24/09/2025: I didn't take advantage of the hotel's charm, just their cuisine, dedicating myself to the famous panigacci. Cooked and topped with pesto, tomato sauce, butter, and cheese, then plain with cured meats, stracchino, and gorgonzola. Special mention for the "chiodo" (literally, "nail"): pronounce it like that and your taste buds will thank you. The house red wine paired perfectly, all with friendly service at an incredibly reasonable price. I'll definitely be back.
22/09/2025: Excellent for a stay and especially for eating a panigaccio that you will never forget, the location is a little inconvenient to reach but it is worth it 100 points!

08/11/2025: I've really appreciated this place in the past for the quality of its panigacci and the accompanying cured meats. However, if you visit during the puenone (a typical Italian meal), it's a disappointment: it's incredibly noisy (not the restaurant's fault) and the panigacci are burnt and undercooked. Perfect for a weekday meal.

I've been going there for three years to meet friends.
The staff could be a little friendlier, but otherwise everything was perfect. The bathroom is a bit of a letdown when the place is busy, but unfortunately, that's not a problem unique to this place. The prices are fair for everything, but too high for the panigacci menu. Recommended!

28/09/2025: The panigacci were delicious, both the boiled ones with pesto, mushroom sauce, and parmesan, and the ones baked in a wood-fired oven. The chiodido (salami paste cooked in a terracotta pot) was delicious, and the tagliata with mushrooms and baked potatoes were sublime. To start, a platter of cured meats and stracchino cheese. Water and coffee for two of us cost €63, with a small error on the bill. We paid €3 more for a gorgonzola we didn't order.
The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was very charming and unique.
