My friends and I sat down, placed our order, and checked to see if we'd ordered something wrong. The only things they brought to our table were items we hadn't ordered, and we were forced to eat them. The climax was when a waitress brought us a chick with ice cream inside. We obviously hadn't ordered this chick. She looked at her tablet and it wasn't there. She went away, came back, looked at her tablet, and the order magically appeared. It was very frustrating trying to explain ourselves to the waiters, who didn't understand what we were asking for and remained firm in their opinion.

The food is decent, a good way to fill up and eat reasonably.
The service, however, was quite the opposite.
We started getting things we never ordered, even a dessert that we ended up having to pay for.
The funny thing is that when that dessert arrived, the waitress checked to see if we had actually ordered it, and it wasn't there.
Coincidentally, when she came back, the dessert appeared.
We tried to talk to the waitress, who kept repeating that we had ordered it and therefore had to pay for it.
Extremely irritating experience.
A really bad way to lose customers.

When you have a Japanese restaurant near your home, in the city center, but you never have time to go!!
Today we finally went to Kobe, after missing out on the discounted promotions the previous two weeks: so we went for lunch, quickly booking at the last minute, and luckily, we found a table. There's a parking spot nearby, and there's plenty of space. We went in and were seated in the second room, the one with the low tables, the floor level with the table! A very strange thing that we'd never tried before!! The first room was completely full, and after about 20 minutes, the room where we were was also full. The staff was very courteous, kind, and extremely helpful: we were served after about 10 minutes, then the courses arrived one after the other. All very good, well-made, hot, very fresh fish, good, and tasty: at least we were satisfied compared to the last sushi we had at another terrible restaurant!! The place looks great, beautiful, well-decorated, and clean. The service was average and fast, with waiters coming and going quickly. We were very satisfied!!
Well done, you'll definitely see us again!!

Everything was good. The 3 stars are because the lunch menu is very limited. Not much choice among the various sushi categories.
But above all, they have delicious bunnies with condensed milk and cream, but you're limited to one per person, not even two!!! This really made us sad :(
Otherwise, the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was really nice with lots of tables, even the ones on the ground floor were really nice.

The location is nice and welcoming, a bit dark but it makes you feel at ease.
The service is quick and friendly.
The fish is good quality.
We went on a Sunday for lunch, and the price was more than reasonable.
