Good food in a very pleasant setting. The dishes were well prepared. As points for improvement, we felt they were a bit rushed to finish service, and the cover charge seemed somewhat expensive.

Wow! We spent three weeks in Italy for our honeymoon and this was our favorite meal. The homemade pasta with authentic local recipes far exceeded the meals we had in some of Tuscany's more famous towns. This is definitely off the beaten path, but well worth it. The service was also excellent and the owner/manager shook my hand twice to thank us for dining there. If you want to experience real local cuisine, you won't be disappointed!

Do two slices of bread with salami make a review? For those like me who have known this place for years, I'd say yes, because if you ask for something they don't have in stock, but the owner comes in and out four times just to satisfy you, you can't help but have a positive opinion. The staff are friends, as are the owners, but if I had to criticize them, I wouldn't hesitate. Unfortunately, they always treat me very well. I may not eat there, at least not now, but certainly, now that I've regained some mobility, I'll return often to test them with my absurd requests. After all, I'm still among friends. UPDATE: I've been back, not once, to be honest, but this time for dinner. I discovered imaginative cuisine, with great attention to ingredients and composition. Marco is no novice as a chef, but he managed to amaze me with bold choices in what may, at first glance, seem simple dishes. I won't go into specifics because I believe everyone has the right to go there and be amazed by those same sensations. I can tell you one thing: trust me, there's nothing extra that isn't put in place with the sole purpose of captivating your palate and transporting it to a different dimension, and for a discerning palate like mine, that's no small thing. The service, overseen by his wife, Romina, is always gracious; you're never left stranded on meaningless breaks. If she doesn't, a waitress will come to take care of you, even if it's just to refill your glass or check if you need anything. One small point: I have special transportation and am disabled, but the facility is perfectly equipped to accommodate me. Thank you.
