08/02/2025: Tutto quanto di ottima qualità. Per gli amanti della Tartare, quella consumata è superiore a quanto provato in tutti i precedenti ristoranti. Lo spostamento vale la pena, foss'anche per una sola forchettata. Materia prima e preparazione FUORI QUOTA.

29/01/2025: There's a birthday to celebrate and today we want to overdo it tonight the twenty-ninth of January which one do we choose as a spoon? we have always had a good time with Elena and Remo and this time too we will return to Monteriggioni. They placed us next to the fireplace, the two of us enjoyed: - a pumpkin flan, leek cream, porcini mushrooms and hazelnut crumble - a homemade tagliolini with 24 egg yolks, creamed with home-made butter, truffle and grated fresh truffle - a rack of lamb cooked at low temperature, its stock, American potato and its chips - a wild boar from the castle with Chianti Classico, red fruit reduction, polenta chips and caper powder - two side dishes - and finally two spicy chocolate desserts (excellent) - plus obviously two glasses of Chianti Classico Riserva We had a wonderful time, everything was good and the service was attentive and kind. P.S. The meat dishes such as the Chianina steak or the Florentine steak, which we have had on other occasions, are also highly recommended.

26/01/2025: Fantastic restaurant, beautiful location in a magical country. Absolutely go there. You can eat like a star at very honest prices for the highest quality. Probably in my wandering around top quality restaurants which I have been doing for 25 years now, this is by far the place with the best value for money! Fantastic❤️

16/01/2025: In the magnificent square of Monteriggioni, a restaurant surprising for its taste and elegance. The somewhat modest entrance perhaps does not do justice to the beautiful internal room, furnished with extreme care and extremely welcoming. The service is characterized by friendliness and professionalism (and even the background music does its part!). The cuisine is simply exceptional: raw materials processed with skill and preparations that reveal talent and creativity. Truly a great dining experience - we will be back!

19/01/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and I must say it was a nice surprise. Simple, genuine dishes with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. Lots of variety of desserts Will be back soon

13/01/2025: Ci sono stata con la mia compagnia 4 giorni a ridosso del capodanno. Trovato grazie a una ricerca per comodità in base alle città che volevamo visitare possiamo dire dopo aver soggiornato di aver trovato un posto strategico con una colazione fantastica e indescrivibile con prodotti tipici del posto e un'ospitalità top…lo consiglio alla grande!!!!

15/02/2025: Did a tour with my tour in Italy, seeing the best bits of Tuscany and Florence and we are so pleased we were brought here to the wine tasting experience! The tour we had was so full of information and made the experience better, the food was so nice! And the the actual wines and balsamic vinegar and Olive Oil, were beyond superb, had such a great experience, would love to this again. Thanks to all those involved!

15/02/2025: Even though the tour itself was nice we spent a decent amount of money getting wines and oils sent back home to us and when we finally got our box some of the olive oil was missing. Ive tried multiple times to get ahold of someone and have gotten no reply. I even sent the proof of it via email with no response. We have friends going to Italy and have recommended they go elsewhere due to the lack of wanting to make things right on their end.

01/02/2025: Very pleasant stop for lunch, delicious food! We ordered the ribollita, the tortelloni, the tagliatelle and the fillet with lard (the tender meat, it melts in your mouth!!! A spectacle!) and the pear cake. Adequate and tasty portions! Flavors of Tuscany in a magical context within the walls of Monteriggioni, which satisfy the palate and bring joy. Prices are normal, the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a really good time, we will gladly return! A dear hug to all the staff, Ale and Francy from Rome,

18/11/2024: We celebrated my daughter's birthday yesterday and we can't help but express how thrilled we were! We had never been before, but we had heard great things about the place, and I have to say that expectations were greatly exceeded. The restaurant is enchanting, with several outdoor areas where we were able to have an aperitif in a truly evocative atmosphere. One point that particularly struck us was the children's playground area, extremely equipped and safe, which allowed the little ones to have fun while the adults enjoyed the day. The restaurant is cared for down to every detail, both inside and outside. The view of the pond is breathtaking, with windows overlooking a panoramic terrace. The interior is equally elegant, with modern and refined furnishings, and a fireplace that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the food was excellent and the service impeccable. We were given the opportunity to customize every detail of the event, from the layout of the tables to the set-up, up to the possibility of playing music and creating a space for dancing. We had the room to ourselves, which made the event even more special and intimate. In summary, it was a perfect day. We were really enthusiastic, both us and the guests. We recommend the Vallechiara restaurant without hesitation to those looking for an enchanting, well-kept place with excellent service and a spectacular view. We will certainly organize many other events in this splendid place. A magical experience that we will remember forever!

05/02/2025: Visitato in un periodo in cui a Monteriggioni e’ quasi tutto chiuso e non ci sono turisti. Arrivati alle 14.30 siamo comunque stati accolti con cortesia. Abbiamo gustato giusto un primo: dei gradevoli Pici cacio e pene, ben presentati e saporiti. Accompagnati ad un bicchiere di Nobile ci è bastato per rimanere soddisfatti. Prezzo in linea con la proposta e gestione molto cortese.

11/12/2024: We stopped for a quick lunch, menu of the day with many options to choose from, some of which are also vegetarian/vegan. First courses a little salty, but overall good. The environment is that of a bar.. Even though they were in a hurry, the girls were very kind.
