23/06/2025: Unique and unforgettable experience! 😍 We discovered this B&B by chance, located in a strategic point between Monteriggioni and Siena, and we stopped there also intrigued by the excellent reviews of other travelers. THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE TRULY WONDERFUL!!! 🙏🥰 Kind, helpful, sociable, friendly, efficient, attentive and thoughtful and always ready to make you feel at home! Lunch based on aubergine tart filled with anchovies and tuna, tray of local cold cuts and cheeses, ribollita, panzanella, baked potatoes, bread, house red wine and trio of desserts. All very tasty! ❤️ And luckily we drank two excellent local bitters to digest!!!! 😅😅 We then decided to stop and sleep there. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, air conditioned, with a comfortable mattress and a beautiful view of the adjacent hills and at night it was very cool and quiet. (PS the bar and restaurant service closes at 6pm, to reopen the next morning) The owner then recommended 4 excellent restaurants to choose from in Monteriggioni where we would go for dinner! And we are extremely grateful to him! But the real discovery was the breakfast of champions! 😻🤣 I honestly think it was the most abundant, delicious, varied and unusual breakfast we have ever eaten in Italy! 😋😋😋 (See attached photos!) Sweet pastries, tarts, bread, butter, jam, orange juice, cold cuts, cheeses and beaten eggs! And everything here was already excellent!!!!💙 Food and service! But the highlight was when he brought us red wine paired with anchovies, olives, peppers stuffed with tuna, spring onions, all in oil, plus mixed salty croutons and finally panzanella! 😍😍😍 Outstanding food!!! 🍷🍷🍷🔝🔝🔝 Oh and let's not forget the coffee with grappa!!! 😋☕🍾 Moral.... we got up satisfied, happy and we didn't need lunch! 🤣 Truly positive experience! The kindness and hospitality shown, truly warmed our hearts! ❤️ 100% recommended! 🔝 Competitive prices for lunch, overnight stay and breakfast! 😉 Free parking available adjacent. 23/06/2025: I'm just talking about the restaurant. While traveling between Monteriggioni and Siena, we stopped by chance, and what a great choice! Delicious, homemade food at more than reasonable prices and very friendly staff. Without pretension, quality achieves excellence.

09/07/2025: This place was a pleasant surprise. We wanted to have lunch here. All the tables on the terrace overlooking the square were taken, so we asked if we could eat here in about half an hour. They said yes, and when we returned, we got a small table on the charming and breezy-shaded inner terrace. (You have to book in advance if you want to sit on the square.) The servers were very polite, the food was delicious. We had burrata with ham for an appetizer, and risotto of the day and vadragus pasta for a main course. The food is reasonably priced. We were absolutely satisfied with everything.

08/07/2025: The welcome was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was truly lovely. The food was truly excellent, including starters, first courses, and desserts. I highly recommend it.

04/06/2025: Restaurante muy acogedor cerca de Siena. Se pueden encontrar platos tradicionales de Siena muy bien preparados y con buen y fuerte sabor. El servicio es amable y la gente que trabaja allí es muy acogedor. Un gran agradecimiento al cocinero por preparar nuestros platos, perfectamente cocinados y al personal por su servicio agradable y profesional.

01/03/2025: Locale tranquillo e informale. Proprietario gentilissimo e attento. Abbiamo assaggiato un paio di tartare (la cheesecake e la ligure) che erano strepitose. Assaggiato anche il tonno del Chianti e la lingua salmistrata entrambe buonissime. Molto golosi anche i dolci fatti da loro. Serata molto piacevole e locale assolutamente da provare soprattutto se ti piace la tartare, vista la varietà del menù e la qualità della carne.

28/02/2025: Ho cenato due sere e due pranzi durante riunione di lavoro. Bello l'ambiente, servizio un po' lento. Il menù non ho potuto sceglierlo ne vederlo perché prefissato da azienda. Tutto molto buono con porzioni giuste, a partire dagli antipasti ( uovo cbt e tagliolini di seppie) così come i primi (risotto zafferano, tortelli con ragù di carne e penne con le verdure) ed i secondi (hamburger di stinco, e due filetti di diversi tipi di carne). Superlativi i dolci ( mouse di nocciola, mouse di pistacchio e tortino al cioccolato tutti guarniti con salse di frutti bosco e cioccolato fuso). Essendo andata per lavoro non ho idea dei costi ma tutto molto buono e ben presentato

15/07/2025: A perfect wine tasting. The venue is beautiful, with attention to detail from the very beginning. We sampled wines produced in the region, along with oils and vinegars. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions. You could also purchase bottles of wine and have them delivered directly to your home. A recommended experience for wine lovers.

26/06/2025: Great restaurant. Here you are really a guest. Is a family business with delicious dishes for very reasonable prices. Definitely recommended! Especially the pici is great here, is a starter see 1st photo. The hamburger, see 2nd photo is a topper. Many hamburger restaurants can take an example from this. You can tell from everything that they work with fresh ingredients and that a lot of care is taken.

24/05/2025: Sweet, small cafe outside Siena. Happened upon it leaving the chaotic, lack of tourismo parking, Siena. Had a delicious pranzo and enjoyed conversing with the lovely lady running the ristorante.
