07/07/2026: I dined here with my wife, daughter, and a friend. The welcome was incredibly warm, with limited seating but well-distributed. The view of Montecristo and Pianosa was breathtaking. The owner rattles off the dishes his mother prepares with passion and attention to detail. Everything was truly delicious and beautifully presented. The price paid was worth the space and the service. The only drawback is the complete lack of parking, but that's the case for practically all of Capoliveri. However, although not widely advertised, there are several free parking lots and a free shuttle that takes you from the parking lot near the cemetery and sports field to within walking distance of the center. Then there are the "cool" ones who like to park like VIPs... But that's another story 😜 If you're on Elba and want a special evening, go for dinner here; it's worth it. P.S. Book well in advance! UPDATE 2026 After 6 long years, I finally returned last night... I can't confirm what I wrote previously, but I wish I could say more... the friendliness and presentation are superb... (the plump mussels 😁). Everything was simply delicious, and the location, especially at sunset, was dreamy. The parking problem remains unchanged, but if you go by scooter, there's plenty of parking. Remember, water causes rust... bring the wine!

I ate fish on two evenings, and it was fresh and of superb quality. The ambiance was lovely and typical of Tuscany, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was quick and professional. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy good Italian food in an authentic atmosphere on Elba.

06/08/2026: We came for dinner one evening in August. The place is very intimate and, being right in an alley, it's far from the chaos of the town. The food is really good and high-quality (we had a fried fish, two different first courses, a pizza, and three different desserts). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it ❤️

12/08/2026: What a pizza!!! Light, fragrant, and an exceptional welcome!!! It was one of those scorching, still-airy evenings... so many people in the dining room and waiting, but the lady who welcomed us, with elegance and calm, quickly found us a table, suggesting a quiet spot inside. Heartfelt compliments to an excellent hostess, capable of combining class and promptness. Bravo!

11/08/2026: We were planning an evening stroll in Capoliveri, and reading the positive reviews, we went specifically to Jhonny Paranza! Absolutely my favorite place! You arrive, grab a table, order, pay, and are called by name when everything is ready! No pretensions, but the result is extraordinary: excellent, pale, light, and crispy fried food. There's a bar next door, and you can easily order a spritz or a glass of wine. Despite the limited number of tables, the service is fast, so everyone is satisfied. I absolutely recommend it!

08/08/2026: Finally, a truly excellent mixed fried fish dish, not just the usual shrimp and calamari rings. The cod and sardines were also delicious, along with excellent French fries and battered vegetables. The owner was very kind to us.
