The venue's design admirably marries contemporary modernity with the warmth of tradition, welcoming patrons into an atmosphere of rare composure. The presence of a veritable roasting workshop, where the precious, exotic beans are processed before the eyes of those present with almost scientific precision, is intriguing. A learned and instructive experience, demonstrating a commendable attention to the honesty and traceability of the crops of origin. The various blends I selected revealed intense aromas and perfect balance, capable of providing supreme relief to the stomach without the fear of heaviness or subsequent dryness. As my venerated compatriot Pellegrino would have pronounced, this dark infusion requires impeccable mastery to avoid offending the delicate digestive functions. The young waiters prove themselves to be diligent and passionate stewards, highly skilled in the noble art of pouring and ready to guide the traveler with exquisite courtesy. Accompanying the cup are edible elixirs and baked goods of such freshness that even my trusty Marietta would have praised their fragrance and exquisite craftsmanship. In this pleasant haven of the mind, the Beautiful and the Good are worthily celebrated, with a final outlay that fully repays the superb quality offered to the guest. 10/06/2026: A delicious business lunch in a modern and refined setting, surrounded by the aroma of baked goods that took me back to when, as a child, I'd pass by my favorite pastry shop. But the highlight wasn't the taste, but the pleasantness of Alessio, the waiter—lighthearted, witty, and well-mannered, like a lifelong friend, circling our table with grace and punctuality. 19/05/2026: They don't even have a balaclava to be a robber... Stratospheric prices... Spend less at the Gran Hotel La Pace... Never again... if you have an aperitif, the platter is separate and expensive... but you will enjoy all the leftovers from the week before accompanied by a service that is, to say the least, unpleasant...

31/03/2026: Had Easter lunch. Nice place, so crowded we couldn't move our chairs, the food was average (and overpriced), but the service unfortunately left much to be desired: we had to ask for the main courses because, 50 minutes after the first courses, they still hadn't been delivered, and they completely skipped the side dishes. On busy days, they should hire more staff because, despite their good intentions, they couldn't keep up with everyone.

30/03/2026: The food was truly top-notch. We had some excellent fish dishes with generous portions. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

29/06/2026: In my opinion, the quality could be improved. We ate some uramaki and some first courses that were dry, unlike other places where we ate the same products but made as they should have been made.

17/06/2026: I have to say it's my favorite restaurant, elegant and quiet atmosphere, excellent food and service. The owners are always present and very kind. You can also order take-out.

13/07/2026: A very well-kept and well-maintained place. The pool is private and quiet, and the restaurant has a limited selection of dishes, but it still serves good, traditional Tuscan cuisine.

12/07/2026: The prices are completely illogical. They charge like a Michelin-starred restaurant, but then they make you eat under a gazebo without even a fan, in unbearable heat. The explanation? They only had one because the other one was broken. With the amount they earn, was buying a new fan too much to ask? Not to mention the insanely expensive menu; paying that kind of money to eat while dripping in sweat is unacceptable. To call it a disappointing experience is a compliment. The quality-price ratio is completely off. If you're looking for a relaxing day by the pool, forget it; the price of admission, along with the bar/restaurant service, will leave you feeling even more stressed than before.

21/12/2025: We participated in an organized Sunday with cookie baking and a farm tour. It was so cute. The entertainment staff was also present, and the girls did a fantastic job getting all the kids, both big and small, to make cookies. The animals include alpacas, goats, pigs, two horses, and two donkeys. There are also several chickens and rabbits. At the top of the farm, there's also a very cute little adventure park/playground nestled in the woods, and a playground next to where you eat, which is also very nice. It might be a bit inconvenient for strollers because it's on the side of the mountain and therefore steep, but I recommend planning ahead and going!

13/12/2025: Stefania and Serena are extraordinary hosts. The place is a gem of an agritourism in the Montalbano hills, and unlike many agritourisms, it wasn't born out of chance, but from an idea and the owners' determination to pursue it. They actually bought this place and renovated it; love shines through even the bricks.
