04/10/2025: As you can tell from the stars assigned, I'd say the atmosphere is excellent, quiet, and the walls are painted in Old England style. Excellent food. The cured meat appetizers were top-notch. We had two different types of steaks; one was good, the other was better. Dessert: tiramisu and vermouth biscotti were excellent. A perfect pass. If I ever pass through this area again, this will be a must-visit.

26/09/2025: When I'm craving a good steak, there's no need to think twice: "La Panacea" is the perfect place to feel right at home. Everything made here is the result of passion and hard work, but it's worth it! I'm happy I took my childhood friends to La Panacea for a wonderful evening, recounting our experiences as teenagers, the aftermath, and laughing a lot over a good steak, mushrooms, and a bottle of red wine!

18/09/2025: We went to this place about a year ago for dinner, and I didn't think I'd leave the table with a full belly! They serve a fixed-price menu, 17 euros per person, and I have to say I couldn't believe my eyes. I'd heard great things about this place, and we wanted to try it for ourselves. The place looks very nice, a real trattoria, with plenty of outdoor seating, complete with tables, chairs, and umbrellas for shade. Inside, there's plenty of room for guests, with plenty of tables and benches where you can eat comfortably, in a very large space. We happened to be there in the summer, and since it was hot, we dined outside: not a single fly or mosquito disturbed our dinner. The owner took our order, explaining how their menu worked. We were amazed, because the 17 euros included everything, from the starter to the dessert. So, for those who don't have a big appetite, it's a real waste of food, as it's impossible to go without some dishes: the choice is between meat and fish, and I assure you, you need to be incredibly hungry to eat it all. The staff is very courteous and attentive, there's no long wait, the food is very good, plentiful, and the ingredients are top-notch. We probably could have taken the excess food home for takeout, especially since eating even the portion my partner couldn't eat due to the large portions was a real challenge. Kudos to the owners, the food, and the restaurant, which certainly always has customers and patrons, because the food is good, at a low price.

13/09/2025: Highly recommended! The quality is simply excellent, and I'm always impressed by the staff's skill. Behind the counter, you can sense perfect coordination; they're like a true acrobatic team: precise, fast, and always smiling. The pizzas? A guarantee of flavor and goodness, always fragrant and flavorful. Kudos to the entire team for their attention to detail and the passion they bring to their work. It's a pleasure to watch them at work; they're truly amazing!

23/09/2025: This restaurant is located just outside Pisa, but it's hard to find unless someone recommends it or you know it. It's a charming, intimate place with just a few tables, and it's well-maintained. The food and service are excellent. Prices are average. A must-see if you're in the Pisa area!

Welcoming and professional staff, exquisite food, dream sunset view, maximum quality in every little thing. Also suitable for children.

12/10/2025: We were at a 30-person birthday party. They sat us down and left us without water for an hour. After an hour and a half, the pizza finally arrived. They brought pizza by the meter. At the end of the meal, I ate practically an entire pizza and two glasses of Coke for a total of €14 per person (an unacceptable price). After paying, we did the math and realized there was a €100 gap, meaning the final price didn't actually match what we ordered.
