Also excellent value for money.
11/11/2025: We reserved a table for five on Sunday morning, specifying our arrival time as 1:30 PM.
As soon as we arrived, we noticed a general discontent among the tables and people near the restaurant. I asked about our reserved table, and with extremely poor manners, they told us we could leave because there had been a mix-up with the reservations. Six other customers outside explained that they too were shocked, having booked. I ALWAYS excuse mistakes in the restaurant industry because I know it's never easy having to juggle all the myriad things that go on in this world. A simple gesture of apology, a voucher for a dinner, a glass of wine, and two appetizers, and a call to let them know of the inconvenience given the distance from any other activity in the restaurant would have been enough to ease the situation, but instead, nothing. I generally only review places I enjoy, so as not to discredit or negatively review places I don't enjoy, and thus influence other customers. However, given my politeness, I feel I can't help but share my, unfortunately, bad experience.
Despite everything, I will try to rebook and have the opportunity to change my mind about the management of the place; I would be truly happy.

20/11/2025: Once upon a time, there was a sidewalk near the Public Slaughterhouse.
A "grassroots" entrepreneur realized it was a good place for a bar and something more, and set up a small shack where you could eat sandwiches or little more.
It worked for decades, even after the Slaughterhouse closed (there was a theater nearby, a craft workshop, a church...), but times change.
Instead of closing, Rita and Paolo took over and renovated the shack, tastefully furnishing the small interior space and filling the outside with armchairs and tables.
Now the place retains its pleasantly temporary appearance, but it's welcoming, friendly, and frequented by patrons from all over the world (a stone's throw away, besides the theater, is the Poma multipurpose cultural center, also founded by Rita and Paolo).
It's back to how it once was, and better than ever.
18/11/2025: Pomina Bar is always a sure thing. It overlooks the splendid Church of San Francesco, in the heart of Pescia, offering a truly enchanting atmosphere. The place is very welcoming, as is the staff, always kind and helpful. The food is excellent, with high-quality cured meats that enhance the experience even more. A highly recommended place for a pleasant break.

11/03/2026: A great lunch break at this trattoria, which offers a set menu of typical local dishes. With (homemade) kitchens in full view 😜. The orange tart 🍊 is delicious.

16/03/2026: We went on a Saturday night when there was music but the food was poor, we had pizza but the toppings had no flavour, decent service but the price was very high including the cost of the show €14 and the cover charge €7 per person, it was not worth this price, I do not recommend it and I will definitely not go again and the drink for those who do not eat is mandatory at €10 it seems excessive to me if one drinks a coffee

16/11/2025: The room is run-down, with the flooring cracking due to the high humidity. The bathroom door only opens halfway because it bumps into the bidet. The passage from the bedroom (without a window) to the bathroom has a ceiling that drops down to 1.80 meters, so taller people are at risk of hitting their heads. Rude reception staff. Extremely uncomfortable mattresses.
01/11/2025: Located "above" a river, great views from the rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, good prices. The room has some complaints, though: a few cobwebs here and there, and the thermostat doesn't work. The bathroom could use some improvement, with no shower stall and a crack in the toilet seat.

In addition to the quality of the products, the cleanliness, and the attention to detail, I applaud the professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of the staff, especially Emanuela! Great girls, you're one of a kind! Highly recommended!
31/08/2025: We just had the best macchiato in two weeks of vacation, thanks to the skill of a tattooed, modest, and smiling brunette. The other curly-haired employee was also friendly.

29/04/2025: Lugar muy divertido con excelente comida y buen servicio a muy buen precio. Vimos este lugar en FoodTV en Diners Drive y buceamos, Guy Fieri. Hace años y sigue aquí. Mira, fuimos un martes a las 8 de la noche y a las 9 estaba lleno de gente local y el estacionamiento estaba lleno. Cuando llegamos nos preguntaron si teníamos una reserva, no, pero nos sentaron en ese momento.

24/04/2025: Bellissimo locale situato nei giardini dell'omonima villa, in cui abbiamo cenato ottimamente e conversato piacevolmente con la giovane cameriera. Stra-consigliato!!!
