29/01/2025: Trattati bene è dire poco!! Antipasto con prosciutto di anatra molto saporito, bistecche spettacolari! Se volete trattarvi bene ve lo straconsiglio!!!

24/01/2025: Il locale è piacevole e vivace senza essere troppo chiassoso, almeno la sera della cena di cui parlo. Il personale è cordiale e competente senza essere invadente, ma se c'è l'occasione si possono fare chiacchierate interessanti (come quella che ho avuto riguardo ad alcuni coltelli del proprietario, davvero notevoli). Ma ovviamente, in un ristorante la cosa più importante è il cibo. Abbiamo avuto modo di scegliere la carne da una selezione che ci è stata mostrata (e spiegata) in modo egregio, e che si è trasformata in una esperienza gustativa davvero da ricordare. In un mondo che pensa, giustamente, a diminuire il consumo di carne in quanto fortemente impattante sull'ambiente, credo che la soluzione giusta sia proprio quella di concentrarsi su una qualità altissima, da degustare magari di rado, ma con il dovuto rispetto e la necessaria attenzione. Ottimo anche l'antipasto di salumi e il consiglio sul vino, assolutamente all'altezza. Prezzo magari non bassissimo in assoluto, ma nemmeno "urticante" e certamente del tutto adeguato al valore delle meraviglie gastronomiche portate al nostro tavolo. Grazie di tutto.

17/01/2025: GROUP EVENING IN A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT 👉 I went to this restaurant to participate in a group dinner, in order to celebrate a birthday, with about 40 people with an agreed menu. 👉 The structure, which also offers the possibility of business lunches at affordable prices, is very informal, almost familiar. 👉 It has an external part for summer evenings, which I could only glimpse from the windows. 👉 We ate a red seafood risotto, good and cooked al dente as I like it, some meat tortelli with ragù, also good, like homemade pasta. 👉 As second courses, thinly sliced ​​roast beef-type meat arrived with French fries and the typical mixed fried squid and prawns, quite light in terms of digestibility. 👉 Natural and sparkling water, smooth house wine in a carafe without any particular ideas to point out and baskets of white bread. 👉 Dessert with various decorations and sparkling wine for the toast were brought by the organizers of the evening. 👉 The coffee, also included, was then served directly at the counter. 👉 Many were helpful and friendly in their service during dinner and also in reserving an entire room for us that we had decorated in the afternoon to surprise the birthday boy. 👉 All for 18 Euros each, which certainly makes you lean towards a decidedly convenient price in terms of value for money. 👉 The restaurant is located on Via Pietrasantina, in the municipality of San Giuliano Terme, province of Pisa and easily visible from the road. 👉 Outside it is possible to park for free along the street and also in the many side streets.

12/10/2024: Il gelato non è male, ma oggi sono stata letteralmente aggredita dal proprietario che mi ha urlato:"Vatteneee hai rotto il c.....o" (o levati dal c....., non ricordo) Cosa ho fatto io di grave? Oggi nella panna non si sentiva per niente lo zucchero ed educatamente l'ho detto, senza chiederlo lui me l'ha addolcita ma facendo commenti polemici e innervositi, alla fine ho detto: "Ma se lei mi risponde così rende polemica anche me" e non ho potuto aggiungere altro perchè il signore si è messo letteralmente a urlare nonostante la moglie (che evidentemente lo conosce bene) cercasse di calmarlo tenendolo per il braccio e dicendogli di calmarsi...Ma siamo matti? Locale da evitare, non deve esistere un comportamento aggressivo, per non dire verbalmente violento in nessuno, figuriamoci in chi ha un locale al pubblico.

05/01/2025: A dream of a restaurant - everything you could wish for, the ambience, the quality of the ingredients, the service both in the summer in the garden and in the winter in the historic vaults of the Count of Pisa. Antonio has been cooking here for 15 years and not only classic Tuscan cuisine but also his own creations. Price performance is fantastic and you can blindly follow the wine recommendations without becoming poor. The Osteria All Ussero immediately became our regular restaurant, we look forward to every visit and seeing Antonio and his team again.

07/02/2025: Ho scoperto questo locale grazie a mia figlia Francesca che lo frequenta abbastanza spesso per lavoro e con amici…. Veramente soddisfatta ogni volta che sono andata …. Tutto cucinato con gusto , frittura delicata e digeribile, pizza fatta con farina speciale ( Petra per gli intenditori è una garanzia)…. Sono tornata spesso anche con amici !!! Brave tutte !!!!
