05/03/2025: Remaining all the more welcoming as it was the only one open in Monteriggioni in February, Da Remo is also an excellent surprise: neat and tastefully decorated setting, interior room with frescoes, spacious veranda and terrace for the summer, an eager welcome and attentive service, nothing to complain about. The food was perfect: fresh bruschetta because it was made immediately, tender rack of lamb, fine and original desserts.

24/02/2025: "The strain" is our reference for our travels in the enchanting land of Siena. Strategic point, very close to the city and the many jewel towns of these valleys. The welcome, attention, friendliness and generosity of Laura, Lello and Davide makes you feel at home, every time because they are like that with a big heart. Clean room, breakfast is a lunch, with high quality products typical of the area and their genuine and delicious cuisine. Five stars are not enough. Everything excellent.

15/03/2025: This was an absolutely wonderful place to visit, we went on a tour and it felt so authentic! The woman who led our tour was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable about the wine, and was beyond kind to be and my group of five friends. The wine was perfect, and the people were even better! I will absolutely be coming back next time I’m in Florence!

12/03/2025: Ate here twice in the last few days, and it was amazing. Meals worthy of mentioning were the specials/menu of the day, artichoke risotto, and polenta with wild boar ragu, also on the main menu the rabbit stuffed with artichoke was devine. I hope to make it back here again!

05/02/2025: Visitato in un periodo in cui a Monteriggioni e’ quasi tutto chiuso e non ci sono turisti. Arrivati alle 14.30 siamo comunque stati accolti con cortesia. Abbiamo gustato giusto un primo: dei gradevoli Pici cacio e pene, ben presentati e saporiti. Accompagnati ad un bicchiere di Nobile ci è bastato per rimanere soddisfatti. Prezzo in linea con la proposta e gestione molto cortese.

18/11/2024: We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday and we can't help but express how thrilled we were! We had never been before, but we had heard great things about the place, and I have to say that expectations were greatly exceeded. The restaurant is enchanting, with several outdoor areas where we were able to have an aperitif in a truly evocative atmosphere. One point that particularly struck us was the children's playground area, extremely equipped and safe, which allowed the little ones to have fun while the adults enjoyed the day. The restaurant is cared for down to every detail, both inside and outside. The view of the pond is breathtaking, with windows overlooking a panoramic terrace. The interior is equally elegant, with modern and refined furnishings, and a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food was excellent and the service impeccable. We were given the opportunity to customize every detail of the event, from the layout of the tables to the set-up, up to the possibility of playing music and creating a space for dancing. We had the room to ourselves, which made the event even more special and intimate. In summary, it was a perfect day. We were really enthusiastic, both us and the guests. We recommend the Vallechiara restaurant without hesitation to those looking for an enchanting, well-kept place with excellent service and a spectacular view. We will certainly organize many other events in this splendid place. A magical experience that we will remember forever!

Buon servizio di sala e ottima attenzione ai commensali. Comodo parcheggio, facilmente raggiunibile. In questo ristorante puoi gustare anche pesce o pizza. Complimenti allo staff è certo che tornerò. 28/02/2025: Ho cenato due sere e due pranzi durante riunione di lavoro. Bello l'ambiente, servizio un po' lento. Il menù non ho potuto sceglierlo ne vederlo perché prefissato da azienda. Tutto molto buono con porzioni giuste, a partire dagli antipasti ( uovo cbt e tagliolini di seppie) così come i primi (risotto zafferano, tortelli con ragù di carne e penne con le verdure) ed i secondi (hamburger di stinco, e due filetti di diversi tipi di carne). Superlativi i dolci ( mouse di nocciola, mouse di pistacchio e tortino al cioccolato tutti guarniti con salse di frutti bosco e cioccolato fuso). Essendo andata per lavoro non ho idea dei costi ma tutto molto buono e ben presentato

04/01/2025: Mangiato in questo ristorante una sera di inizio gennaio. Bella struttura molto curata, di fronte alla piscina del resort del Borgo San Luigi, vicino alla stupenda Monteriggioni. Buon menu e lista vini. Una nota di miglioramento riguarda il servizio: il personale è numeroso e molto gentile e disponibile, ma appare disorganizzato e ansioso, perdendosi le richieste dei clienti o invece affacciandosi ai tavoli in modo eccessivo. Una pecca facilmente risolvibile per rendere impeccabile l'esperienza.
