The owners welcomed us very well and immediately put us at ease The cuisine is excellent, rich and tasty, I recommend it to everyone if you are in these parts

24/02/2025: Siamo venuti a cena la sera di San Valentino, uno spettacolo pietoso. La carne era una cosa totalmente immangiabile, dura, cotta esageratamente e quasi insapore, la tartare era immersa nel sale, e come se non bastasse avevamo ordinato due calici di Bolgheri e ci è stato portato direttamente dal bicchiere (chissà che vino era in realtà). Ciliegina sulla torta 43€ a testa, stendiamo un velo pietoso. Unica cosa positiva la gentilezza e la cordialità del cameriere che ci ha servito.

01/02/2025: Questo locale è ideale sia per l’aperitivo che per la cena. Nel primo caso vengono serviti dei buoni stuzzichini, nel secondo il menù offre varie soluzioni, dai piatti tradizionali agli hamburger. Il servizio è cortesissimo e i prezzi giusti. L’ambiente è storico ma nel contempo moderno, semplice e molto curato Da migliorare.. le puntarelle!!

24/02/2025: Liver is a complicated dish. Eating it well and digesting it without difficulty is the litmus test for a restaurant that ventures into typical Italian poor cuisine. Here at Altana there is a 10-rated veal liver on the menu. Cooked with love and skills handed down from grandmother to granddaughter. With onions and lemon (secret ingredient to make the liver taste at its maximum splendor). At this point it is superfluous to evaluate the quality/price ratio because you would pay double what it cost for a dish like this. Well done. Climbing in February with drizzle and cold up to Barga...."it's worth a Mass". See you soon.

02/02/2025: Locale accogliente e personale gentilissimo.Che dire del cibo? Pasta fatta in casa condita con sughi particolarmente gustosi,abbondanti ed espressi. Il filetto al pepe verde è morbido e sfizioso,accompagnato da contorni altrettanto accurati. Porzioni abbondanti a prezzi contenuti. Ci torneremo senz'altro.
