05/04/2025: dopo tanto tempo sono tornato alla Panacea, in occasione di un viaggio; anche questa volta le aspettative sono state ampiamente ripagate... ero da solo e mi hanno portato un tagliere misto, nel senso che c'erano dentro formaggi, salumi fatti da loro, tartare di carne e anche delle carni salate e fatte a carpaccio... tutto ottimo così come il pane, infatti ne ho mangiato due cestini...! poi mi hanno portato la carne, cotta nel forno a legna... spettacolare... siccome ero indeciso su quale carne scegliere (nei frigoriferi di frollatura ce ne sono una ventina di qualità diverse) mi hanno portato due tagli diversi... sinceramente non ricordo il nome, ma i due tipi di carne erano una meglio dell'altra...!!! e poi il vino... sempre perchè ero indeciso, e non essendo un grandissimo intenditore di etichette particolari, mi sono fatto portare il "semplice" vino della casa... altro che semplice, non so chi glielo produce ma è un vino ottimo che non ha nulla da invidiare ai vini titolati...!!! confermo il giudizio positivo e consiglio vivamente questo posto...!

There is the possibility of ordering the cecina stuffed as you prefer together with the freshly made Schiacciatina, steaming and delicious. The staff is courteous and the service fast. Just ahead of the pizzeria there is a large parking area. Top on all points

16/03/2025: Place where the Pizza is truly ENHANCED in its taste and very GENEROUS seasoning. The chickpea cake served with porcini mushrooms, lard, Anduja and other particular and tasty combinations is also delicious. Francesco and his brother Santo are the masters behind the scenes who manage the place for takeaway and for those who want to sit down and enjoy it on the spot.

13/04/2025: SUPERLATIVE! The tavern is located within a wonderful park, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The menu is refined, the portions are right and the flavors are excellent. Note of thanks to the service which made us feel at home. The two waitresses who looked after us were extraordinarily kind, nice and so helpful that when it was time to leave, we felt like hugging them spontaneously! We were very sad that we didn't bring cash with us, because they really deserved a great tip! This is an excellent opportunity to return and bring other people to discover this wonderful restaurant and this amazing location! Thanks for a great lunch!

13/04/2025: I had the pleasure of being a guest at their tavern for a graduation dinner. My dining experience was incredible! I am not an easy customer for my dietary needs, but I was treated in an exemplary manner. It should be like this everywhere, but unfortunately it is not a given! All courses were gluten-free and vegetarian: one of the best dinners I have ever eaten. There was great care in the dishes, which I appreciated very much. From appetizer to dessert, THANK YOU! Also the service and the restaurant: everything was really very pleasant. I highly recommend!

09/03/2025: Good quality pizza by the meter at this pizzeria. The dough is light and digestible, the toppings fresh and abundant, and the variety of flavors very wide. It is possible to choose different toppings for each section of the pizza, so as to satisfy everyone's tastes. The quality-price ratio is excellent, especially considering the generous size of the pizza. The staff is kind and helpful, the atmosphere is informal and welcoming, perfect for an evening in the company of friends or family. I highly recommend this pizzeria to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent pizza by the meter without spending a fortune.

17/03/2025: Good ice cream, if it weren't for the fact that this year the price has increased by €0.50 for the cup of 2 flavours, thus costing €3 which wouldn't be a problem, in fact, but they've also changed the size of the cup which is much smaller than last year. It's fine to raise prices but making fun of people by giving children's cups seems a bit unfair to me.

16/03/2025: Quality product. But for two flavors €3 we are in the medium-high level. For the cream €0.50 more. Price/quality needs to be reviewed a bit.

25/03/2025: For many years I've wanted to go in and browse, after tasting their chocolate ice cream in a pizzeria in Pisa (amazing to say the least), I made up my mind. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful owner, small shop but full of delicacies: chocolate in various shapes, ice cream (only from Easter onwards), biscuits and excellent quality wines. It took me a long time to enter the first time but it will be a regular stop for a cuddle or a valuable gift. Fair prices considering the level. I would add that you are willing to pay when satisfaction is assured.

23/02/2025: Whether it's chocolates or ice creams, you can be sure of meticulous care in the choice of raw materials and preparation. The decorations of the Christmas pieces, Easter eggs and other seasonal creations are of excellent taste. The presence of other confectionery excellences is very careful and precious. A true point of reference both for spoiling yourself and for a definitely appreciated gift. I can't wait for the warm weather to arrive so I can go get ice cream from her! hazelnut, dark chocolate, mango, liquorice, cherry, ... how delicious!

