15/10/2024: Terrible experience We ordered the seafood pan, recommended for a minimum of two people. Paid 38 euros, good dish, but the price absolutely does not justify the quantity of fish, which was perhaps enough for one person. Still hungry we opted for dessert. Unsalvageable, we are offered: donuts, Chantilly cream, apple pie, ice cream or sorbet. Probably my mistake in thinking that the Chantilly cream was combined/plated with something else, but instead I get a plate with a spoonful of cream on top, not even plated. My partner orders the apple pie instead to find a warmed up muffin on his plate. 7 euros for both desserts. Never to go back again, not recommended!!!

16/09/2024: By chance we entered this restaurant along the promenade in Lido di Camaiore. There were 4 of us. We took the 2 fish at the most expensive prices, and it really was superbly well cooked, and had a fine taste. I recommend.

01/01/2025: We had dinner in this place in Santo Stefano, a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, all the dishes were cooked with care and with fresh ingredients in my opinion. Very tasty mix of starters, excellent Versilia linguine. The catch of the day, a croaker, was so delicious that we went back the following evening and I ordered it again after a spectacular seafood risotto. Praise also for the mixed fried food, not huge squid rings of dubious origin but small, very soft calamari. Personally I recommend it and I will certainly return.

30/06/2024: Excellent ice cream shop and excellent staff, what can I say every year I make my child an ice cream cake and every time he amazes us with the good ice cream and the cake he makes. An excellent ice cream shop that those who come from outside must taste and try the good ice cream it makes, on their next birthday.

11/09/2024: When the locals are occupying this pizzeria you know that it's going to be good. When I arrived it was fairly busy with customers sitting outside on the outdoor table and chairs. We overcame the language barrier with ease and I ordered a pizza to go and a beer. The counter and the chief had good communication and our pizzas were made to order and completed quickly (about 15-20 minutes). The flavour of the pizza was great! Not over cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh. The only concern I had was the deal for the pizza with a drink was advertised as around €9/order but paid €13/order. I didn't complain, but made note that I did pay more, maybe there was more to why I was charged more, but again there was a language barrier and I still walked out happy.

02/11/2024: The location is great. On the roof with ambient lighting, the sound of the sea and when it gets cooler, the windows close. The food was so well and too expensive for that. Lavish wine list, everyone should find something there. You can try out the Roof Top Bar & Restaurant.

03/03/2025: Come si dice rumore in inglese? Ah sì, The Noise. E come si dice rumore in francese? Ah sì, Le Bruit. E come si dice "il grido" in norvegese ? Ah sì, Skrik. Che mi fa pensare al dipinto dell'artista Edvard Munch. Niente di speciale, insomma, per un bar che vuole essere il ritrovo della Movida a Lido di Camaiore. Boh ! Abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di giugno al Lido. Una sera, mentre passeggiavamo sul lungo mare, abbiamo sentito della musica. Normalmente, prima della grande stagione estiva di luglio e agosto, questo tipo di bar dovrebbe essere un po' più accogliente perché la clientela è un pò meno giovane. Anche se i vecchi come me ascoltano anche Progressive House, Groove, Dub e Chillout. Al contrario, la musica era un disastro totale, il volume era troppo alto anche da fuori. Così abbiamo voltato i tacchi e ce ne siamo andati. L'ultima sera prima della partenza siamo passati davanti il locale di ritorno dal pranzo e abbiamo visto il passaggio dei villeggianti di giugno a luglio (ultima sera dal 29 al 30 giugno), una massa di giovani che arrivavano per le vacanze di luglio. La musica era ancora peggiore della sera prima. Questa deve essere la norma.

26/03/2025: Hotel managed in an informal way but attentive to the needs of the customer and great sense of welcome. The rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished like all the areas of the hotel. To appreciate the great kindness and availability of the owner. Also appreciated the proximity to the sea.

25/03/2025: Non-existent service. Terrible check-in experience and confusing information, especially since we were alone. When we called to find out the price of the room, we were told one that was higher than the one on booking. At check-out, disappointed because we didn't want to pay in cash (I'll leave it up to you to interpret after we booked directly at the hotel and without discounts...). The room smells musty, terrible pillows, noisy room, we woke up before 7am because of people going up and down the stairs and the TV on high until 2am. Quality/price is unknown. There are many other hotels to stay in... think about it!
