13/05/2025: Vorzüglichen Restaurant. Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön, eine Burg die geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Das Personal ist professionell und absolut freundlich. Das Essen hochwertig und optisch ansprechend angerichtet. Preis/Leistung passt hier zusammen. Wer gut und stilvoll essen gehen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

24/09/2024: Bellissimo locale nella piazza a Gaiole Molta scelta di vini e servizio perfetto Il proprietario molto gentile Se siete in zona super consigliato Taglieri eccezionali!!

24/06/2024: Location molto bella e caratteristica della Toscana, ma per quanto riguarda la cucina lascia un po’ a desiderare.. cameriera poco simpatica e scazzata(sembrava le scocciasse essere lì). Abbiamo chiesto una porzione baby di gnocchi al ragù per nostra figlia, è arrivato un piatto enorme con degli gnocchi che nemmeno se tagliati a metà si riuscivano a mettere in bocca. Poi abbiamo preso delle pappardelle al ragù di chianina (pasta a tratti cruda e ragù commerciale) e dei ravioli fatti in casa ripieni (anche lì il cornicione del raviolo completamente crudo). Questa mancanza è forse derivata dalla fretta di servire i piatti?! 5 minuti ed era pronto tutto… mah! Prima e ultima volta, sconsigliato!

03/06/2024: Het eten was ontzettend goed, evenals de wijnen. De bediening is erg vriendelijk, niet opdringerig en helpt je om ‘de slimmere keuzes te maken’. We waren erg positief verrast over dit restaurant!

16/04/2024: Starting point for a drink before tackling the Eroica. Small, well-stocked bar with advice always ready for those passing by. Honest prices, if I return I will gladly set foot there again🔝

07/06/2026: We didn't stay here but we did a tour of the property and wine tour with light lunch. Our host was fantastic and very informative, plus the wines were delicious! The light lunch was local cured meats, cheeses and honey - all of which were so tasty. Highly recommend coming here!

06/06/2026: We visited Castello di Meleto on a hike through Chianti and had a wonderful experience thanks to our tour guide, Gabriele. First off, the vineyward, castle, and grounds are absolutely stunning! Gabriele was extremely knowledgeable about the vineyard and its rich history and provided a detailed tour of the castle with a very lighthearted and comical narrative. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting accompanied by a detailed overview from Gabriele. The standout for me was the Vinsanto, which is absolutely incredible! Highly recommend a visit to the vineyard!

04/08/2024: Siamo stati per pranzo a La Terrazza all’aperto. Vista che vale il pranzo. Menù ridotto e portate di prezzo elevato malgrado non si tratti di piatti ricercati e elaborati. Cmq tutto di buono e materie prime di qualità. Servizio adeguato e veloce.
