01/05/2024: Consigliati da persone del posto, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter trovare posto in questa trattoria. Il cameriere è stato super professionale, infatti è riuscito in pochissimo tempo a gestire le ordinazioni del nostro numeroso gruppo, farcito di tanti bambini. Dopo dei gustosi antipasti della tradizione Toscana, sul nostro tavolo tavolo sono atterrate due mastodontiche fiorentine da 2,5kg cad. La carne era succulenta e rigorosamente al sangue e nel complesso straordinaria. Le aspettative su questo locale erano alte per la descrizione e che avevamo ricevuto e devo dire che le ha soddisfatte tutte a pieni voti, anche nel prezzo che stato piuttosto contenuto per la qualità della carne. Il luogo è fuori dal circuito turistico, ma se si ha la possibilità soggiornare in zona il locale è straconsigliato.

22/02/2024: Personale molto serio e professionale... Velocità nel servizio e nel ritiro. Le pizze sono sempre buone, ricche, saporite ma non troppo sapide e cotte perfettamente!!! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il menù sul loro sito è aggiornato. Grande facilità di accesso per ampi parcheggi. Consigliatissimo, gnammy 😋

15/07/2024: Pizzeria l'Oliva offers an experience that focuses on thin pizzas, a type that I personally don't prefer, but I must admit that, for lovers of this type of pizza, it is an excellent choice. The cecina is truly excellent, perhaps one of the highlights of the menu. They don't serve sweets, at least I haven't seen them. The staff are very friendly and helpful, demonstrating a clear passion for their work. The atmosphere of the place is minimalist and seems more suitable for takeaway than for consumption on site, although still welcoming. The chairs perhaps a little uncomfortable. A negative aspect that I encountered concerns the moment of payment: I was not provided with a detailed receipt but only the total. The cashier checked out with a calculator, which left me puzzled as to why she couldn't use the cash register. This method did not allow me to verify the correctness of the account and an honest mistake can always happen to anyone. In conclusion, Pizzeria l'Oliva is a good place for those who love thin pizza and appreciate courteous and passionate service. However, it would be desirable to improve transparency and precision at the time of payment, at least in my experience.
