19/10/2025: How wonderful it is to be able to return to a place at least once a year (I really wish I could go there more often 😅) and be recognized, pampered and spoiled by their dishes and their staff 🤗 everything is truly excellent, every time I would be curious to try other places, but then turn around I can't help but go back to them... they have a menu too delicious and the staff fantastic to give up where you don't feel at home as a welcome guest.

28/09/2025: An experience to forget. The two of us arrived at 12 and asked for an aperitif. The waitress asked the manager if we could sit down. She replied curtly, "It's lunch time now, I need tables." The waitress pointed to a couple of tables; the place was empty, but the manager wouldn't hear of it. We had our aperitif 20 meters up the street, and then lunch 30 meters further up. I feel sorry for them.

23/11/2025: An impressive hall with wine racks reaching to the ceiling. Delicious food, warm service, and an authentic atmosphere in the heart of Bolgheri. High cult status. The only downside: 10cl of "house wine" for €18.

26/10/2025: We ate the best pizza of our life here. Very friendly service/waiters (they also speak English) and a chocolate cheesecake, you definitely have to try, rounded off our perfect experience. We would love to come back. Grace. 🍕🥮

25/10/2025: Delicious pizza, as well as their "sfizi" (delicacies), like Montanarine, fried and topped with seasonal ingredients. A unique atmosphere, nestled among the maritime pines, the staff is very friendly, and the service is fast. Definitely worth a try! Seasonal opening.

08/10/2025: The restaurant is located on a fabulous viewpoint. We were served very well. We had booked with The Fork. I had read some interesting reviews, and for that reason, I booked. Unfortunately, the food, at least for the two starters, was more like a diner, while the platter was worth it.

25/09/2025: Beautifully situated restaurant, from your table you have a magnificent view over the valley to the sea. The food was delicious. We had typical regional appetizers, salami, cheese, ham, and more, lasagna with fresh asparagus, homemade pasta with ragù (braised for 5 hours), and regional wine. We visited the restaurant a second time, and this time we were delighted by the wine and the food. We had steak tartare, 12-hour-cooked pork, a pasta dish, and ricotta and spinach dumplings with fresh truffles.

29/09/2025: If you love meat, this is the place! Best carpaccio I've ever had! Delicious gnocchi, and the large chunks of meat were served. Being on the roadside, it's a bit noisy, but that also has its charm.

29/09/2025: A very friendly welcome in a simple restaurant with a few outdoor tables on the main street in the pedestrian zone. Delicious meat dishes. But more! Expert advice on the wine and menu.

21/09/2025: A memorable experience with the fish butcher shop. We tried all the deli dishes, and the pappardelle and sausage were truly excellent! Kudos to the chef for his research.

02/11/2025: Beautiful location, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was truly excellent—every dish was thoughtfully prepared and tasty. The extensive wine selection, for all budgets, was also greatly appreciated. The central fireplace created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made dinner even more enjoyable. At the end of the evening, without even asking, the staff offered us aperitifs: a simple but very welcome gesture. I absolutely recommend trying the shepherd's liqueur—a real treat!

A 4-star hotel 💫, always kind and helpful to everyone. I already miss their fried seafood and pistachio semifreddo 😋😋. I've already booked for next year, because there's no place more beautiful than GINEPRI. It closes today. I WISH EVERYONE A GOOD REST. 👋👋🥹 ENZA EVANGELISTA

24/09/2025: Beautiful hotel, great friendly staff. Food is delicious. Dinners are in the form of a menu, where everyone will find their tastes. Romance, peace. Few people = silence. We will definitely return here.

13/10/2025: A good restaurant in Bolgheri. More touristy than regular. In warmer weather, there's a pleasant outdoor area.

14/09/2025: It's okay, but nothing more. What's striking is that the entire staff, wherever you are, is incredibly unfriendly. It's extremely dark in the cabins, with no natural light. The restaurants are okay (especially the buffet). We wouldn't come back. There's no charm here; it's pure mass processing.

The service is exceptionally warm and professional in all areas – you feel completely welcome. The diverse offerings are particularly noteworthy: from a varied evening program to activities on the beach and pool. Ideal for both couples and families. The accommodations are comfortable with a lovely veranda; minor interior renovations would further enhance the overall experience. A highly recommended resort!

19/09/2025: The food is of excellent quality and, above all, very tasty. The service is truly friendly and professional. The ambiance, right on the beach, leaves nothing to be desired. There's also plenty of parking. The wine list is comparable to that of the area. We will definitely be back next time.

23/08/2025: Beautiful, well-maintained seaside location with onsite parking. We've had tastier (raw) appetizers elsewhere, but the first courses were very good! Very friendly staff. Recommended!

12/11/2025: The place is very beautiful, with a terrace overlooking the greenery. The service on the day we went was very slow and not particularly friendly (except for the girl with braids). We ordered a Florentine steak and got a rib-eye steak, without any explanation. When I pointed this out, they told me it was true, but that they still cost the same per kilo (I don't think so, since the Florentine steak contains the fillet, which is the most valuable part, and we ordered a Florentine anyway). In the end, the girl with braids "gave us a small discount," which rather than make up for the disappointment, brought the price back to fairness, given that it was a rib-eye steak.

03/11/2025: Beautiful place, with friendly staff who welcomed us warmly, beautiful location with breathtaking views... Le Defenze wine recommended, truly organized and helpful staff, that makes the difference! We had an appetizer for two, a really good mix of bruschetta... We took a break for the second course, which was really plentiful, just the right amount, with crostini that allowed you to enjoy the Bolgheri wine with its value, then came the second course, the meat, which was the more than right choice! Two courses, for me, a fillet with truffles and to say special is an understatement! The meat was tender and cooked just as I wanted, the waiter understood correctly and took it back to the kitchen, even the second course of tagliata was perfect, the presentation of the dish was elegant and beautiful to look at!! We chose the terrace to enjoy the view even if the weather wasn't the best... ps the meat was always hot even if we were outside, we enjoyed it!! Definitely going back tomorrow, best restaurant in Bolgheri! Thank you all. Carol and Jacque
