Questa volta abbiamo assaporato asparagi freschi e frutti di mare in abbinamento a gnocchi di giusta consistenza e sapidità. Molto equilibrio nei sapori garantisce piacevolezza in ogni assaggio. 25/05/2025: We stayed in the room with a bathroom, very nice with typical Tuscan furnishings, clean and functional, many places to put things. The room is on the second floor and can be reached by a slightly steep staircase. The door opens onto a small square a stone's throw from the town center, small, nice and well kept. On the floor below there is the spaghetti shop La Loggia. We had lunch there and everything was delicious, the chickpea soup is gluten-free and delicious. We met the manager briefly, he is very busy, he takes care of the rooms and the restaurant, but very kind. For parking I recommend the parking lot near the park with white lines.

There were three of us friends who were traveling on the Francigena and not being very hungry we preferred to order 2 appetizers each, a bit of wine and water, first they treated us badly for not eating anything else, then for not wanting dessert and finally after about 1 hour of arriving, we were rudely kicked out by the owner. I allowed myself to say when paying (60 euros) that I was very sorry for the lack of kindness and disrespectful ways, but in addition to sending us away he went out after us and it was even worse! He continued to mutter behind our backs. For me you can be the best restaurant in the world, but if you don't know how to relate to people better, change your job.

01/05/2025: I met here with my friends, who were having lunch there. At the time I arrived they already waited 40 minutes. I was not hungry, so I just ordered espresso and after couple minutes older guy (a manager or owner or I don't know) cam and said I can not be there unless I eat. I mean they were half empty, I sat by the table with my friends, there is no way I would take space for some other possible customers. I didn't intend to meet there with them, but they took so much time to deliver the food, that we had to meet there eventually. Very rood and extremely unprofessional.
