21/11/2024: My wife and I were staying in a multi-starred hotel nearby, while taking a morning walk we noticed this restaurant. We reserved a table and were welcomed very well the same evening. After ordering, without warning a plate of steaming focaccia drizzled with extra virgin olive oil arrived: we understood that this would be an excellent dinner. Focaccia and oil looked like Romeo and Juliet. Then an artichoke flan for my wife and ravioli with Cinta Senese ragù for me. Finally two amberjacks in crazy water. What can I say, one dish better than the other. We were able to appreciate the choice of raw materials used by this restaurant, which in our humble opinion are of very high quality. Another thing we really appreciated is the skilful use of flavours, never exaggerated and which respect each other, with great skill. Last thing not to be underestimated, in addition to the menu of land, meat, game, mushrooms and a well-stocked cellar, they manage to master the fish like few seafood restaurants that do it and this is the reason why we had dinner here the last two evenings of our holiday. Too bad we didn't discover it sooner. We highly recommend it.

13/08/2024: La seconda volta che assaggio questo hamburger mozzafiato...il cavallo di battaglia è sicuramente il Rockefeller...strepitoso! Uno dei migliori hamburger mai mangiati in vita mia. Sono andato lì con la mia ragazza celiaca e i panini per lei senza glutine sono buonissimi e introvabili in altre hamburgherie della zona, lei rimasta super soddisfatta. La carne succosa e deliziosa, ritornerò sicuramente ogni volta che avrò voglia di un panino sfizioso, saziante e gustosissimo 😉😉💪🏼

15/06/2024: Paolo Emanuela e Maurizio vi accoglieranno con il famoso cappuccino, con una miscela di caffè buonissima e segreta. Ambiente accogliente frequentato da sportivi e turisti, con tavolini e giornali. È anche la sede del Viola Club di Monsummano Terme. Da non perdere se siete in zona.

26/08/2024: Abbiamo seguito il suggerimento di chi ci ha ospitato nella sua casa a Monsummano Alto e per la cena di Ferragosto, abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante: siamo stati benissimo, tutto perfetto! Location particolare, vista meravigliosa sulla Valdinievole, nella sala panoramica pochi tavoli, luci soffuse, atmosfera intima e famigliare ed in sottofondo buona musica, capace di riportare alla mente dolci ricordi. Affidandoci ai consigli del ristoratore, il Sig Furio, simpaticissimo ed estremamente competente, abbiamo preso antipasto, bistecca accompagnata da verdure in pastella e quattro mini dessert: parmigiana buonissima, carne tenerissima e saporita, dolci fantastici. Conto in linea con la location, la qualità della materia prima e della cucina dello chef Giovanna. Ci siamo trovati così bene che dopo qualche giorno ci siamo ritornati, cambiando menù e ...tutto perfetto come ci aspettavamo! Grazie

02/12/2024: Locale elegante, ma non snob. I titolari e il personale sono meravigliosi loro cordiali, ma mai invadenti. Molto professionali Pasta fatta in casa e ottima carne alla griglia a prezzi assolutamente onesti. Ho mangiato gli ottimi tortelli alla norcina, saporiti e con obbligo morale di scarpetta per pulire il piatto. A seguire un ottimo filetto con radicchio grigliato. Per finire una buonissima creme brulé. Ci tornerò sicuramente quando tornerò in zona.

24/10/2024: Dopo tanto cercare, finalmente un posto "degno" di essere chiamato Ristorante! Locale molto ben curato e accogliente; servizio perfetto con persone cordiali, preparate e simpatiche; e non per ultimo la qualità del cibo e la loro presentazione fanno di questo posto un vero capolavoro! La carne è a dir poco squisita ( una delle migliori mai mangiate), tartare e salumi di prima qualità, dolci fatti in casa prelibati. Vini solo i migliori! Insomma un Ristorante dove tornare sempre. Consigliatissimo !!

20/08/2024: Ristorante/pizzeria molto buona. Ottimi gli antipasti e i primi. Buona la pizza e i dolci. Discreto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Servizio veloce e camerieri di sala cortesi e attenti al cliente. Consigliato.

16/08/2024: Il servizio è stato deludente: il cameriere non è stato per niente cordiale ha preso l'ordine con fretta (nonostante il locale fosse mezzo vuoto) e ha quasi rovesciato un piatto sul tavolo. Ha dimenticato di portare le posate, dando l’impressione di un servizio poco professionale. Inoltre, ha dimenticato un piatto nel mio ordine, facendomi aspettare circa 30 minuti per poi servirmi un piatto di qualità mediocre, il tutto senza nemmeno scusarsi. Quando ho segnalato la situazione alla cassa, per il piatto con 30 minuti di attesa mi è stato offerto uno sconto di soli 6€ su un piatto che costava 16€. Non tornerò.
