25/05/2025: We ate very well and were pampered by Mr. Carlo, the owner of the restaurant, and his family. A beautiful experience that, in addition to the excellent food and suggestions for the varieties of meat treated, was accompanied by pleasant chats and anecdotes. It was a very pleasant experience that we will do again as soon as we have the opportunity to return to Pisa.

19/05/2025: EXCELLENT RESTAURANT, EXCELLENT MEAT! We are from Rome and I came with some relatives to this restaurant and we were really surprised by the kindness of the staff who welcomed us and advised us, and also served us in an exceptional way 🤗 I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE and especially ask for the bread which is a specialty with turmeric 🤩

08/05/2025: The pizza I ate, the ones I tasted from the other people at dinner with me and the fast service make it one of the best pizzerias in the province of Pisa for me. Possibility of eating outdoors in the room outside the restaurant (however covered by curtains). Easy parking 50 meters away. Excellent quality/price ratio.

20/03/2025: There is little to say about this pizzeria! The pizza is truly excellent thanks to the quality ingredients they use. There is the possibility of ordering the cecina stuffed as you prefer together with the freshly made Schiacciatina, steaming and delicious. The staff is courteous and the service fast. Just ahead of the pizzeria there is a large parking area. Top on all points

25/03/2025: For many years I've wanted to go in and browse, after tasting their chocolate ice cream in a pizzeria in Pisa (amazing to say the least), I made up my mind. Kind, knowledgeable and helpful owner, small shop but full of delicacies: chocolate in various shapes, ice cream (only from Easter onwards), biscuits and excellent quality wines. It took me a long time to enter the first time but it will be a regular stop for a cuddle or a valuable gift. Fair prices considering the level. I would add that you are willing to pay when satisfaction is assured.

10/05/2025: Stayed in the motorhome for 3 nights nearby. We were looking forward to having a cup of coffee and cake there after our excursions. Everything is always delicious, very inexpensive and the staff always have a smile on their faces.

I love looking for excellent products and I am demanding in this, I only look for the best. I stopped by chance, beautiful pastry shop, very kind staff, I tasted the chocolate cream puff! Top 🔝 strictly dark. I have been back several times and it does not disappoint, sometimes the icing on the cream puff is still liquid... freshly made! Super!! I will definitely come back. I will update the post for the rest to taste. I vouch only for what I have tasted. For lovers of dark chocolate, dark chocolate cream puffs in San Giuliano Terme.

29/04/2025: My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of having dinner at this restaurant, we had a great time. The location conveys tranquility and privacy, the restaurant is immersed in a beautiful park/garden. Perfect service, friendly and very friendly owner. Excellent quality of food, fair value for money. We will definitely be back in the summer, I recommend!

10/05/2025: Stayed at this pitch for 3 nights. Can't understand the bad reviews. Ok, no sanitary facilities. You have to know that. Electricity and water at every place. Ver. and disposal available. We hardly noticed the street or the airport; they were always absolutely quiet at night. The reception was friendly and uncomplicated. Paid €25 per night including electricity, water and 2 people.

02/05/2025: Wir waren begeistert von unserem Besuch im L’Olmetto. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und geschmackvoll zubereitet – man schmeckt die Qualität und Liebe zum Detail. Der Service war hervorragend: stets zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung!

16/05/2025: For us this place is now home, a fixed stop for dinners with friends, a well-kept environment, excellent cuisine and friendly staff, we are now friends with the owner, perhaps I am a little biased, but we became friends because we really liked the place, and we have been coming back for years... highly recommended

01/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch with three other people. The first courses took a while to arrive, but the subsequent ones were much quicker. I thought the quality was excellent and the waitresses were very kind. The place is nice, with tables spaced far enough apart to be able to talk calmly without bothering other customers. The price was very affordable. Furthermore, on working days there is a menu that includes starter, first course and second course at the price of €10 (excluding cover charge and drinks).

04/03/2025: Eravamo ospiti con la mezza pensione. Tutto favoloso: pappardelle al cinghiale , tagliata , bresaola e burrata, ma anche piatti con pesce: trancio di tonno, polpo, pasta con spada. Buonissima anche la colazione dolce/ salata a buffet alla mattina. Si vede l'amore per la cucina

27/01/2025: Despite the numerous negative reviews (from some time ago), we still decide to stay in this facility. Fairly sized room, "old style" furnishings in keeping with the structure and external environment, shame about the French window on the balcony shared with another room (impossible to keep the window open if other guests are present). Attentive and friendly staff, excellent restaurant solution for guests of the structure with excellent quality food, such as that for the buffet breakfast. Tidy garden and clean swimming pool, the structure has probably changed management since the time of the negative reviews. Ample parking. Advised!

28/05/2025: The seafood pizza simply tastes like tomato sauce with spices. The mussels were whole, half of them still closed, so they were inedible. The Italian guests at the next table were given a special plate for the shells. I had to throw them in the bread basket. Pizza Speciale with potatoes, a bit of minced meat, and tomatoes. Potatoes on a pizza???? Any Italian would turn in their grave. Absolutely the worst pizza in Bella Italia

17/04/2025: A long time customer, but I found a change in the menu... very very good and more refined in presentation. More like a restaurant than a tavern. Prices remained unchanged. I highly recommend you try it
