviewed on TripAdvisor, I can confirm that my partner and I had the opportunity to taste authentic Neapolitan pizza. We love contemporary Neapolitan pizza, which we also eat in Rome, but only at one restaurant: I Quintili. The toppings are of excellent quality, the pizza dough is well-aired, and the pizza base is perfectly cooked, especially the crust! The service was efficient and the location was spotless. Unfortunately, we live in Rome, otherwise you would be our favorite restaurant. Despite this, we returned to eat here twice.

27/06/2025: We ate a pizza full of unique and unforgettable flavors, followed by a tartare made on the spot and hand-cut with a knife before my eyes. My compliments to all the staff, especially the owner who came to ask us how we were and to greet us personally. We will be back!

07/07/2025: We ate tartare and donzelle with cold cuts as an appetizer (the raw meat was excellent), as a first course the pici with white Chianina ragù and those creamed in pecorino. What can I say... excellent! Excellent value for money. Generous portions, kind and friendly staff. Informal and quiet atmosphere. To return!
