28/05/2025: Obscene is an understatement! This evening I was looking for a pastry shop to get some sweets to bring to dear friends to celebrate their birthday, I arrive in the center of Prato and find Pralinae, I take a tray with 10 large pastries 2 pastiere 1 cannolo 1 sfoglia riccia 2 tiramisu and 4 bigne. I was served by an elderly lady without a minimum knowledge of HACCP regulations. I arrive at my friends' house and we open these pastries the pastiere were old and dry the sfoglia a stone old 2 sour cream bignè! We had to throw everything away! Spent 27 euros, I also report the non-issue of the receipt! Shame!

10/02/2025: Small pastry bar in the historic center of Prato, family-run, without table service. Very limited assortment, both of breakfast pastries and of cakes and pastries. Poor quality, to say the least, both of the pastry and the leavened products (small size, little alveolation, dry interior, poor filling). The coffee is well made. The best thing about the place (the only one) was seeing the two elderly couple at work, busy at the cash register and taking orders, complete with 80s style notebook. Prices much above average (2 euros for an open apple pastry).

20/05/2025: I used to go to this place last year, they were always helpful and nice. Unfortunately, I have only been back twice this year and both times I found some of the staff particularly unpleasant. I am deeply sorry to write this negative review as a regular and now (reluctantly) ex-lover of the bar. I sincerely hope that the staff will start using more polite ways, because I no longer enjoy going back.

16/05/2025: Super, rude people. We went here with my friend and we both just a water and that triggered them so much to kick us out of the terrace.

28/04/2025: Since the change of management it is nothing more than a classic Chinese bar, despite the Italian facade. Pastries more than two days old, rancid cream, burnt cappuccino. I won't go back there again.

04/04/2025: I waited an hour and they only brought scampi and clams. The first and second arrived at around 10pm, I arrived at 8.30pm. There were only 4 tables, I don't understand the reason for the slowness.

02/04/2025: It's average, the service is average, the food is too salty, my throat is broken after eating it, the price is expensive and the portion is not big, two people spent 70 yuan per person and only 60% full, the atmosphere is also average, if you come here for foreign food, I don't recommend coming here, there are too many bad spots, go directly to the foreign restaurant, it's cheaper, more delicious and larger