09/03/2025: I really love Chinese food, much more than sushi, but currently it's not easy to find Chinese-only restaurants, and we finally found this one, almost in Pisa. We degenerates, for years of all you eat, had a hard time choosing from the menu, from which we took 3 dishes Maybe they don't use a lot of salt, but I think it's right, given the soy sauce available. I am disturbed by the modern dishes (dishes) they use but up to a certain point because the stuff was good and we didn't leave even a drop of sauce. Fair and honest prices. Very kind service, as is their custom. The place is very modern, airy, we customers can stay far apart and thank goodness... Chairs, for me, a little uncomfortable. Parking available. I highly recommend.

Difficilmente si riescono a trovare pizzerie e ristoranti così completi e accoglienti. Premesso dal fatto che si dota di un ambiente veramente gradevole e accogliente, adatto per tutte le occasioni, Sciannà regalerà a tutti coloro che vorranno provarlo serate veramente gradevoli all'insegna della totale versatilita, perché ha il raro pregio di offrire da mangiare praticamente di tutto e tutto di alta qualità con ottimi rapporto qualità - prezzo. Infatti qui, accolti dalla dinamica e simpaticissima Silvia, potrete rilassarvi e scegliere ottime pizze, veramente fragranti e perfette, con possibilità di ampia scelta di gusti che partono tutti da ottime materie prime..ma Sciannà non si qualifica solo come ottima pizzeria: infatti troverete la possibilità di fare ristorante con ottime portate sia di terra che di mare. A riprova della serietà del posto, vanta piatti fuori menù che naturalmente cambiano in base alla disponibilità di stagione. Se le pizze sono quindi veramente buone, altrettanto imperdibile è sceglierlo come ristorante. Che dire del servizio, sempre attento e gentile, che vi farà sentire veramente accolti con piatti squisiti, equilibrati perché preparati veramente con cura e attenzione. Gli elogi, tutti meritati, non finiscono qui perché la cucina di mare, ad esempio, offre primi squisiti (risotto di mare), ricette locali (eccellente tabaccolara), classici intramontabili (lo scoglio), primizie fuori menù (spaghetti alle arselle) con un occhio speciale al territorio e ai sapori più freschi e genuini.. come il primo locale al cinghiale, squisita primizia secondo disponibilità stagionale..Le porzioni sono sempre abbondanti e curate, vasta la scelta di genuini antipasti, sia di mare (eccelle l'insalata di mare squisitamente tiepida) che di terra (un must il tagliere con crostini, salumi e formaggi)..I secondi, poi non sono affatto da meno, come ad esempio ottime fratture di mare e molte altre leccornie sia di terra che di mare..Buona offerta di vini e anche i dessert sono veramente goduriosi..Sciannà è veramente un angolo di buon gusto e pace, una meta irrinunciabile e adattissima per ogni tipo di occasione: compleanni, serate tranquille in famiglia, arredamento caldo e accogliente, tanta gentilezza e pace che rendono questo posto sempre versatile e una certezza che ha davvero le carte in regola per accontentare tutti...e il tutto a un ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo., che non guasta mai..Senza dimenticare poi le serate speciali con offerte imperdibili il mercoledì e il venerdì sera..Un posto del cuore e una certezza da non lasciarsi scappare che consigliamo di prenotare sempre in grande anticipo.. 04/03/2025: Eravamo ospiti con la mezza pensione. Tutto favoloso: pappardelle al cinghiale , tagliata , bresaola e burrata, ma anche piatti con pesce: trancio di tonno, polpo, pasta con spada. Buonissima anche la colazione dolce/ salata a buffet alla mattina. Si vede l'amore per la cucina

27/01/2025: Despite the numerous negative reviews (from some time ago), we still decide to stay in this facility. Fairly sized room, "old style" furnishings in keeping with the structure and external environment, shame about the French window on the balcony shared with another room (impossible to keep the window open if other guests are present). Attentive and friendly staff, excellent restaurant solution for guests of the structure with excellent quality food, such as that for the buffet breakfast. Tidy garden and clean swimming pool, the structure has probably changed management since the time of the negative reviews. Ample parking. Advised!

26/03/2025: A pleasant discovery, excellent food, a vast choice of wines for every type of budget, friendly and professional staff, the decor seems simple but in reality attention has been paid to every detail. I personally recommend the meat. They have a seasoner where it is impossible not to find your own cut, your favorite breed, lastly, the right price for the excellent quality of the raw materials served.
