13/02/2025: We had an excellent night at this establishment. The welcome was perfect, our host very attentive and concerned about our well-being. The evening meal at the restaurant was delicious, with expert culinary advice from our server. The morning breakfast was complete and varied, with everything you needed to start the day off right. Antonio once again took great care of us. A big thank you for their warm welcome! I highly recommend.

09/02/2025: We stopped in this tavern after a morning walking through the snowy woods of Mount Amiata. Luckily we made the right choice, the duck ragout polenta was exquisite. For what we ate we spent little and I will certainly return to visit the tavern.

Well, try it to believe it, the abundant dishes are truly truly delicious! The perfect place to spend a fabulous Sunday in the company of beautiful people and enjoy exquisite dishes! 23/01/2025: We stayed at the Fabbrini hotel during the Christmas holidays and everything was perfect. The polite and attentive welcome, the dining room and room staff prepared and attentive. The room was spotless and warm, we had asked for one with a balcony and we were satisfied. Breakfast, lunch and dinner always excellent and varied. 24, 25 and 26 December despite the more than doubled commitment for all staff, the service was not affected. 10 and praise to all. Thanks again, we will definitely be back

13/01/2025: Con la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di regalarci un week end per il nostro anniversario fuori dalla confusione della città e quale posto migliore di Abbadia San Salvatore, per puro caso abbiamo scelto questo ristorante e che dire: spettacolo, all'arrivo siamo stati immediatamente accolti dal cameriere Emilio un giovane dinamico simpatico e preparatissimo nella conoscenza dei piatti proposti e soprattutto del pianeta vino ma parliamo del cibo: stratosferico, mai e poi mai pensavamo di vivere un esperienza gastronomica di questo livello,materie prime di primissima qualità sapientemente unite tra loro, sapori e profumi che in bocca e all'olfatto creano...... un vero orgasmo. Questo ristorante merita la presenza in guida Michelin. Complimenti ci rivedremo presto.
