We had tartare
and baked porcini mushrooms as an appetizer, 2 tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and 2 desserts.
Elegant atmosphere, fair prices, and excellent dishes.
Recommended.

01/08/2025: We dined here one afternoon with our family. We received a friendly welcome.
The waiter was very helpful and spoke good English.
A beautifully presented menu, with a choice of several dishes per course, including both meat and fish. The menu featured some new discoveries. Generous portions and delicious dishes. Wines are available by the glass. Service was very prompt. We had a wonderful time dining under the patio. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back!

30/08/2025: My first dinner on the Via Francigena. I found the spaghetti particularly tasty. Nice place and pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
12/08/2025: Stopping by during the holidays, this place is a great location in the town center. Delicious tagliolini, excellent craft beer, and Antonella's superb apple pie.
Friendly staff, including Alessandro, who is always attentive and happy. Highly recommended!

09/07/2025: We had an anniversary dinner at Il Melograni. We were a family with 3 generations present. The food and service was amazing. We had preordered the meal with a cake for dessert. Beatiful and tasty cake and my parents were superhappy with the food and arrangements. I highly recommend the restaurant. Well done, Matteo and the rest of the team.

15/08/2025: A rustic and very welcoming osteria, right in the historic center, with air conditioning and pleasant background music. We had lunch with an appetizer of a vegetable tart with cream cheese, a first course of fresh pici all'ortolana, and a tiramisu for my husband; I just had coffee. Everything was very good and flavorful.

25/08/2025: One of my favorite pizzerias. Friendly, cheerful staff, very good, generous pizza at a good price. There's space for on-street parking, and both indoor and outdoor seating. I love the "Pierino" pizza.

17/08/2025: This morning we stopped at the Altopascio customs for a coffee, we met Mirko, very nice, very friendly staff, we had the stuffed focaccias that we ate for lunch, I must say they were very good, compliments, we told Mirko that we will return for dinner for a tasting of the platter, I recommend the place.
17/08/2025: The coffee isn't good quality, it tastes bad, and they charge me 4 euros for a paltry 200ml of juice. The staff isn't welcoming.

11/06/2025: Not recommended on Sunday evening.....they no longer had fried pasta, they no longer had tagliata and I would say at least distracted.....all because they had a lot of people for lunch. (At least that's what they said!)

07/06/2025: Great hotel, indeed a bit outdated, but that's not a problem, you don't have to live there, right? It's clean, and everything works, extremely friendly people, who like to do something extra for you.
Breakfast is a buffet with enough choice. Dinner is simple, for more extensive food there are also enough restaurants nearby.
