18/01/2025: We had a wonderful typical Tuscany lunch including wine, olive oil and Modena vinegar tasting. The esplanations from the hostess were great and fun. We booked the meal included in a tour from Firenze with the company Ciao Florence. We had a great day!

16/01/2025: In the magnificent square of Monteriggioni, a restaurant surprising for its taste and elegance. The somewhat modest entrance perhaps does not do justice to the beautiful internal room, furnished with extreme care and extremely welcoming. The service is characterized by friendliness and professionalism (and even the background music does its part!). The cuisine is simply exceptional: raw materials processed with skill and preparations that reveal talent and creativity. Truly a great dining experience - we will be back!

06/01/2025: It's always nice to sit at the table and meet professionals. Monteriggioni proved to be a pleasant and unexpected visit and the same was true for this tavern which offers traditional dishes presented with enthusiasm and of excellent quality. You will also be surprised by the prices which to define as "honest" is an understatement when compared to the quality. We arrived at the opening because we then had to return but, from the movement I perceived, I think it is necessary to book well in advance.

06/01/2025: Divinely eaten: very tasty fried artichokes with quality cured meats, excellent carpaccio and pappardelle with exceptional Chianina ragout! Perfect matching wine! Adequate price

16/12/2024: Siamo stati a pranzo con i colleghi di lavoro con menù già concordato. Antipasti normali, primi immangiabili: risotto crudo e cattivo, la pasta non è stata mangiata da quasi nessuno; tagliata normale anche se diversi pezzi erano troppo cotti. In più a una persona vegetariana è stato chiesto se voleva un'alternativa alla carne dopo aver sparecchiato! Tempi biblici...tutto per ben 35€! A non rivederci

03/01/2025: On the Cassia always ready to make sandwiches and more.... Everything very fresh..... It's nice outside now then in winter I don't know.... However it is an obligatory stop for those who take the Francigena or travel along the Cassia before arriving in Monteriggioni or Siena

Valù is a small enchanted world perfect for those looking for a break with a good slice of cake, a brunch or an Afternoon tea in the typical British mood. 18/11/2024: We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday and we can't help but express how thrilled we were! We had never been before, but we had heard great things about the place, and I have to say that expectations were greatly exceeded. The restaurant is enchanting, with several outdoor areas where we were able to have an aperitif in a truly evocative atmosphere. One point that particularly struck us was the children's playground area, extremely equipped and safe, which allowed the little ones to have fun while the adults enjoyed the day. The restaurant is cared for down to every detail, both inside and outside. The view of the pond is breathtaking, with windows overlooking a panoramic terrace. The interior is equally elegant, with modern and refined furnishings, and a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food was excellent and the service impeccable. We were given the opportunity to customize every detail of the event, from the layout of the tables to the set-up, up to the possibility of playing music and creating a space for dancing. We had the room to ourselves, which made the event even more special and intimate. In summary, it was a perfect day. We were really enthusiastic, both us and the guests. We recommend the Vallechiara restaurant without hesitation to those looking for an enchanting, well-kept place with excellent service and a spectacular view. We will certainly organize many other events in this splendid place. A magical experience that we will remember forever!
