09/01/2026: For at least 15 years, I've been returning to Bolgheri almost every year to eat at Enoteca Tognoni, and every time it's a wonderful experience. The food is always excellent, and the impeccable service makes the visit even more enjoyable. The value is also excellent. Of all the dishes, I highly recommend the pappardelle with wild boar: they are simply delicious. This restaurant is, without a doubt, my favorite place.

26/10/2025: We ate the best pizza of our life here. Very friendly service/waiters (they also speak English) and a chocolate cheesecake, you definitely have to try, rounded off our perfect experience. We would love to come back. Grace. 🍕🥮
25/10/2025: Delicious pizza, as well as their "sfizi" (delicacies), like Montanarine, fried and topped with seasonal ingredients. A unique atmosphere, nestled among the maritime pines, the staff is very friendly, and the service is fast. Definitely worth a try! Seasonal opening.

18/10/2025: A must-try experience for meat lovers. The Maremma beef Florentine steak was delicious! We opted for the tasting option, and it was truly an excellent choice. It was all paired with Bolgheri wine, highly recommended! Next time, we'll have to try the famous Japanese beef, which isn't always available, though. Prices are in line with the products offered.

We went to Risto-Macelleria San Marino for an evening with friends.
They offered us a set menu with appetizers, two first courses, various cuts of meat, side dishes, wine, and dessert.
Everything was excellent and cooked to perfection!
The staff is welcoming, kind, and very professional.

19/10/2025: How wonderful it is to be able to return to a place at least once a year (I really wish I could go there more often 😅) and be recognized, pampered and spoiled by their dishes and their staff 🤗 everything is truly excellent, every time I would be curious to try other places, but then turn around I can't help but go back to them... they have a menu too delicious and the staff fantastic to give up where you don't feel at home as a welcome guest.
28/09/2025: An experience to forget. The two of us arrived at 12 and asked for an aperitif. The waitress asked the manager if we could sit down. She replied curtly, "It's lunch time now, I need tables." The waitress pointed to a couple of tables; the place was empty, but the manager wouldn't hear of it. We had our aperitif 20 meters up the street, and then lunch 30 meters further up. I feel sorry for them.

10/01/2026: Very disappointed with my expectations. After reading various reviews about the chewy pizza, I purposely asked for it to be cooked a little longer, but the result was always disappointing. Besides, it's all show, because the pizza is 40% crust, with toppings that, in my opinion, are low-quality. I also never expected a 4-cheese pizza with prosciutto to cost €16.50. It wasn't listed on the menu, but I thought it would cost much less, as it would elsewhere. The final bill was staggering...never again, never again.
18/12/2025: Giant pizzas, delicious. The four of us spent about 17 euros each on drinks, coffee, and pizza. Excellent.

14/12/2025: The hotel enjoys a unique location, a splendid view, an excellent breakfast, and generally good food. The only drawbacks are the lack of privacy (the terraces are separated by a glass partition), and the rooms are poorly soundproofed (I could hear my neighbor snoring and could only distinguish his words when he spoke). I wonder how hotels that claim to be such fail to address these fundamental aspects. The furnishings are minimal, and the bathroom is a bit dated.
25/10/2025: GOOD MORNING GINEPRI, I want to THANK THE LADIES and GENTLEMEN of the restaurant and reception STAFF 🤭,) who "spoiled" me last week with their kindness (I needed it). A 4-star hotel 💫, always kind and helpful to everyone. I already miss their fried seafood and pistachio semifreddo 😋😋. I've already booked for next year, because there's no place more beautiful than GINEPRI. It closes today. I WISH EVERYONE A GOOD REST. 👋👋🥹

We ordered the Grand Tagliere for two, and it was delicious and very filling. All the meat dishes are highly recommended (the Chianina tartare was TOP!), too. The pici and gnocchi were also incredible 😍
Fresh ingredients and exquisitely executed dishes! It was our first visit and it definitely won't be our last. Congratulations!

08/10/2025: The restaurant is located on a fabulous viewpoint. We were served very well. We had booked with The Fork. I had read some interesting reviews, and for that reason, I booked. Unfortunately, the food, at least for the two starters, was more like a diner, while the platter was worth it.
25/09/2025: Beautifully situated restaurant, from your table you have a magnificent view over the valley to the sea.
The food was delicious.
We had typical regional appetizers, salami, cheese, ham, and more, lasagna with fresh asparagus, homemade pasta with ragù (braised for 5 hours), and regional wine.
We visited the restaurant a second time, and this time we were delighted by the wine and the food.
We had steak tartare, 12-hour-cooked pork, a pasta dish, and ricotta and spinach dumplings with fresh truffles.

Even though we hadn't booked and were accompanied by a medium-sized dog, they greeted us with a smile and immediately found a solution.
Delicious food! Reminiscent of the flavors of yesteryear...from the appetizer to the grill, everything was superb!

26/12/2025: In the heart of this fairytale, colorful village lies Mr. Innocenti Michele's Enoteca, where we stumbled upon it by chance. Excellent food, a vast selection of local and international wines... the tartare and all the ragùs are hand-cut, making a substantial difference to the palate.
The staff is young, professional, and very knowledgeable.
Well-deserved 5 stars.
We'll be back soon!
07/12/2025: The restaurant is located right in the center of Bolgheri, a small village famous for its food and wine, so I ate very well with excellent quality products!!! Good service and a very friendly owner!!! Highly recommended!!!!
