25/10/2023: Nice restaurant with sea view. Excellent food that can satisfy all palates, from Neapolitan pizza to the land and sea menu. Highly recommended!!

24/10/2023: EVITARE assolutamente! La pizzeria peggiore dove abbiamo mai mangiato. Camerieri cafoni che ci hanno ignorati quando chiedevamo spiegazioni poichè dopo aver ricevuto l'antipasto per un'ora siamo rimasti coi piatti vuoti, in attesa di 2 semplici pizze. Ci alziamo per pagare e andarcene, ma ci pregano di attendere perchè CASUALMENTE erano state infornate in quell'istante le nostre... Ci sediamo, passano altri 20 minuti (quindi pure bugiardi) arrivano le tanto attese pizze e... la vera delusione è che oltre ad averne sbagliata una, perchè doveva esser una pinsa, questa era carbonizzata, immangiabile, io mi sarei vergognata a portarla in tavola ad un cliente... mentre l'altra aveva la salsiccia mezza cruda che sguazzava nel suo stesso sangue, uno schifo! Ci alziamo, notifichiamo il problema in cassa pagando gli antipasti e andiamo via, loro pure stupiti e non si sono nemmeno scusati. Posso capire che con il locale pieno ci siano ritardi sulle consegne degli ordini, ma non tollero le prese in giro spudorate come questa, che dopo un'ora e mezzo di attesa mi porti 2 pizze che sono da buttare! Siam usciti inorriditi, fortuna di fianco c'era una Pinseria che in 10 minuti netti ci ha fatto da mangiare (con le giuste cotture e accortezze verso il cliente!). Non torneremo mai piu', e pensare che all' Elba non avevamo MAI mangiato tanto male (...ma perchè sceglievamo pizzerie gestite da toscani!)

21/03/2024: I celebrated my son's birthday 10 days ago. The children aged 7 and 2 had a great time.... Everything would have been perfect for me too if I hadn't found the staff on the wrong shift. During the booking process I found a different, clear, professional and courteous staff. Specifically a boy with tattoos, but he wasn't there on the birthday... Unfortunately there were two girls who were tired, rude and in a hurry. Operator 4022... they immediately categorically refused to show the film in 8D to the children with the excuse that there are only 2 of them, and that it's not possible and that's it, in an overbearing tone of voice, without even looking me in the face. I had to insist on something that was already included in the menu... Afterwards they turned the omelette around telling me to let her talk, and that if another colleague were to arrive they would put on the film... so it was. Obviously they didn't want to add the extra even though the children wanted it so much... With the same motivation, few available staff... As if it were my fault 🤷 there was another customer inside the place and that's it... ... I asked for 6 sauces, the same operator, that is, a short and sad girl.... She brought me 18 sauces because that's what she decided, for a total of around €20 🙃 I had more sauce than food 😝 I immediately thought that they were part of the menu... How silly.... I made it clear as soon as I arrived that if anyone were to order anything extra they had to pay for it themselves. Instead this girl made me pay, telling me that they were part of the birthday... I told her if she remembers how we had agreed before, she said yes but since they are part of the birthday I have to pay 🙃🙄 and that if I don't It's better if I tell the kids to pay for what they got as extra. So according to this girl, anyone who said it was part of the birthday could take the stuff at my expense, even though I had specified from the beginning that everyone pays for what they take, and that I pay for the children's menus and a €20 menu for the adults. . This operator shouldn't have to deal with people, he shouldn't work in a fast-food restaurant... At most in the kitchen, but not even there as it's very slow. When I asked her why I have to pay more than what I am entitled to and to explain the items on the receipt, she told me that she didn't make the receipt, and that I have to pay that and that's it... The cake is big and delicious. If I had found the right shift everything would have been perfect... But I wasn't so lucky

MENU: [4/5] La carta prevede un buon numero di tipi di pizza LOCATION: [2/5] Ambiente datato (cenato fronte strada). Bagno degli uomini privo di sapone, migliorabile anche come pulizia. SERVIZIO: [4/5] Personale gentile e disponibile QUALITA'/PREZZO: [1/5] Per la qualità offertaci, pizze troppo care.

11/05/2024: Faccio l’ordine chiedendo come orario le 20:15. Mi arriva la conferma per le 20:45 a quel punto faccio con calma e rientro a casa alle 20:10. Alle 20:15 mi suona il rider! Quindi se confermate un orario, che sia quello! E se non ero ancora a casa? Inoltre una pizza aveva il cartone tutto schiacciato e i fritti (pur essendo buoni) erano impresentabili dato che erano schiacciati anche loro.
